Hi, sorry, what does base-2 means? That if I usually use a size 5, I should do this wrapping with a size 3? Just want to understand 🙈

Yes 👍 it's based on the size you use for a front wrap cross carry. That's the base size . If your base is 5, base-2 is size 3
