Can you wear two babies this way? Like, a baby on the back instead of a toddler?

You want to find a woven wrap that is your base plus two. To find out what your base size is, you can check out some general guides on Google. A person with a size xs/ small T-shirt, would typically be about a size 5, a medium/large a size 6, etc. Many people can work with a size 6- and a base plus two would mean that you are looking for a size 8 (if your base is a size 6). Didymos, Oscha, True North and many more all carry a variety of sizes to fit most individuals!

Yes! And that’s wonderful! So that means what? If you’re not African you can’t wear your baby?

Along with just about every culture around the world. Queen Victoria popularised the stroller and the women who could afford one in western civilisations mostly stopped babywearing in favour of the stroller. Turns out babywearing is indeed very beneficial (who'd have thunk, seeing as we are a carrying species), and many have started babywearing again, despite the popular stroller. Many now use both options.

Wow. Couldn't he fall out. Does not look safe just buy one of those backpacks to be really safe

This is actually really secure. As long as you have a cotton (non stretch material), those babies aren't going anywhere. For either of them to fall out, you would need another person yanking and pulling at the fabric in such a specific area. And you can very easily feel any movement from either baby. This is how I carry my babies, and I've never had a problem. It is also easier to put 2 babies on this way than with a tandem backpack. When my husband is at work and I have no other helping hands, I can strap both babies on by myself and go about my day.
