The 11th circuit ruled Cannon never should have exercised "equitable jurisdiction" in the first place to even get involved in the case. She was assigned [erroneously] this case by the clerk as an adjacent matter and, if she doesn't recuse herself, the 11th will likely remove her on a motion by the DOJ.

The photo you are referring to is indeed "staged". The FBI spread some of the documents they found out on the floor to show their markings as an evidentiary photo. That one photo was released by the DOJ to counter Trump's lies that the documents were not classified. The government said when they released this photo that they spread these documents out. There are other photos that show them on his desk, in boxes on a set of stairs, on shelves in unlocked storerooms.
Facts are something that need a little attention. Knee-jerk reactions to what you see helps nothing. Dig deeper into this story. The criminality is breathtaking.

The case with Trump, is that he did try to obstruct justice, actively trying to fight and deny that he is at fault. How can he claim innocence when the files were literally found in his home? The case is likely open and shut.

This case is really a waste of taxpayer money. The unquestioned evidence is so strong that it renders a case unnecessary, just plead and spare the media the money and drama of breathlessly covering the trail.
