- We finally have more information regarding the new Life is Strange title thanks to the livestream Deck Nine did a few days ago! We were treated to an interview with two Deck Nine producers, Hannah Telle (the voice of Max Caulfield) and a peek into what the gameplay is like! In this video, I discuss what I thought of it all, as well as discussing some theories floating around in the LiS community. Let me know what you think!

I definitely think Max is a teacher at the university. When question about the cups she pulls out, she says “I don’t work in this building” it’s hard to predict if Chloe will appear or not. I don’t understand those people thinking that woman was Rachel Amber, like guys, are we forgetting that she’s dead no matter what? I’m doubtful it’s her tbh. I’d love her back, but it would make no sense tbh. It’s great seeing you back and getting the recognition you deserve 👏🏻
Safi should be dead too but then she entered a "parralel world" she didnt reverse time, what part of that are u not getting? Now im not the one saying its rachel amber in any way, but it doesnt take a genius to figure out where those ppl are coming from
max is described as a famous photographer and artist-in-residence (lecturer) at caledon university. so yea, she works there

But hey, that's just a theory! A game theory! Oh gosh I missed Matt so much. Yes, I just realized the facial similarity between that girl and Rachel Amber. Maybe it just pure coincident that Max encountered Rachel Amber in different timeline in the University? Or she might be doppleganger? Yeah, that's most interesting theory as we don't know dev never mention about it yet. Glad to see you getting much views lately Sparxxyy, well done you deserve it.
Also i just wanna note that it could very easily be Rachel Amber from another parallel universe. I assume IF it is indeed her then Max and rachel probably coincidentally go to the same university within that parallel universe and thats how they meet whilst Max is trying to discover who the killer of Safi is. I also think itll be an interesting encounter if Jefferson also decides to make it into the game by being a teacher at this school 😂 i really dont wanna deal with him again but that would be the biggest jumpscare of double exposure 🤣🤣

Thats so right!! If there ist a Timeline in wich one are dass people alive, IT could be possible that Chloe ist a live, too.
this theory can be true, its possible. If it is this is really so intresting. We can see Max and Rachel for the first time. And think of this. Max and Rachel working togather for this case. Like you said in the video; in both endings Rachel were dead already. But Parallel world can change this fact I think. I'm not sure %100.
And the other intresting thing is They showed her in trailer and in the reveal. This is littlebit suspicious for me. She really lookslike Rachel different from orginal herself but similar. We will see who she is. Maybe this theory won't be true. Max deffinetley isn't a student I think. She is far from Oregon and I understand why. If I am Max I would go far away from Arcadia. I haven't finished the video yet but basically I just realised by what you said, Max has discovered both her powers with two things in common: a bestfriend dying, and by being shot. So the question is, is it the fact she's lost a friend that triggers the discovery of her powers or the gunshot itself? And YES I think it's rachel amber, it looks like her. It sounds like her and she's got the exact same freckles as rachel amber. Not only the one under her eye but the one above her eyebrow
