Terence you do look extremely refreshed! Haha. So happy for you man. And may I add - you have such a cool wife! Such a juicy story ...envious* Gravure is huge in Japan...many of the idols appear on Gravure. Glad you enjoyed Japan my second home.
@@Callsign-Blade_RunnerSG i think they usually try to pre-book an area or house; relatives of young models (e.g. mothers) are allowed i think, but usually not the public unless it's an event.
I've always been amazed at the breadth of perspectives are captured in the conversations between Terence And Haresh. Just taking the conversation about the US Presidential Elections for instance, there were quality points around how Trump represented change where Kamala represented the establishment which were also evident in their campaign approaches, how it may have been a "podcast election", how the Trump victory seems to stem from nationalistic sentiments brewing in the American voters and a frustration for the status quo. To top it all off, they shared thoughts on how all these observations relate to the current state of SG politics. ...and that wasn't even the main topic. A very enjoyable listen, thank you!
Regarding coxford, can yall interview Colin Goh? His hilarious columns and TC the movie was a collective definitional moment for milennials. Cuz of tc the website and coxford, my cohort revived some old singlish terms and that helped bridge the intergen singlish continuum. I bemoan the fact that future versions of singlish will have less hokkien, Malay etc
Polarisation has a Cause . Some cite this to support Political stability without Election. Some still support democracy despite the possibility of polarisation because polarisation could be manageable in a democracy. So such a statement can come from two types of thinking. Even within Dictatorship there can be polarisation.
Polarisation doesn’t mean it’s weakening the US. It simply means there are DIVERSITY OF VIEWS. That’s where CREATIVITY and INNOVATION comes from to deal with the matter at hand. On the other hand, Cohesiveness also doesn’t necessarily mean that a country is Unite. It could also mean STAGNATION and CONFORMISM. Lack of Creativity & CRITICAL THINKING to solve problems. Basically a sheep that follows and follows..
Terence experience with a AV shoot going on on his vacation can be a podcast topic of its own must be a very eye opening experience 😂, anyway elections should be done before Nov 2025 the main question was why the EBRC (electoral boundaries review committee) isn’t convened yet considering it is just a year to conduct the elections.
Keep going 👍 love hearing yall discuss politics
💯
Tristen did Haresh dirty with that preview lol
