Congratulations on the Great Pumpkin placing 1st! What an honor and no there no greater recognition one can receive that reflects the high sense of pride and perfection you placed in your restoration efforts. Well done, Jon!!
Congrats on your work taking 1st Place! Not surprised at all, but great job and keep up the awesome work. Appreciate all the show & cruise footage as well. THX!
Jon I've always admire your talent and attention to detail. Great work and amazing show. You must be walking on air after the great pumpkin getting first place. Congratulations and keep making videos and restoring these birds. Following you on the Humming bird can't believe how much you got done in such a short amount of time. I'm working on my 1969 Firebird. Getting close to finishing jut finish welding the floor pan in and put the interior back in the car and it will be a done deal.
Yeah I will agree setting a new time record on the current project. Super cool you are doing that floor yourself. Nothing like a job well done and you know you did it.
Congratulations on 1st Place for the Great Pumkin. The quality of your work shows the difference between putting heart and soul (plus your skills and talent) into your builds and others, who are just in it for the money. You're going to come out first every time. Awesome job!
Thank you so much! This is the why I don’t build them for a living i do it for the cars and great therapy for me. I fear if it was my job that magic might fade.
Great Pumpkin showed very well, fantastic job. Glad had an opertunity to meet with you this year. The heavily modified orange 1st gen firebird keep coming back to my mind. So used to the way GM made them not sure if I like the mods or not. Sure was interesting. Its the wheel well flares that take a bit of getting used to. Hope you had a chance to check out all the birds this year.
Definitely a lot of time in that 67 bird and creativity so I respect that. As for the style not for me personally, nothing wrong with that but this is the cool thing about this hobby it’s your car do whatever you please.
Congratulations, you certainly deserved it! I want so badly to find another project car, my first choice would be a '79 Trans Am anniversary edition, but C3 Corvette prices are dropping like a rock so that is tempting too.
That’s fantastic congratulations on 1st place. You will probably have people hitting you up to do restorations on their Poncho’s after getting 1st place at the nationals, shoot you might have to build on to the 2 car garage. LOL
Yeah wish I had a little more room but the point was to prove it can be done in a small space. Maybe just build a barn and partition off the same area to work….🤔
