Iam making your acorn purse now and used my Vevor press to stamp the string and sandpaper it worked perfectly also I really like your patterns everything works out perfectly I made acrylic templates for the 2 main body parts so they would be exactly identical. Thanks for what you do for the craft
@EleanaWorkshop Hi. I have a question. Can you adjust the height to any height? Or does it have a limit? I see these machines advertises as having a maximum of 0.47" hight adjustment.
Hello again Elena. I have an older version of the VEVOR press, without the screw in the middle between the 2 rams of the press. I like your model better, and may have to upgrade. I see that you are using wooden stamps. I've found a person on eBay that makes custom acrylic stamps for me, but I had never seen wooden stamps before. I think I like those better than the acrylic ones! Do you make your own, with your laser cutter? ( I had asked a question about your laser in a comment to another video a few minutes ago). If you do, what software do you use to to the engraving on the wood? I also like you steel cutting dies. Where to you get them from? From your accent, and some of the background in your videos, I'd guess you're in Germany??? (I lived there for 6 years). I found a guy in East Texas who will make custom cutting dies for me. That was no big deal when I lived in Texas, but now I live in Alaska, and shipping costs to here are HIGH!! Thanks Elena, and keep your videos coming - I enjoy them!! Bill
Hello Bill! Thank you so much for your comment and support! I’m really enjoying the newer model of the VEVOR press as well; it’s smaller, lighter, and easier to set up, which has been a big plus in my workspace. The wooden stamps are actually an original idea I came up with when I wanted a more affordable way to add large, beautiful designs to my leather products. They’re laser-engraved using a galvo laser, and for the engraving, I use a mix of Lightburn, Corel, and AutoCAD software. If you’re interested, I do offer these wooden stamps in my Etsy shop and on my personal website-links are below! My cutting dies are custom-made by a local manufacturer here in Greece (not Germany, though that’s a good guess!). Unfortunately, he doesn’t ship worldwide, so I understand the challenges with shipping, especially up to Alaska! Thanks again for watching and for your kind words. I’m so glad you’re enjoying the videos, and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any other questions! Hello, my dear friend... I want to buy a hydraulic press because it is cheap to cut leather with... How many tons do I need... Is 5 tons enough or do I need more? Thank you.
Hi. When choosing machines for our business, it's important to match them to the volume of production and the size of our products. For small items like tags, patches, or small wallets, the Vevor press is sufficient. If you're producing larger quantities of wallets or small bags, an 8-ton clicker press is more suitable. For larger products like bags, shoes, or belts, consider investing in an 18-20 ton clicker press. Thank you for watching my video

Hi Joe, In VEVOR hand presses, the hole with a set pin secures attachments like hand stamps or dies, ensuring precise alignment and stability during pressing, which allows for accurate, consistent results.

@@braddobson2060 Thank you for the feedback! 🥰 Having a leather cutting press is a game changer.
Nice review. I have been considering this purchase.
Thank you for watching my video. I hope you find it useful.
@@EleanaWorkshop yes indeed
To avoid screws getting loose overtime, just apply a few drops of Loctite threadlocker on the threads/bolts.
Nice tip! Thank you very much 🥰
