This looks so good! Small suggestion: Make a cup of concentrated cold brewed coffee in the fridge first and after boiling the coffee, as the coffee is steeping for 5 minutes, add few tablespoons of the concentrated cold brew into the coffee pot. Boiling is what causes coffee's taste and aroma to differ! Hence, adding a few tablespoons of cold brew as you're steeping makes the smell and taste of coffee similar.

This is made in India in the southern part. It's called karuppati kaapi. Meaning karupatti (brown sugar) coffee

Pour in a cup or two of cold water at the end and the coffee grounds will settle to the bottom.

That’s a brown sugar substitute made with erythritol. It’s healthier for people with diseases like diabetes.
