This looks so good! Small suggestion: Make a cup of concentrated cold brewed coffee in the fridge first and after boiling the coffee, as the coffee is steeping for 5 minutes, add few tablespoons of the concentrated cold brew into the coffee pot. Boiling is what causes coffee's taste and aroma to differ! Hence, adding a few tablespoons of cold brew as you're steeping makes the smell and taste of coffee similar.

I wish I had seen that when I worked in Mexico
This is made in India in the southern part. It's called karuppati kaapi. Meaning karupatti (brown sugar) coffee
Interesting! thanks for sharing.

Brown sugar isn't healthier than regular sugar , it's just a dumb fitness myth
That’s a brown sugar substitute made with erythritol. It’s healthier for people with diseases like diabetes.
She said she's using erythritol for health reasons.
That's tea, not coffee
She used coffee to make tea?
