Then of course the repair process and at last the process of getting a title, also what percentage of retail does a Branded title bring. It appears the reason the wheeling machines were so cheap is because of their quality. The dies, or wheels, should be of high quality hardened steel and polished. The frame appears to be very light weight and should be ridged. I'm afraid you will be disappointed when you start using it. It will be difficult to get the results you expect from this machine. The English Wheel expert, John Glover, has an excellent pamphlet on how to build your own machine very inexpensively that will give you much better results.
