Dan, the fact that you are willing to dive into this kind if project and show your progress (and knowledge) to the world is very impressive. I love your videos. Keep up the great work!
@@normalguysupercar really? That’s the BS excuse they gave you? Next time they pull that, I’ll have you met me in HSB, since I live here, and just drive into Cap Rock with me. I brought my Roma and my tuned Audi TTRS with zero issues
Cool vid! Interesting to me how many of these still have unaddressed sticky buttons. It was the first thing I fixed on mine and I can't believe how many people can own these things for years with such grossness in the interior. Cheers!
Excellent wrenching! You guys make it look easy and nothing appears overly complicated; other than remembering where all the pieces go and fighting difficult or stripped screws. I can’t imagine trying to do any of this without a second hand. Oh and you had ur third helper…lol Interested to hear more about the clutch refurbishment. Cheers!🍻
Excellent video. +3 for cat content. You guys need some carts to put parts on as you take them off. You could develop a system on which parts go on which shelf of the cart for these conversions, simplifying the repeatability of the process. Great work!
That is very impressive Dan. The fact that you know all that and set the camera up for all the angles? I’d be scared out of my mind to attempt it on mine. Maybe I could get it all apart but it’s the getting it all back together. I have a whole new appreciation for mechanics.
That was a cool video Dan. If you ever have to remove the intake manifold, I would like to see that. As you know the red crinkle paint cracks and chips off, on Ferrari's. How's the cat predator working out, did they get any mieces yet? It would be funning to have a rubber stamp with a slash mark over the mouse, representing a K.I.A.
Great work and video. But those panels and skid plates. How many total fasteners did you end up with? I would be exhausted and frustrated. But interesting content nonetheless.
Thanks for making this! Yes, more DIY stuff. Be the Goonzquad of Ferrari. Great content. Bust knuckles every day!
Thanks! Will do!
That F430 is my ideal spec as well, great taste Josh✌️
Right on!
Man! You guys are an awesome team. Love seein the comradary. Hope you guys will be together for a long time to come. Thanks for another great vid.
Our pleasure!

I appreciate that!
You guys work well together
Thank you
Now I know why it cost so much for a clutch job. Excellent video. Driving my c8 and still drooling over a future f430.
Thanks 👍
Good DIY video Dan! I see that your neighbor came to assist :)
Lordy
Yep great series. Keep up the great work
Thanks, will do!
Loving the channel, I'm normally pulling other stuff apart so this is very relaxing from my end at least!
Glad you enjoy it!
Epic. Thanks for all the how to videos. I need to do the trans mount on my 360!
Trans Mount sucks
Josh,
What a fantastic F430!!
Love the color as well!
Best of luck!!
Thanks! You too!
Yes step by step diy nice work guys!
You bet
Josh you should definitely look into what it would be to polish that A frame support that would look sick.
That would be interesting but I suspect it'll hurt resale
(Not a Ferrari owner) I'm normally a traditional Rosso corsa fan, but that gunmetal grey a quacking stunning car!
Yes it is
This is great!....Thank you for making this. Great content. Keep up the great work guys.
You bet
@@normalguysupercar Were did you guys get the service cover for the 430? Been looking for one.
@@hakinen4000 are you referring to the fender blankets? They are from Bob's originals
@normalguysupercar yes those ones....is that a custom made one or the universal one?
@@hakinen4000 universal
Hey guys! Missed you two at yesterday’s FCA meeting in HSB. it was a blast. Someone brought their McLaren P1. It was amazing how fast it was.
Yeah, they didn't let us in, got waitlisted.

Thanks

Yeah especially when they get really bad
Good job guys! Great progress!
Thank you!
Poetry in motion!
Yes indeed
Nice floors in the shop and awesome spec on the 430
Thank you very much!

Yeah that will be in the next video
One of the BEST videos so far! Love the DIY ones.
Thanks

Funny you mention that, I just ordered a rack to put parts.
love it, beautiful color

Now you have "4 cats" out and about to keep the mice away. 😋
Yup
Great video, step by step is bueno!
Thanks!
Really enjoyed this!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fascinating, great editing. Will you replace Oetiker with screw clamps. Liked the bag on dripping hoses.
Probably

They got a rat yesterday!
great car Josh congratulations
Yes indeed
very informative. great video!
Thank you!
I love that timelapse at the end. What was the music you used?
It's called Dynasty by Adrian Berenguer
good stuff dan
Thanks
Great video !
Thanks!
Really interesting video
Glad you enjoyed it
Great work and video. But those panels and skid plates. How many total fasteners did you end up with?
I would be exhausted and frustrated. But interesting content nonetheless.
A lot lol
Cool video. Miss wineing with Meg
We can always bring that back but she's pretty busy lol
Harbor freight makes a decent transmission jack that would make things easier for you.
We have a good trans jack, but it's honestly easier to do it like we did. The cross brace is right where you would want the trans jack to be.
Great job nice video
Thanks!
Does covering the cars in the background with the plastic cause any moisture to build up between the plastic and the car surface?
Nope
Great diy video! What ever happened to the bleep bleep guy named Josh?
He's around
Hello gas Guys, well done for the vidéo on remonving the F430 transmission, l saw protections on the fenders of the F430 or can l get some ? sincerely
It's sold by Bob's originals
@@normalguysupercar Hello, you don't have a website, l came across bob (hat) cordially
I saw what you did there… very subtle.
What was subtle?
Shop assistant. His premier, no?
@@WillyBodner lol yeah, his first time on video.
F-Chat when Dan started talking about the E-diff be like 🧐🧐🧐
Lol duck fchat
8:11 holy crap that has a lot of lead on the wheel . lol
Yeah I noticed that
Short term pain, Long term Gain 😃
Yes sir
did i miss the cat release video? what the heck, did u guys film releasing them?
We did not film it
I have noticed as Josh takes his car apart he does not "Quack." I spoke too soon, there was the "Quack" taking the transmission out.
Lol yup not that many but a few
Damn, you have to disconnect the world just to get at it. Easy to see why a shop charges so much for this job.
Yup it's a lot of time
You should keep a list of all the missing fasteners so you can order all of them at once.
Good idea
I see your neighbor was helping.
Lol yup
Next video - how to disassemble a Taco Bell burrito
Eww. Can we at least do a Torchy's taco?
@@normalguysupercar A Torchy's burrito would be acceptable
Do you mind me asking what you paid for it?
I don't mind but I will not disclose what we paid.
The centre cover is structural on the 430 hence the fixings
Yeah
Loved it. Really good video. Now if you guys would quit buying your own cars….lol.
Lol that's only 2 so far
if you seperate ediff lines at quick connecters they dont leak all over the place
Ah yes good call
When are you going back to your 430 roots, Dan?
Wasn't this?
I meant you owning one again, since Josh seems to get all the cars 😂.
Are the Flip Flop feet your neighbor?!?!
Lol yup
My Toyota, with 187,xxx... finally gave out , a preuse... $900.00😊
Yeah
So who is the dude with the flip flops?😂
Our neighbor
Please tell your neighbor he needs to trim his nails…..
Lol I'm not sure he's aware of US hygiene standards
55:26 freeze the frame
Lol
Is Adam still alive? I thought he was great on the channel
He's no longer with the company. Hasn't been for years now.
I need a job sir
Ok
