Eversors are also like bullseye from marvel and can turn anything into a deadly improvised weapon. One such case an eversor was sent to clean out an entire ruling household that had turned traitor with a kill list numbering in the 100s on top of all the guards and other armed forces protecting them. He killed so many he ran out of ammo and lost his power sword from over use and ended up just grabbing whatever he could to keep killing like knifes from a kitchen or a chair and then using the legs after it broke. But the worst were a number of confirmed kills he got from using only a spoon which included his final primary target b4 being extracted.
This theme is so obvious that I think too many channels already did it. I didn’t check tho… it just seems as such an easy idea for video that it has to already exist
I've still got a long way to go in the Horus Heresy but Nemesis was one of my favourite books so far. I want to see The Garantine take out space marines in a movie one day. Such a good story.
A couple of missions I recall were that one hybrid assassin that got killed by a self destruction from an Eversor and this one Abhuman rebellion that had 6 sent in with 1 coming back after it was done. Also day 300 of requesting a Commissar Yarrick Major Mini pls and thank you.
I love how the reason they sent 6 was stated as the Imperium being logistically incompetent, and that the Astra Militarum was furious that that they wouldn't be able to recruit the abhumans anymore, because the six Eversors had rendered the entire population EXTINCT. Assumedly, the only reason only one of them survived is that they fought each other as well as the enemy.
the eversor and the solitaire being on even footing makes sense because they both rely on immense and undiluted speed to outmaneuver their targets. Then there's the fact that the solitaire is hopped up on enough warp juice to outbox basically anyone and the eversor is OD'ing on drugs like he's playing Fallout 4 and that makes their strength decently matched as well. But warp juice beats an overdose 9/10 times so it makes sense that the eversor still got taken out in the end
It kind of makes me wish that the Eversor sent after Tau leadership had at least done better. I wasn't really gunning for him to kill Farsight, anymore than I expected a Callidus to decapitate Shadowsun, and thus I was shocked when a Culexus merced Aun'va, but it might've been cool if the damage from the Eversor's attack, or eventual Terminus Gland trigger, had pushed Farsight to need to get a refurbished suit, or shaken up some of the Eight, to help cover why Farsight and them don't still field in a death star blob squad of suits, and rigs. Deadpool drugged into performing as the Kool-Aid Man will never be my favorite Assassins, but they are still awesome, and it was fun to get to hear stuff where they even succeeded, since lore can really enjoy using them as Imperial Avatars, and showcase some named character's awesomeness by surviving against the nameless murderer, whose failure also doesn't drag a whole codex, that depends upon it to be competitive, down. Here's hoping for the others!
Hands down this vid has been a most excellent presentation of the pure insanity that the Imperium of man can muster against its foes. While I'd love to see the other clades covered my first Officio Assassinorum love has been the Eversor assassin clade. This started with The Garantine and this fascination has persisted to the point where I wish he was my dad.

Evisor assassins remind me of the juicer class from the Rifts TTRPG. Juicers were poeple with cybernetic and chemical enhancements to the point they were almost impossible to kill. They had the equivalent of 30k to 60k hitpoints, and 6-8 actions/attacks per round, and could run at almost 75mph. The trade off was their lifespans were reduced to just months atvmost.
You left out the short story where an Eversor is sent to assassinate chapter master Gabriel Seth of the Flesh Tearers Chapter. It's probably one of the most epic moments in 40k.
Never read the books (the amount of lore is insanely overwhelming) but I've started getting into listening to videos on specific pieces of lore after a short on the butchers nails pulled me in. There's so much, but I love being able to just pick and choose which pieces of the lore peak my interest an just listen.
Can you make a video on how advanced the imperium's civillian technology are? For example some worlds are described like they were in the late 19th century but they have holograms, and neon lights.
Oh hell yes. It would be good to know if the STC for phones(and fax, for lulz) and typewriters are still used. Wouldn’t surprise me if dial up was used by tech priests to control factories.
eversors are what soliters would be if they were extreme loose cannons, and then we just see how much the soliters discipline makes them better. But it is a fun comparison none the less and doesnt feel out of the left field at all that ruins both unit types
Majorkill - I think the grim darkness of battlemace 40K (TM) needs your interpretation of imperial ...erm .... “Executioners” I have painted three of them, all of them from the metal days. Not interested in the current versions though I admit the one perched in the statue looks great. If you release something in this line, I’d be happy to add them to the army led by Shark Daddy.
What I would love to see is an Eversor assassin fighting against a Solitaire Edit: I wrote this halfway through the video... just now got to the part where MajorKill talks about an Eversor and Solitaire
''...cut through Spacemarines like a 9000° Katana cut's through nine-year olds.'' Holy shit, my monitor is now speckled with coke, and I am not even mad about it. :D
Damn, i never thought id find a unit type in 40k that could challenge my love of the Solitaires but fuck me the Eversor sure gives them a run for their money. Essentially humanity's version of a Solitaire. Love that shit
First time ever watching one of your videos and the “eversor assassins cut through space marines like a 9000 degree katana cuts through nine year olds” line made me sub lmao
Quite some time ago I was playing at a 2v2 table with my Quins - can't remember what my other person was playing but the other side were imps and both had an assassin; one Callidus and an Evasor. The Callidus appeared among my Quins who spent a few rounds flipping out of combat until my Solitaire injected it with mono-filament. The Evasor... well it came charging toward my companion's forces... the dice were on my side. My troop leader and Shadowseer spotted it. I had a psychic action and Guidance in my hand which I cast on my Deathjester, he loaded a single shrieker round into his shuriken cannon and luckily got a shot on the Evasor... Evasor did a big explodey before getting into melee range.
As a Avid tripper. You knock that Ego out cold, there's no telling what a human may do. That whole being has been flipped if the Ego has been affected.
@@insertedgynamehere considering an unnamed Eversor was able to go toe to toe with a Solitaire, the idea of them killing a Custodian doesn't seem to far away. Also if I can recall correctly an Eversor was used to help fight Legienstrasse, the only ever Maerorus Assassin, also going toe to toe with her. So really, Eversor assassins can be a real threat to a Custodian.
I would love to play a Hitman style like game based in Warhammer 40k. Depending on which assassin you pick for the mission will depend on how it plays out, it could go from Hitman levels of stealth, to Sniper Elite levels of trick shots, or just one big blood bath like Darktide.
You might find the size and bulk of an Astartes works against how an eversor operates, also the organs and physiology of an Astartes may be resistant to the combat drugs
I love these guys so much it adds a lot of depth for the space marines to feel “oh shit” moments in the lore and the fact it’s just a dude is insane. Like a thousand year old monster of chaos iron warrior goes down in seconds to Eversaur that’s like 19
I like to imagine Eversors doing Loony Tunes shenanigans as they go about their work. Like butchering their way to the target, disappearing for a brief moment, showing back up wearing lipstick and a dress, fluttering their eyes at the poor sap before doing a Tasmanian Devil spin in which they carve up the target. In the target's final moments, they see a skull bursting forth from their chest stuttering "That's all, folks!" before oblivion takes them.
I like how the eversor who still had a amount of control understood what the space marines were to emperor. Wondering possibly during a mission “can I kill space marines as I do with others, better imagine just in case “ Years into the Horus heresy “AHAHAHAHAHAH FINALLY IVE WAITED FOR THIS SHIT “
8:05 Such a chef's kiss / hilarious moment. I love how this is the one thing that made Honsou shit his pants. Guess those Iron Warriors really were iron without.

Ma favourite Eversor story is the one where the ship of the eversor is lost in warp for centuries and after he then descent the planet he finds out that his target has actually died but there is like sevral hundred people who are descendants of him and he finish his mission by killing them all, using every possible tool available including teaspoon...
Imperial guard: please stop giving me such hard battles...
Emperor: you are my hammer!
Eversor: *GIVE ME HARDER BATTLES!!!!!!!*
Emperor: what the actual fu-
yeah, I saw that short too
Man I was just thinking about how badass it would be to see a fight between a solitare and one of these guys then boom, you got that covered. This is why you're my favorite lore-tuber
*Eversor Garantine finally gets a 1v1 with a son of Horus*
Garantine: I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with me.
*Thunderstruck intro starts playing*
I would like to see a video on a vindicar assassin or something similar to this.
Can you please do a video of how each primarch would react if they were in guillimans position

I've read that book aswell. The Garantin was by far my favourite part of the story
No.
@@ananonymousnerd.2179 I love reading the lore for that … “6 were sent by accident” _accident_
The solitaire story is really cool. It came out of the 9th edition codex. Two of my favorite units going at it.
It's awesome that he's been doing something special for every hundred thousand subscribers
the eversor and the solitaire being on even footing makes sense because they both rely on immense and undiluted speed to outmaneuver their targets.
**Eversor Awakens From Stasis**
*Eversor:* ...Mission?...
*Handler: Rip And Tear Until It Is Done.*
A video on Magnus' new kingdom would be interesting
Just waiting for that video about how each of the pre heresy primarchs would have reacted to being in Guillimans situation as imperial regent.
This video makes me want a 40k game where you play as an Eversor tearing through a chaos corrupted/xeno infested planets
Do a video on the chief librarian from each legion
Hands down this vid has been a most excellent presentation of the pure insanity that the Imperium of man can muster against its foes. While I'd love to see the other clades covered my first Officio Assassinorum love has been the Eversor assassin clade. This started with The Garantine and this fascination has persisted to the point where I wish he was my dad.
Keep up the great content, dude! Your channel has a really good subscriber/view ratio! You literally get more views than many 1mil+ subscriber channels. You deserve it for sure!
Ahhhh I use to love rifts, thanks for making that connection
Yep, Juicers are similar
Just as a correction, juicers are able to live for 5-7 years.
@@alanbeck9907 I could be wrong. I thought it was just months, but I lost my source books a while back.
Theres a song about Tyberos called feeding frenzy
Now we need an eversor song
Majorkill, I’ve been you’re follower since you still did fantasy videos and are the reason I even began following 40k. The hair dawg gotta go natural
I love them cuz they are 100% human 100% the answer to kill whatever you really really need to kill. They’re just so valuable
Eversor’s are like psychopathic, speed freak, John Wicks and by far my favorite unites in the 40k lore. Wish we could get a book dedicated to them.
Eversor's are one of my fan favorites in 40k. They are so insanely metal.
I always kinda wondered if the Eversor process and the Thunder Warrior process were similar
You left out the short story where an Eversor is sent to assassinate chapter master Gabriel Seth of the Flesh Tearers Chapter. It's probably one of the most epic moments in 40k.
Man, I really want one of those 500k singlets, Ill be gunning for the next round of merch stuff that's for sure. Thanks for being awesome Major!
Eversors Creed "no one can see us if everyones dead"
Majorkill - I think the grim darkness of battlemace 40K (TM) needs your interpretation of imperial ...erm .... “Executioners”
I have painted three of them, all of them from the metal days. Not interested in the current versions though I admit the one perched in the statue looks great.
If you release something in this line, I’d be happy to add them to the army led by Shark Daddy.
What I would love to see is an Eversor assassin fighting against a Solitaire
Edit: I wrote this halfway through the video... just now got to the part where MajorKill talks about an Eversor and Solitaire
''...cut through Spacemarines like a 9000° Katana cut's through nine-year olds.'' Holy shit, my monitor is now speckled with coke, and I am not even mad about it. :D
Didn't know Majorkill had a doppelganger 0:02
Does anyone else picture Eversors talking like Skeletor while working?
They also probably listening to turbo killer while on missions.
Hell yeah we love the Eversor assassin's and Tempestus Scions! Right up there with Gaunts Ghosts.
I can imagine it, a dance, a precise and calculated dance.
I haven’t gotten this hyped for the lore in quite a while.
As a custodes man it scares me to think that they can go against the eldar equivalent of a golden boy
An eversor assassin might in fact be able to kill the average custodian
@@_the_eversor_lad_considering that eversors are weaker than Gabriel Seth, they definitely cannot beat a custodian
@@_the_eversor_lad_ they're weaker, than Gabriel Seth. They are strong, but not that strong.
Killjoy really knows how to give a funny/brutal perspective at the beginning in every video ever 😂😂😂 keep up the good videos major🫡🫡
i think a video about the drugs of warhammer would be very cool
More videos on the other assassins would be welcomed as I’d like to learn more of these lads
Could you cover traitor primarchs relation or direct interactions with their chaos god, or even loyalist if they had any.
I would love to play a Hitman style like game based in Warhammer 40k. Depending on which assassin you pick for the mission will depend on how it plays out, it could go from Hitman levels of stealth, to Sniper Elite levels of trick shots, or just one big blood bath like Darktide.
What if you give an Eversor a gene-seed?
Imagine pumping a space marine with the same drugs
You might find the size and bulk of an Astartes works against how an eversor operates, also the organs and physiology of an Astartes may be resistant to the combat drugs
Interview with the Emperor at 1 million subs. Thats the least I expect.

Anyone gonna tell Majorkill about Gabriel Seth beating one with his bare hands?
I love these guys so much it adds a lot of depth for the space marines to feel “oh shit” moments in the lore and the fact it’s just a dude is insane. Like a thousand year old monster of chaos iron warrior goes down in seconds to Eversaur that’s like 19

Space Marines: We are the imperiums deadliest weapon.
Eversor: allow me to introduc....*explodes*
I like to imagine Eversors doing Loony Tunes shenanigans as they go about their work. Like butchering their way to the target, disappearing for a brief moment, showing back up wearing lipstick and a dress, fluttering their eyes at the poor sap before doing a Tasmanian Devil spin in which they carve up the target. In the target's final moments, they see a skull bursting forth from their chest stuttering "That's all, folks!" before oblivion takes them.
Stayed up to 12 to watch this asap
The imperium's drugs keep getting better and better.
