The only 2 people that a Chapter Master will show respect to that rank above them, one is a Primarch and the one above them all is the Emperor of Mankind. The inquisition, and the High Lords are often not looked at favorably by majority of Astartes.

If you do a Video about the specialist ranks, you could maybe put something like a "command tree" at the end, showing where each rank, be it specialist or general, is located within the command structure, which ranks are of the same or similar standing, etc.
