The more centralized development of the Sisters means that any viable psykers will be steered into other Schola Progenum branches more hospitable to them... ...But Ill admit I want at least one minor order that does use (carefully sanctioned and monitored) psykers in it.
well there is a Minor Order on Titan, the home of the grey knights called "The Order of Broken Glass" which seems a rather odd name for a Sororitas Convent if you ask me. If there was one place you'd need or want to keep an minor order of psker sororitas -Titan would be a "safe" spot to keep them. As far as I know there more or less their on permenent guard duty tho what on Titan it could be the Grey Knights themselves don't have covered is beyond me.

Correct. Though faith does not originate from the warp, only its power. Its not easy, so many warp dimensions, from realm of souls, sea of souls and its realm of chaos. Psychic energys reaching from simple fenrisian warp space, to waaagh dimensions, all the way down to the deep warp, the webway and aelindrach. Or even the tyranid hiveminds psionic warp realm. It shows. Warp is not just warp. Null field is not just null field. The warp is everywhere with everyone, and nowhere with no one. No exception. Completely severing the connection of soul to its host without death is utterly impossible.

there are a few things youve seemed to missed, firstly Celestials. the elite and veteran members of the battle orders, they also often form councils around the command staff and typically are ear marked for higher ranks such as legtines and higher leadership among the orders along side zephyrim. intresting seraphim are also considered a sudo elite force with in Lore. i cant recall their name and maybe this falls with in a genialized legatine rank or are higher than a legatine but below a palatine . often there are positions that occupies a 'grey area with in the sisters, those sisters that are assigned to look over a holoy sight such as a church or have a genulised admin role for a sup sector or sector.
And then one day the Janitor of the priory is elected Abess because everyone else wanted the job and they just wanted to listen to music, clean, and chill.
Living Saints are not exclusive to the Sisters. There have been cases of Living Saints coming from Adeptus Ministorum priests and preachers, guardsmen and commanders, and maybe even from super holy and faithful civilians/lay-people. Heck, there's even an argument to be made that The Sanguinor and the Legion of the Damned are Living Saints, but they're not officially classed as such. (I personally believe they're not and are some other kind of warp-based phenomena).
