The way he refers to his son as "my boy." Even at 96 years old, his 63 year old son is still his baby. Bless him.
A shining example of what every father should be. 🥰💙
@@aaronharris5069 luckily, most fathers are more or less like this.
I think I've got something in my eye.
I’m bawling my eyes out here…..that dad is so sweet and kind. Love the judge here too!
We need more caring judges like this, and I don't mean the kind that let criminals go for lame excuses then end up doing more harm when released.
As someone who had a mother who died of cancer, this breaks me down a lot. Once a father, always a father.
Boo hoo
@@bertblue9683 I pray that you never have to go through this kind of pain in your life.
@@bertblue9683 Are you a psychopath?
My dad died of cancer 2 years ago with 70 years old, he couldn't see my little boy, he is 4 months old. I wished my dad could see him now:)
@@annasener6429 I'm sure he sees him from the heavens
In fact, your honor, this gentleman put pressure on all of us as a Father.
It hurts to see this man struggle with his sick lil'boy. I wasn't very old (about 7) when my grandfather died of brain-tumor in 2000. I remember my grand-grand mother (his mom) saying that no parents should have to feel the pain of burying their children.
My grandfather was 1 out of 5 siblings. 3 brothers and 2 sisters. 1 brother died when he got caught in the net at 15 years old while the two others and their father was out fishing, they never found him. Then one of the sisters died of cancer when i was very young, then my grandfather died in 2000 and a couple years later his other brother died of brain tumor aswell. Poor parents got to see 4 out of their 5 children die :/
Your child is your child for life! And this gentleman proves it! God bless him 🙏 ❤️
I wish more judges were as kind, understanding, fair, and humorous as Frank Caprio.
That's exactly how I teach the law. It's true a law as been broken, but you MUST ALWAYS take into account the context, especially in small, not really dangerous situations. This judge is an absolute gem for the system.
Just heart wrenching story
What a fantastic judge very understanding 96 year old man judge you are great lovely story good story
Best Judge in the Country...!
It's a staged video not a real judge 🤡
Jeez - is someone cutting onions in here? This judge sets a damn fine example of how to be a good man and decent human being too!!
It's a staged video get over it
Makes you want to cry
The lip quiver of that old man. That tugged at my heartstrings a lil!
The Greatest Generation.
To be able to drive a car at 90 + age safely and taking care of handicapped son , the guy really is in good health but in too much pressure and worry about future . 🙄😤😮💨🤨
That's a cool judge
by far one of the best videos on RUclips❤
😢😢 96 and still parenting! This man is out here to put a ton of pressure on us
That's almost a tearjerker!
FRANK'S CAPRIO SON REALLY LOOKS LIKE HIS FATHER.👍👍
Absolutely wonderful just wonderful ❤️❤️
God Bless that Judge ! That man is a good father! We need people like this Judge and this father in the world 🌎!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hate it when smoke gets in my eye ....
Who is cutting onions? 🤧
he shouldn't even have been called to court with his age.
I read "96 years old speedrunner"
I REALLY LOVE 😍 AND LIKE JUDGE, FRANK CAPRIO. HE IS VERY HUMAN, NOT SENTENCEING 96 YEARS OLD FOR SPEEDING AND TAKING CARE HIS 63 YEAR OLD SON SUFFERING FROM CANCER. BRAVO JUDGE FRANK CAPRIO. LOVE 😍, RESPECT AND ADMIRATION FROM CYPRUS 🇨🇾 👍👍❤️❤️
the cop who wrote him the ticket should be tarred and feathered.
It was a speed camera
@@Tylnorton i understand that but is the writing of the ticket automated or does someone actually write out the ticket? if it's the latter roofing slop and pillow stuffing is in order.
@@Pops5033if it was an actual cop normally they would have discretion as to issue a ticket or just a warning but i dont think people writing the tickets for traffic cameras have the same discretion . I could be wrong tho.
@@bricelewis7869 you're probably right, it doesn't say whether it was a camera that caught him but i hope it was and not some cop without a heartbeat.
Would you write the same thing if a child (perhaps yours?) had been injured? The police officer was simply doing his job and looking out for the safety of the school children!
I wish they were more judges like this guy. I’ve watched this guy he helps a lot of people people who don’t even have two nickels to rub together. What an awesome individual.
The fact US has trials because of speeding is the reason why US is 35 TRILION DOLLARS in debt.
What a lovely story 😢😢😢
Who is cutting onions?
Good man, good judge
What I don't understand here is why he was even brought to the judge in the first place. From what I understood, he was speeding in a school zone so he basically should have got a ticket only. No reason to bother him more than that.
This is made me tear up
An amazing Judge one in million
And people treat fathers as 2nd class citizens when they want the rights and duties towards their children.. except for duties in terms of dollars..
Only God know how many Man like him we need in this world🙏
One day I will hope to be like the old grandfather....I'll try to do my best.
Sorry for my english.
❤️❤️❤️
🥺😊🙏
Police officers do strange things…a-lot.
Awwwww
А у нас возраст, это не аргумент. Ещё бы и на медкомиссию отправили и прав лишили.
Happy father’s day
Can anyone explain how to move a vehicle without speeding?
IS this a real question or are you pretending to be stupid?
Oh the horror ... 😱 ... He was speeding .. the State is it's own worse enemy when summary judgement & policy protectors do this kind of crap.
PS: 👍 to the Judge.
You dont stop talking to others buddy you mentioned my kid buddy
damn it, is someone cutting onions?
Yeah government waisting tax money SMH
And an indictment on your public education. Get your money back, they failed you. From the waist up.
Wheres the Cop ?!? that gave him a ticket.. he didn't come to court .. gives a ticket to a 90 year old man.. and doesn't show up to explain themselves...
He may have been caught by a camera, very common for school zones.
So you want to justify himself for enforcing the law in front of a school? Nothing said about how fast he drove, but what if a kid is being run over? I mean, the old man was on a way to a standard appointment, no emergecy and need to speed. Fair enough that the case was dropped, but the cop didn't do something wrong
Speeding or not, a police officer's job is to teach people not to punish them. How can someone write a ticket to a 96 years old
What kind of pos does this to a 90 year old helping his son with cancer? Karma will come for him…
I'm not crying. You're crying.
I saw this ages ago
Unless it's an emergency, I don't think it is justified to speed through a school zone, which was most definitely created across the US because of real cases of kids being run over while crossing the street. I'm sure everyone who's hit a pedestrian generally thought "I'm a decent driver, it'll never happen to me."
He was only taking him for routine blood work every two weeks...No reason to be speeding..............Especially not in a school zone....
Many would call me heartless agreeing, but agree I do! I have a LOT of health issues and need bloodwork all the time. Routine bloodwork is not a reason for speeding. Good on him for still being a dad at their age, but emotions are why the case was dismissed, not law.
Damn speedsters!
👍🤗🫂😍❤️❤️
I’m not crying. You’re crying.
you my man are a hero wot more do you need to say god bless you
Your a joke and mine .
Within 50 years people will read these kind of headliners: 125 Year old speeder caught when driving his son (101) to hospital [TR subtitle].
Click Bait. And I fell for it.
I don’t think a 96 year old should be driving
If he passes the tests and is in good health, why not?
Rather a 96 year old man driving than a 16 year old boy driving.
The queen of Great Britain was driving in her 90s.
Did you miss the part where he SAID he only drove when he had to? And to take his disabled cancer ridden son to the lab? Why do some of you a-holes have to make such horrible comments? SMH.
@@kerrylee4633 very true ....!
If it were Trump, he would be put in jail.
You mean when Trump is speeding to bring Ivanka to the hospital?
Ain't it the truth!
Trump living on your mind rent free? 😆
It is nice and heartwarming but still shows that US justice is broken.
There was no doubt a violation and he had no reason for speeding.
The bloodwork is done on a regular basis, so it is not an emergency on this day.
So it only proofs that judges can dismiss a case whgen they like the guy but they won't do it when they dislike the other one.
Justice should be done on the cause not if the suspect is likeable or not.
The law is the law. Speeding is never okay. We can’t give people passes for breaking the law.
Uhm. No?
Being a wholesome and caring father does not excuse endangering other traffic participants, more so when the area in question is *a school* (which is arguably one of the best reasons to set up a speed limits). Repeat after me: Trying to be a good person does NOT excuse ENDANGERING OTHERS.
You can absolutely commend a person for their motivation, and still condemn their actions for being reckless, at the same time.
Yes and no. He should not be endangering others, but he is a special case, where it is a necessity, especially with the price of EMS.
Luckily, judge Caprio doesn't agree with you.
The justice system should listen to facts like this, speedsters who actually get caught should not be pardoned, they are not only dangerous to themselves, but to others too!
... now if he were black ....
Hope you're improving judge.
That is perfect example of speed limits. If you can exceed speed limits being 96... what the fuck is going on there?
Too ridiculous to comment any longer.
'Thank you' he said, went to his supra with 1400whp and squeeze she sh*t out of that turbo… 🥲
