It hurts to see this man struggle with his sick lil'boy. I wasn't very old (about 7) when my grandfather died of brain-tumor in 2000. I remember my grand-grand mother (his mom) saying that no parents should have to feel the pain of burying their children.
My grandfather was 1 out of 5 siblings. 3 brothers and 2 sisters. 1 brother died when he got caught in the net at 15 years old while the two others and their father was out fishing, they never found him. Then one of the sisters died of cancer when i was very young, then my grandfather died in 2000 and a couple years later his other brother died of brain tumor aswell. Poor parents got to see 4 out of their 5 children die :/

There was no doubt a violation and he had no reason for speeding.
The bloodwork is done on a regular basis, so it is not an emergency on this day.
So it only proofs that judges can dismiss a case whgen they like the guy but they won't do it when they dislike the other one.
