Wow it was coming down raining cats and dogs there what a rainy memorial day for yall but it's a good day to just hang out inside all day and it's perfect napping weather too. I moved back to PA from AZ after the passing of my mom and I happened to be driving through MO on Sunday the 26th. By the time I got to St Louis things got dicey and I was literally playing "beat the storm" to get to my motel in Troy IL while getting tornado warnings through my SiriusXM radio. I barely made it and got parked under the check in roof when it hit with nearly ping pong sized hail. I lucked out and ended up with no damage to my Jeep, but it sure was cutting it close.
You are lucky to have family to take you in during times of illness, Ive seen families do it for short periods of time then start to get sick of each others habits and eventually someone gets kicked out. Good luck in your journey to get back to health and back to driving!
you folks are getting an awful lot of tornado's in your state, do you have a weather radio just in case and do you have an evac plan if you should need to take cover enjoyed hanging out with you watching the rain tks, take care
