My brother in law drove for stop and shop made good, money he was in the union had good medical benefits and was home every night made stay out over once in awhile because of bad weather in new England Get off of OTR, your body is warning you your life come first. that fast food and fast life style is a hazard to your health, even riding with Dave gave up that trucking life style because his health and mental was deteriorating

Move in with littleguy and get a job at his trucking terminal in Oklahoma. Hes the new terminal manager im sure he can find something for you. He highly speaks of you as being a very good friend of his.
Prayers jukebox I'm dealing with the same blood pressure issues I'm on 14 different pills and it's still high .and I'm dealing with heart failure I've been driving truck for 24 years OTR .I think my trucking career is over too

Prayers Jukebox! It Sounds like You have a Big Support Team; You're Blessed! I almost went thru The same thing with The BP. The Docs put me on a Diet and Rigorous exercise program. I started off by walking and Then Jogging. Every Morning I Jog 2 Miles when I get up. Exercise also helps with Depression and Anxiety. Hang in There Brother and Don't Worry. sorry to hear this, takes some time to get on the right BP meds when you first get told you have it, in my case the pill they put me on after I leveled it became too strong for me and BP was bottoming out, so prayers to you that it will get leveled and you can work if you so desire, you and the pups take care
God bless you Larry! It's time for a break. Health comes first. Trucking is stressful. I'm studying for my written, however I won't be able to do it long. I take blood pressure meds myself. I need some money to get started owning my own auto repair garage. I went to truck driving school between my Junior and Senior year in High School, and soon found out that I couldn't handle it. It broke my heart I loved watching trucks all of my life especially growing up. The military had a commercial offering 25k college fund and I called them up. May the Lord bless you in a nice, fun, and exciting career stress free!! I love watching your videos. Thank you so much. Get well brother!
Jukebox. You need to eat fruits like apples, bananas, pears.apricots,grapes, raisins, watermelon,plums, things like that you also might need to be on a water pill it's has bp meds in them good luck and STAY AWAY FROM SALT!!!!!!!++

My BP was so high they weren't going to give me a DOT physical card. I quit going to a general practitioner doctor and went to a cardiologist. He gave me three different blood pressure prescriptions and that fixed it. If you truck any more or not, I would make an appointment with a cardiologist.

You need to drive truck locally People who sleep six hours or less may have steeper increases in blood pressure. If you already have high blood pressure, not sleeping well may make your blood pressure worse. It's thought that sleep helps the body control hormones needed to control stress and metabolism. you put in your time in otr, time to relax and be home everyday. and go on a plant base meal any food with sucralose is a man made poison it mostly in diet or liquid drink it causes hbp and anxiety attack.
