I'm from Canada. What is your advice? Same here being bullied, mobbed, gaslighting, harassed at the hospital for over 14 years. I've happened to be the top worker for 38 years and have never been suspended. These bullies are jealous and miserable people. Union, manager, HR and the police are all totally useless. Bullies are lazy bums and stupid managers are scared of the bullies. They say about me I'm crazy, I drink, I'm a stalker all bs defamation of character. The biggest mistake since they removed disciplinary measures. They should arrest the bullies and fire the manager. Action speaks louder than nasty words. It destroyed my reputation. I will never quit to make these lazy bums ever win. If I decide to transfer to another hospital and may start bullying me once again, I don't know all the new managers etc. like in every department like now. So best to not change hospitals. Thank you for the Great information. Some people recommend just blocking the person completely; I don't use this tactic only because I want to know if they're escalating and my safety is at risk. I do not respond/no engagement at all when I can feel that "engrossment" from that person which I do not feel in return. With a lot of people (women mostly), we feel a need to be "nice" and that can lead a man to pursue relentlessly if he thinks he has a chance, then he might be angry and feel scorned "led on" so to speak if he feels his emotions were toyed

Actually depends of how I feel so I decide if I let them in. For example, I sometimes I truly tired so I listen to music really loud, other times I feel just overwhelmed for whatever happens during the day so I watch videos on RUclips. And some others I read books or short stories. So you decide what these “people” get from you. Now, since I know the worst things of this society, I laugh, so badly sometimes I can’t hide it. This is reminding me of how Robert Pattinson went on a date with one of his stalkers and basically was talking nonstop about how miserable his life was the whole time and she apparently never came back after that.
Stalkers are mentally sick individuals, obsessed, possessed by whatever thoughts or feelings they have towards their target, anger, competition, infatuation, revenge. The most dangerous are the scorned individuals, or the extremely jealous, driven by competition. A normal person will never stalk, they don’t use their time stalking others.
Scorned individuals are the least dangerous. They are normally aggrieved by some injustice which is probably true and they were treated badly. Often giving these people justice or solving the problem will sort them out instantly. What predators who seek to control others don't realise is that when they seek to interfere in a relationship to break a couple up so they can move in on the prize, is that the victim who did not deserve such interference will resort to stalking. They are just getting what the deserved. I have had a male stalk me on a cruise ship with some sort of bizarre sexual infatuation. They only thing that stopped him was to stalk him back. Sexual predators are the most dangerous. If you block them on social media then you cannot see them on your radar. The only way to stop a sexual predator stalker is to build a dossier on them, know everything about them and threaten them directly so forcefully that they become extremely scared. It does work and it does make them stop. The theory I have is that if someone is stalking you it is better for them to live in fear than for you.

Stalkers have to be taken seriously, and I completely get what your going through. So my first bit of advice is to document everything, create a documentation log. every time he cyber stalks or uses google phone to create a fake account, or any of the fake accounts the stalker creates not only take screenshots of everything, but keep multiple anti-stalking logs of every interaction, hand written and typed out. Create as much evidence as u can. This will be used for if u have to call the police, again for the billionth time. I understand his family and extended family are in law enforcement, but creating overwhelming evidence can really really help make u and your daughter feel more safe. every time he contacts her, write down the number that called, record the conversation using the screen recorder, and if u can use multiple recording devices. If u can have her record it on her phone, as soon as stalker calls or a number u or she doesn't know, either don't answer it, or open up the screen recorder and it records audio. If your right there, open up the video recorder on your phone, and record her being harassed and stalked. I would completely either get off Snapchat chat. tic-toc videos can be uploaded using RUclips. I understand your daughter wants to have fun and be free and so do u, but it's not your fault this is happening, and it most certainly isn't your daughters. Obviously your searched the crap out of the internet for answers, and this Video has some great answer, but not much in the way of what's happening to u. So remember the stalker your dealing with is most certainly a narcissist. So remember don't give him ANY attention. This is happening to your family. Your daughter, didn't ask for this but it is happening. So now you guys have to be a team. Don't ever argue about the situation. Keep each other in the loop, and have each other's backs. A strong foundation of love and understanding will help keep her safe. Things will escalate with a stalker, so because this is happening don't let her go out alone. If u choose to buy het a firearm, make sure she knows how to use it. I would absolutely get her pepper spray, and also with that practice using it. That way when a situation does arise, she's not panicked. I would also recommend a self defense classes for the both of u. U will bond, and also if the situation arises to defend herself or yourself, u will know what to do. Take every threat seriously, don't panic. Every fake account that the stalker creates, keep track of it I would recommend to having your daughter block her phone number even if she calls a friend. Just to be safe, create a bubble of safety, because the stalker wants to create a bubble of fear. So because this is happening u guys have to come up with real solutions not just hope it goes away. Because kids talk and narcassit stalkers will use what's called flying monkeys, it can be people that don't even know it, and he may get contact information third person, so u and your daughter and her boyfriend may need to keep all your cellphone number private. Now that the boyfriend of your daughter is being harassed I would suggest he do the same, and create a documentation log, because evidence, and multiple witnesses will go a long way. I so understand this is not only gross and frustrating, and law enforcement suck without a ton of evidence. Especially if the stalker has law enforcement in his family. So if all of u are creating this bubble of safety, documenting and creating evidence that creates a strong foundation it things escalate to a court room. If there are any emails from the stalker, look for the IP address, on the email. You can go to Google and search that IP address and see the whereabouts of the stalkers location. Keep logs of this, and keep carbon copies as well as back ups on your phones, laptops computer any place u can keep multiple copies of evidence. Look up your states ( of countries) penal code on stalking and harassment. Stalking is a course of conduct meaning a patternof conduct composed of 2 or more separate non continuous acts, evidencing a continuity of purpose. And while documenting your evidence make sure that the evidence shows that your daughter, u, your family, and her boyfriend are caused emotional distress by the stalking, cyber stalking and harassment. Your daughter may have to pick the safest social media accounts, and don't accept any friend request from someone she doesn't know. Call your phone company and either change her cell phone number, or have it blocked. Remember if your using a social media service, google it and see how it operates, how safe is it for my family, does this social media accounts let stalkers track me. Don't throw ANY evidence away. None. Keep it all. Don't believe any nonsense, trust facts, and your best judgement. Use your gut. Your gut is usually right. Please stay safe, I know it's not possible to do everything right, and people want to be trusting, but now that this is happening to your family, create a safe bubble, stay honest with each other, stalkers want to break the bonds between people, they are narcassit and want to hurt people for attention. So if u and she, and the boyfriend constantly remember not to answer any phone numbers u guys don't know. If u do decide, follow my advice, everytime. U can't be lazy about it because that will allow evidence to slip through. Tell all friends and family that u really trust, this is happening. Don't Rage post about the situation, especially if the stalker isn't completely revealed. I also had a stalker that did impressions so I'm glad u said that, I know it feels sureal but narcassits will do most any disgusting degrading thing for attention. Rember zero contact, and ignore them the best u can. Don't live in fear. Live in facts. Keep logs the more evidence the better, don't accept any friend request, if it's not some one u know, don't accept and if u do be ready to record your evidence. Also your daughter may want to use her own fake accout. Because this is happening, and I understand it does really suck, but she may need to be really inconspicuous online not using a real name and create a nickname or even a fake name all of u including the boyfriend can do this if u choose to. I hope the issue stops, and I'm sorry for your family this is happening. I can honestly back this up. My cousin from Canada went to California. Her future husband was being gang stalked until he pulled out his gun, on his own property. It then stopped completely.
this is common advice for if you deal with narcissistic personality types. “grey rocking” basically no emotion, no reaction, no responses. you gotta fight your ego and ignore all external force.
They never stop, they have an obsession that escalates overtime. And yes, they know what they are doing is wrong which is why they do it covertly and lie when caught and are manipulative.

I have had a stalker for nearly 10 years the person has done everything to get my attention even spread lies about me to anyone who will listen even contacted my friend on Facebook to get to me. I am not on social media I am glad i have a friend who has stuck by me as she knows what this person is like police are useless I have To be attacked before they will do anything they said. To everyone who is going through this keep your head held high you are stronger than you know realise this is not your fault and be proud of who you are and how well you are coping.
I completely understand your situation. I’ve had photos, videos, and witness statements about the stalking occurrences. My phone, school and employment has had electronic harassment / hacking. Trespassing and property damage - Videos, links, and this has been happening since 2018. Showed police officers, employer, family members, friends - yet nothing has been resolved. Seems like they are really mentally ill - severe obsession!
Ive had multiple stalkers who never attacked me, which made it nearly impossible to get help (you seem crazy and insane for assuming) a lot of stalkers prefer attacking you in other ways too. Like talking about you to people you know, harassing you and watching you via social media (do you ever feel like youre being watched? And nobody is physically watching you? Its probably because you can feel someone watching you via socials), trying to befriend you and gain your trust and coming to your house. Paying people to steal from your house/trash up your house. Spreading lies (gas lighting people you know to make you out to be insane, isolation) people with personality disorders are prime for stalking behavior, there's no reason for it besides obsession and Boredome. (And attention) Its probably the wrong channel for me to say this next bit, but Ive found that when youre constantly thinking about someone, that person is thinking about you too.......if youre feeling hypervigilent , its not a "coincidence" if any weird stuff keeps happening you've most likely got a stalker. I'm posting from personal experiences BTW. I'm not a professional but I've had one too many stalkers

True influential empowerment comes from those who can distinguish right from wrong, and harmful / disturbances from careful / consideration. You can learn to detect those “individuals” they all are the same. Same way of talking, walking, even how they dress up. They are so happy and busy in their lives that they try to use any kind of tool to bother those who are really making the difference for some people and their future. "Zero response" may be possible for some kinds of stalking, but not enough for someone who's also hacking resident devices, listening into victims' home, tracking their phone and intercepting communications vital to work, socializing, paying bills and living. The new kind of stalking is a whole new ballgame.
It's the same but it's just the fact they know they can gain easier access to you though the internet and devices, so all you can do is secure your safety and to prevent anyone from being able to do stalk you online or through your devices in future. You need to leave all the social media's including linkedin, keep your devices junk free don't download all kinds of things from unofficial sources, and pay attention to emails and remember what you did or didn't request to be sent to you so you know which ones to delete. It's usually how they get into people's computer then other device in the first place by clicking a link in an email unless they snuck into their home. We have to make it so difficult for them to gain access to us though even if they can't online or through our devices if they stalk in person you have to try and make it so difficult for them it'll take far more time and energy or they can't find you at all the less they see you the better really.

@@maureencassaniti1315 Viruses that could then also be on your computer and if you've got autoplay enabled on your computer disable it asap. The coding that opens the window has a backdoor in it that allows viruses to pass back and forth between devices just by plugging them in it's an unsafe feature of windows i don't know why they still put it in there. Remote connection needs an internet connection too so the viruses get the signal to spread to your devices or to your computer instantly. I dealt with that issue a while ago when my usb stick got infected and it's one of the first things they'll go for because despite it being known about for a long time few people still know about it. Format and reinstall everything but make sure before you clean your devices disconnect your internet and autoplay then format or reset to default other devices before reinstalling your computers, make sure to do a full format in ntfs because it's more secure. Make sure to change passwords on everything too and disconnect any accounts from your google or other sites and keep everything separate because again that's not secure doing that if one of them gets hacked into all the other connected accounts do too. Change your password on the most important accounts every 2 months including google because scammers just get in very easily now it's like they're just let in.
A cop gave me the best advice. That was too call the cops every single time you get contacted and that a restraining order is just a piece of paper and will not make it stop. And that’s exactly what I did.
It’s very much worth saying that stalked victims friendliness will absolutely be used against you in court. In the exact same way being overly aggressive or hostile will be. You just really have to cut complete contact entirely so the volume of harassment essentially is what convicts them.
And make sure you have in writing very clear messages that firmly tell that person to stop harassing you. Being able to show the judge that you have made your ‘no’ crystal clear and that person still choice to actively disregard it is immeasurably beneficial in garnering a conviction.
Beautiful analysis, it is almost as if an alter ego or an alternative version of you has been created in their imagination and they are forcing you to align with the "you" of their imagination. The scary thing is ultimately they convince themselves of the authenticity of their version. They hijack the real you and replace you with the version they have created of you. I guess in that way, they can justify or rationalize their victimization of you. They are always ahead of you, presenting the version of you they have created, even before you get the chance to present yourself as yourself to the people you encounter. I have been stalked/group stalked for 8 years and counting, at this point I can probably write a book. Sad thing is it takes away your ability to build meaningful or new relationships. Terrible predicament.
A lot of women on social media will refer to a stalker as "my stalker" which worries me. This gives the stalker a relationship with the person. MY stalker means they're being acknowledged. I wish people would say "the person stalking me" instead because it does not validate the relationship. Like, when Tana Mongeau would be like "MY STALKER is SO SMART he avoids being caught" and stuff like that.... That's really fueling it. You're owning him, you're complimenting him, and it's encouraging him. Keep all of this language in your private conversations. Never let the stalker see or hear it.
A lot of them like getting the attention from having a "stalker," whether it is accurate or not. Some, not all, enjoy the attention. It earns them social capital with human and online friends.
I was cyberstalked for 2 years it was hell on earth it resulted in me nearly ending my life & induced a manic episode & I was hospitalised under the Mental Health Act (quite ironic as a mental health prof myself). I was constantly told by the police not to react & it couldn't be that bad as they were not an immediate threat to my life. Meanwhile they'd infiltrated every aspect of my life: hacking work accounts, my phone, stole my identity etc. I had no way on line or on the phone whether to trust who I was speaking to or what I was seeing was real. If anyone can recommend any support groups I'd greatly appreciate it; it's two years on and I'm still extremely traumatised and trauma bonded.
I have an upstairs neighbor that follows me by tracking my phone via cellular/Bluetooth. I have to turn my phone to airplane mode. She follows me around my apartment and throws things down or stomps to let me know she’s in the same room. I don’t know why she’s doing this because I don’t know her. The only time I have made contact with her is when asking her to keep down the noise.I can’t wait until my lease is up so that I can move far far away
I had a stalker once. He was a 35-year-old psychiatrist. I was 16! I got out of dodge for school, didn’t tell him where I was going, and he found me. I will never forget answering my dorm phone and hearing his voice. Scary time. He showed up with a gun. Very sick man. Thankfully this was long before social media. It was terrifying but he eventually found another target.
I tried to appease my stalking neighbours. Tried to be pleasant? I hoped they would realise l am an ok person,....then loose interest. No!!! They became total nightmares. Knocking on my door 4? Times a day. Asking for things they could do themselves. I had no choice but to completely withdraw all communiication. Now we are back to covert harassment. He sings loundly 2 am , the walls are thin. I go out to my car ....he is out. I go in my garden ....he is out. I make a phone call .....everything falls silent so l am heard. They swear, shout dilerberatley if l am outside. They ask the other neighbour about me as l talk to her. I am watched and followed . They are retired and obsessed with me. I pray l can move soon. .
I have spent the past five years moving around the entire country (I'm in the UK) to escape the stalking but because he knows a lot of people he convinces them to let him be next door to continue the cycle. Lots of good info here, cant seem to "shake" my stranger stalker, its been oct/2020. Yeah ppl tell me to tell him to f.o., or call the cops, one person even said to pay him off, MANY said i was imagining it, exaggerating it, miss interpreting his romantic gestures, of course some think "there is more to this then you are letting on" you MUST have done SOMETHING to encourage him. At first ppl may care when you tell them whats going on but quickly they get tired of it. I lost friends over it for sure. This guy is amazingly clever, im certain he has done this before, as he knows what he is doing. He often positions himself to make it look like im stalking him (walks ahead of me while recording me over his shoulder on his phone, so he would just say She's following ME!! Very clever mental case! Any ways you have no reason to believe me, but then i have no reason to lie, Thank You SO Much, great advice, i will continue to ignore/but discretely let others know what is going on with this sick individual.
I survived a criminal stalker with priors. I locked him up twice. Cops were corrupt and one was a pervert. Horrifying 2 years echo some 27 years later. My heart goes out to anyone going through it. Reach out if you need help or some advice from my own experience.
Good for you, no one should have to deal with being harassed by some sicko wanting to come around. I am currently dealing with a sick man coming into my space at random intervals. The police won't do anything until He does something. Not right at all
I was going through this. I read a comment from a victim. I never forgot. She said " she had police involved, got a protection order, tried to reason with him, nothing worked" It was only when she became indifferent, ignored him, never responded.....that he went away...bored.
That's called going "grey rock". Be as bored/boring as you can, no emotion on your face, nothing. It's a useful tool for dealing with narcissists as well.

As a therapist I saw this guy twice and sent him a bill, he got mad because he lost his job. He took all his hate on me. He reported me to the feds, lies. He cyberbullied me for months, stalked me through court, we had to spend a lot of money tire him out in the legal system. I didn’t back down with him. He’d send letters to our home. We out manipulated him and burnt him out, he disappeared. We couldn’t ignore the stalker because of our business.
I have been stalked by my next door neighbor for six and a half years. I wish I had watched this video before I moved into my condo. I spent the first year and four months asking him to leave me alone in a respectful and kind way. That tactic made everything worse, but telling him forcefully to get away from me has also escalated activity. The five times I have asked the police for help have done nothing to stop him even when the police speak to him. I wish so much I had seen this before. I am so glad I finally found this video because it comforts me that all of these “magic” solutions aren’t going to work either because friends and loved ones sometimes suggest their magic solutions with the added assertion of “this would never happen to me” because they think they could handle the stalker better than I do and shut him down. Now, I can let go of the self blame those well meant assertions cause.
I think my pain amused my ex narc. It was so easy for him to create obstacles in my everyday life even from a distance by using my peers, family and coworker along with social media to slander me without consequences.
this video really helped because i’ve been so tired of people telling me that “ignoring will make it go away” everytime i tell them there’s nothing i can actually do for her to stop cuz she’s clinically obsessed with me , so while it did relived the part of me that wanted to be understood, it made me cry and hurt me just about as much as it gave me peace. I’m tired of not being able to enjoy life because of my stalker . I’ve had a troubled childhood and my teenager years were no sea of roses but i always had me. I always had my identity and my history and who i was and wanted to be present and since i had no friends or family that i could count on at the time , this was and is my rock. But surely peace never really lasts and this weird obsessive girl started to trying to be me 5 years ago and has not stopped since. I wish i had seen your video sooner but the. again, at the beginning i didn’t realize she was actually mentally deranged. I’m used to people copying things i do and i never took it seriously, i would just block the person and soon enough they would eventually stop, so when this girl started doing the same, i took the same approach. A lot of things started happening ( my boyfriends would get calls saying i was cheating, the police will get calls saying i was a terrorist , accounts with my face were made , some actually impersonating me and having “relationships” with followers , others just blatantly making fun of my body and face. I never would have guessed it if not for a ex friend of mine that called me and said that he would have to stop being friends because this girl (my stalker with whom he now dated ) didn’t want to. I said okay and i ignored it , but being a human i got curious and i searched for her (because he did say she had 3 fake accounts following me so i could not post anything about it cuz she would be mad , and i was furious with the audacity she had to do all that and still demand to have control over my life) I found out when i search for her, that for the past (at the time) 1/2 year she had done about everything to become me . She painted her hair and straitened it, she followed my friends, she claimed everything i did she did to, she purchased the same clothes i did, would post the same things and so on. This is when ur video would have come in handy because blind by rage i soon exposed her and went to the police (which was no help because my country has no laws for that :) ) it’s been 5 years. I’ve completely disappeared from social media, but she never stopped or stops. She found out my past , the horrible things that happened to me and spread them in the internet saying i was a liar. She also claims to be the victim (and even tho anyone that processes eyes can figure it to be the other way around, some don’t actually know me so they help her spreading those rumors with my name on that have made my life a living hell. Her mom is in on it too for she has called me multiple times to say that i need to just accept and be proud that her daughter admires me so much, while she keeps on giving her money to copy everything i do. My current boyfriend keeps getting calls, his exes get approached by her and jealous girls are the meanest. My mental health is progressively getting worse given that i am also getting physics sick from nerves and depression. I really don’t know what to do because i’ve been quiet for a year and a half now and she only gets worse and she finds ways to make me hurt and to get to me (example she made another psycho pretend to be my friend in real life to tell her my secrets, expose them with her twisted lies and then screwing me) i can’t really trust no one and i changed who i was so many times , so i would not be the same as her that i lost myself , and it was no good either cuz she just copied everything again. it’s a cycle that i can’t get out of . I really feel like perfect blue describes my life perfectly because i have thought in desperate moments that maybe i’m imagining it ? maybe i’m the sick one that thinks i’m her , the the large amount of proof i have says otherwise. I’m really lost now and i don’t know what to do , and it’s sad cuz she won’t stop but i don’t know if i can take it anymore . she also makes multiple fake accounts to insult her in her social media that she claims are me (but i found out were hers because i have an hacker fried that discovers her ip and the ip in those fake accounts is the same that the 90+ fake accounts she made over the years to stalk me that’s i had found. that’s how mentally insane. To make fake accounts to insult urself and claim to be another person and also some to compliment yourself as well cuz she has no friends. it’s sad and very scary actually

They don't stop. I have a stalker of 13 years, my own cousin, whose mind is so warped and delusional she can't move on with her life and find something else to do or some shred of happiness. The only way they go away or leave you alone is when they are either down and out and don't have the energy to stalk you. They are arrested, or they are dead.

I’ve had this happened to me numerous times. 1. When I was working out at the park a guy would watch me pass by his street. He could see me but I couldn’t see him. I changed my schedule but no matter the hour he’d see me and follow me into the park. I walked down a different street he couldn’t follow me anymore. Problem solved. 2. A female coworker was obsessed with me and would stare and follow me around. She was upset I rejected her friendship. I reported her to School Police Department and continued to ignore her. I also told the office gossiper about it (every workplace has one, use them to your advantage). She stopped following me around and trying to be near me but never stopped staring. I left (not bc of her) but she’s still there and now people know her as a stalker. 3. I’ve had ex-boyfriend social media stalk me for 20 years. He’s married. If his profile ever pops up immediate block. With all of these people, what works is what Andrew is saying, never, ever engage with them. They need access, proximity, validation, don’t give it to them.
I had two neighbor stalkers one male and one female. Dealing with this for years the harassment was unbearable from both parties. The male was eventually evicted and that was a form of relief. The female is worse she watches me and my husband come and go daily provoking reactions. She doesn't work and keeps her window open to watch our every move. She literally gets worse every year first trying to flirt with my husband, and weird behavior. The last year she has started to wear the identical clothing that I wear like she has taken pictures of my clothes and purposely comes out so I can see she is wearing the same clothes or colors and went as far as wearing the same hairstyles. It's disgusting behavior. I am now wearing a disguise when I come outside and covering my hair and clothing so she can no longer see my identity. I wear sunglasses and hide my face just to avoid this unstable person. I keep our blinds closed so I do not have to see her. I have dealt with stalkers all my life but at almost 50 years old this is just an annoyance behavior that I would love to be free from. Get this her ex husband is a police officer, now I see why she is an ex her behavior is unnerving. She has another house she bought and I think she is only there to annoy me. I have made a journal of her behavior for the last three years she is just getting worse and does everything from her bedroom window watching us. I had to hide my car just so she doesn't know when I am home. This lifestyle sucks this all started because I stopped speaking to her over the years because she was a nosy gossiper telling neighbors personal business to me and I didn't like that so I just quietly avoided her then bluntly started telling her why then I just had to be mean and stop speaking to her all together. I do not like weirdness.
I'm a 230 pound 6 foot male with 600 hours of bag work at a boxing gym. I got a right hook that can make a heavy bag bleed. I also have a stalker. The police have informed I'm not allowed to hit him because he could press charges against me. Unfortunately the police don't have his name and haven't questioned his motive. But I have filed multiple reports and I've been psychoanalyzed as a non violent person. I just want to live a normal life.

They are usually mental disturbed and cant understand how to regulate their emotions and desires and not good at processing information. Might be that your really funny and entertaining, or that the stalker knows u are a great boxer and they are jealous, and know you will hit them if they attack u, and they can be verbally aggressive with u and u can't do anything. Sounds like u know who it is, do u know the person name? Because it sounds like a reaction stalker, which is they can do all these little things, and use who ever u are and just the little things u do to harass u and u can't physically do anything about u. So i would recommend using the sweet science in your mind. Your best hook is going to be "nothing" don't react or care. So what u can't hit em. Teach yourself to not want to. That takes away their power. U can do this. Continue to go to the gym. Boxing is one of the best things in the world, so I understand where your coming from. But this is a metal thing. If u can train to become a great boxer, u can train yourself to be mentally tough. If u don't have a therapist I would recommend getting one. Because it can make u crazy and cause alot of mental damage. If u become this person that doesn't react and figure out, when did all this start. What was I doing that made myself so interesting to this person??? And it may suck to do... But u may have to change some of the things u do. Like I had to learn zero reaction is the best reaction. And not to talk to myself. My stalkers are so obsessed, that ant reaction or answer fr me to their non step repative statements, they think they are in a relationship with me. I am being stalked by my own cousin, which has been going on for over 12 years. Those who suffer from severe psychosis like my cousin, they will never let go of their obsession cause they live in another reality. They won't break out of it until they are arrested for their crime.

Exactly, I had one use what I call fast action movement which is intended to cause anxiety and confusion for the target, they will have another person present using a video camera or laptop to record you. If it works it makes the target appear unstable and unsafe and will use the video to prove that the target is an endangerment to society. There’s also another technique called dog whistle in order to make the target react and then used against them. I was at a dog park with my dog when an undercover came up and started acting like a tweeker in my face, I recognized the actions and walked away with thinking you’ve gotta be fuking kidding me 😂😂. Fast action talking is also used to induce stress and anxiety.
Its harder when i'm an 29 year old single mom. And two gangstalkers are over 60+ Nobody would ever believe me. They smear my name to people in the neighborhood. Leave childeren toys at my door, i refused to take their help for my puppy, They wanted to make md feel like a bad person. And that they wanted to call someone to take my dog away from me. My dog was 2 days for the first time separated from her mother and barked and cried alot in the beginning. I ignored them they called me a bitch or talk really loud outside next to my windows, and say bad things about me and my son. One of them walked passed my house 6 times a day to say hello to me in the beginning and it made me nuts. They are just evil.
same, I've called the police x3 they say that because he is my neighbour they cant do anything and I've just to get on with it, they made me feel like some sort of neurotic paranoid woman, i have hundreds of hours of footage of his behaviour but the police said because he has'nt approached me and said anything to my face or physically harmed me he can do what he likes, because he's my neighbour he can explain all his behaviour away as normal behaviour, i am tired of being followed around my own house, being watched, waited on, verbally abused daily as he passes my door whispering under his breath, he has told crazy lies so that neighbours are involved now who he has egged on into bullying my disabled partner making his life more difficult, whilst he stands back and watches what he's created, then at night he carries out his intimidation and stalking when no one can see, I'm tired i just want to be left alone, i am a prisoner in my own home and dreading the summer because i know he will be back to waiting for me on the doorstep for me to return home from work, last year i stayed in work until it was dark to avoid him, i just want my life back

I have watched this like 10x. It's so informative. My stalker is a 50 year old woman with mental issues. She first stalked me online especially with fake accounts......now after a year she now goes to my church. And there were times she tried to talk to me but I just ignore her and keep walking. The worst part my family and her family are on her side and I have all the screenshots since she started. She even admits it's her in one of them. Now she keeps trying different tactics to be near me and I can't do anything about it, no one will help especially my parents who are the Pastors lol. This sucks

The judge ordered the stalker to move, and I just recently let the landlord know that the stalker lied he can even contact the court house the judge ordered her to move and the stalker lied in court. So when this resurfaces and it will, she will not only be charged with five years of felony stalking, she will be in trouble for lying under oath, and for not following the judges orderer and not moving. I've been told by my caseworkers to seek help from the woman's resource center because they will help u fund a case and work better with the police. They also help men as well. My advice is if this is still happening to u, please get in touch with the women's resource center. Don't delete any evidence. Don't ever listen to anything the stalkers say. It's all lies from a disgusting person who talks like a baby and is addicted to McDonald's. They are the ones that barged into our lives. So we have the right to take our lives back. This person uses random accounts new numbers and calls weekly. Luckily no threats, but they are calculating and understands what he is doing it wrong. I feel scared for my safety, my nightmares have been horrible since he started stalking me.

I was stalked by two men, one from college for 35 years, the other from high school for 39 years! And they both died in 2021 (one of Covid allegedy, one suddenly - I suspect suicide). It was difficult to see them eulogized as great guys, but I didn't respond. My stalker of 39 year was estranged from his wife and children due to his abuse of them. Everything you said is TOTALLY TRUE! Silence doesn't make them stop, but it doesn't give them any ammunition, either!

Oh *thank you thank you thank you* for not saying "Do this and they'll be gone!" Its so frustrating when people think its easy to rid them, it doesnt matter what you do, they wont stop! I too, looked for the magic words, I expressed them just as you say to my psychologist "Are there any three magic words to unlock this?" And no. No... About what they want I have a group of them since 2 years back, everyone told me to get off the app we were on (they stalked me all over the internet on ALL platforms and we met on an app) but my intuition screamed "Find out whats wrong!" So I searched through the history of the chat in all places I could and found that their goal was to get me to committ suicide by hanging and when they had succeded, it would prove what master manipulators they were. So I called (this was a group of young persons on around 25-30) the leaders parents, I reported him to the police and I spread what they did on the app with print screens. ..Unfortunally it didnt stop them. And being off the app Ive tried before, didnt work either so the only way I see is making myself as invisible as possible by closing my accounts and as the years pass by maybe one day they'll tire..MAYBE. The sad part is theyre not only doing this to me but to others aswell, one of them a young guy who tried to commit suicide bc of it. Theyre demonically evil, these monsters. Theres NO mercy in them.

Gavin De Becker said that the smallest amount of contact you have with the stalker, even if it's just an email that says "leave me alone" is enough to buy you another 2 weeks of this person being in your life. Zero contact is the only way.
My own cousin; which alone is sickening to prcoess, has been stalking me online, for years... One thing I've learned from my expeience, my cousin's mind is so conditioned to a delusional mindset that they can't disengage from that delusion. So therefore, as why i have been constantly stalked, because even though you tell them to leave you alone, they won't. These creatures are pathetic asf! But you have to get the law involved and detatch your emotions from people like that, in order to pursue a criminal case. I was stalk by strange women after I reported crime from another perpetrator and my story come out in the media. I was stalk for 7 years and I have many stalkers. I reported it to the police many times. But the authorities did nothing. Stalking was stopped when I fell ill with PTSD. The stalkers run away scare because they know they was the perpetrator! I have a stalker and manipulator in my building and he connected to my workplace and a harassment formed a gang along with flying monkey's and another master manipulator.
Stalkers basically want something that you have (in terms of your personality/creativity etc) and like the way they feel around you (when you are in your element) and don't understand or care about boundaries. They perceive that they are entitled to control you and if you push back, will punish you in some way. It's an issue with their personality disorder, many of them are lonely, angry people who have not found something in their life that provides them with value, so they will take the first person who is nice to them and then try and manipulate them. It begins with micro-aggressions such as you should do this and that and testing your response. The best response is not to change and not to conform and nip it in the bud right away. The longer you play the game, the stronger the backlash will be from them.

I am in my second stalking experience now. It is highly unpleasant. But I can not so easily be isolated as when I was a new student in a strange place so I am less vulnerable and in a much better position to manage it. I just ignore it all including the smear campaigns. My friends know not to bring it up. I have built a pretty good wall and have support around me this time. But I did do a little soul-searching because clearly there is some deficiency in my own personality, an overly trusting nature or a drive to please, that allows such toxicity to fester in the first place. When you stop pleasing people, they are not pleased. Be careful going forward to protect yourself and trust your instincts. I am working on doing the same for myself. Make people earn your trust. Do not breach your boundaries to please anyone. Treat yourself as deserving of respect. Good luck.

I had the same situation with neighbors stalking me and one lady in particular who lived directly across the street from me was following me and constantly coming outside every time I came out of my house. It was so horrible because she was constantly threatening to call the cops on me and my husband. She actually would time me when I dropped of my child to school and made sure she was walking in the street so I would see her. Eventually we sold our house and moved.

I came looking for help and got an absolute bucketful of reassurance here. My daughter has somehow picked up a nasty one, an ex-boyfriends new gf (with whom he cheated on my daughter). She has sat outside our house, photographed and uploaded it on her 'socials', she barrages my daughter with hate filled bile followed by feigned sympathy and posts encouraging people to follow my daughter out of sympathy etc etc. It's been around a year of harassment now and she's been blocked on numerous accounts. My daughter has a reasonably large following 1M+ and has developed a decent income via fashion and make-up. There's hundred's of examples from this individual, she even claims to 'have a case' against my daughter..for what I have no idea! Am I correct in thinking this stalker has a jealousy issue despite the fact my daughter has looooooong since moved on from this cheating pos ex bf?

My Ex-husband is sickly obsessed with me and hacks my devices then commits crimes in my account. He is a child perpetrator/rapist. Raped a 4 year until she was a teenager (my daughter) she deals with problems from this past. He needs to go away from me but will not! I divorced him but he is still doing the same hacking all the time. He is very sick! When will he understand he committed the crime and should still be behind bars IMHO. He most definitely has SERIAL traits.
My stalker had influence and was next level manipulative, besides for knowing where I lived, so I couldn't rely on authorities. The torture kept going no matter what I did until I deleted social media, moved to another country and used a VPN for the rest of my time.

What makes a stalker stop? This: I had a stalker who started calling me every night with sexual noices. I thought, this must be stopped immediately, or it will go on forever. So i thought about how to connect my phone to something like the police, so it will shock the stalker. The police is not possible, but after a deep long thought i came up with a kinky gaybar. Thinking they will know how to handle such callers. So connected my phone and warned all my friends not to call me for the next few nights. I had peacefull nights knowing that when he was going to call me he would hear: "Gaybar the Cockring, goodevening!" He stopped.

so useful but I'm on my second stalker - the first was 20yrs ago and this one the last year - the first I gave up and moved at great expense and resentment. Today I don't have the energy - they are the most malicious and self-centred individuals around. I used to have an ex who would stalk my social media even after we were no longer together. Even after that, that ex sent a lot of people to check in on me online and in person around my workplace. Some of these people would send me images of the ex and ask me random questions after I said I wasn't answering anything. I had to quit my jobs and change my number while keeping everything a secret. You cannot get the law onto their heels, because the police would just tell us they can only act when we have been hurt physically. Right now, I just deactivate social media routinely.

It is impossible with the zero response rule for me, as anything I do can be interpreted as a response to the form of harassment, and I struggle ALOT with the zero response rule. The stalker pose a threat to basic human rights, and has issues with common sense ethics, aswell as is socially incompetent. Then it cant seem to separate what is prejudice and what is factuals. It does not understand what is knowledge and what is not knowledge. I fear rationally for breaching of other human rights, than "only" disrespecting sociality. I just had to find another method of being who I am and being happy. I work on it every day. And try my best to help anyone else going through this. I even had to learn not to talk to myself. Excellent video! The only thing that I would add is that if they are stalking you, you are probably not the first. They often have a history of this kind of behavior. The only problem is trying to get other people to come forward if you're faced with having to take legal action or get the police involved. Other people who may have had interactions with the stalker in the past are reluctant to come forward since they know what the stalker is capable of and are not anxious to get involved. There is almost always a pattern of behavior on the part of the stalker though.
If its a "love" stalking situation then they actually think that they are the victim. The best thing is to just ignore them. Yeah telling them on social media in my profile wall to stop didnt work. They crave the drama and others can judge us for being brave by verbally assertive in a negative way back. Yep we have to be "the perfect victim" in a court room. But for most of us that's hard because we don't want to be victims. We just want to be left alone and stand up for ourselves so we are not considered weak.

They are trying to live through your emotional responses. Stalking is a form of complete selfabandonment. And they try to make you abandon yourself. Do something that makes you feel good or at least less bad. Give yourself time to feel. Acknowledge how you feel and how your body feels. Understand your stressreactions and stress systeem and how to selfregulate. It is super hard to do, but the situation could not get any worse, even if it does. The best thing you can do is get yourself a hat with a camera on it and keep it recording when you're out and about and at home pull out your phone and start recording if she shows up there. Record her every time she shows up, every time she tries to interact with you, and record yourself telling her to get away from you and you want her to leave you alone her attention is completely unwelcome. Make it very clear you're going to record her every time she shows up or even so much as watches you from a distance, you need to be tough with them and know you aren't bluffing whatsoever. The one thing in common is they seriously think nothing will happen and they'll keep getting away with it but they're also cowards and don't like consequences, no there needs to be consequences when they refuse to stop and it's effecting your mental health. She's giving you no choice but to defend yourself so you must but you mustn't do anything else but keep it to making it very clear every time you want her to leave you alone and then remain silent and let her behavior speak for itself because it's your own behavior that will be judged too. Collect it for at least the next year or 5 months if she shows up a lot and then hand in the evidence to show how she repeatedly shows up even when you want nothing to do with her. We have to do this here in the UK or anywhere else even if there is a law nothing else or what we simply say is going to be proof you have to create your own file on them. Who knows maybe you can scare her away by continually recording her showing you're dead serious but if not then that's what you have to do but believe me the last thing they want is to get caught.

Thank you for the Great information. Some people recommend just blocking the person completely; I don't use this tactic only because I want to know if they're escalating and my safety is at risk. I do not respond/no engagement at all when I can feel that "engrossment" from that person which I do not feel in return. With a lot of people (women mostly), we feel a need to be "nice" and that can lead a man to pursue relentlessly if he thinks he has a chance, then he might be angry and feel scorned "led on" so to speak if he feels his emotions were toyed

Actually depends of how I feel so I decide if I let them in. For example, I sometimes I truly tired so I listen to music really loud, other times I feel just overwhelmed for whatever happens during the day so I watch videos on RUclips. And some others I read books or short stories. So you decide what these “people” get from you.
Now, since I know the worst things of this society, I laugh, so badly sometimes I can’t hide it.

Stalkers are mentally sick individuals, obsessed, possessed by whatever thoughts or feelings they have towards their target, anger, competition, infatuation, revenge. The most dangerous are the scorned individuals, or the extremely jealous, driven by competition. A normal person will never stalk, they don’t use their time stalking others.
Scorned individuals are the least dangerous. They are normally aggrieved by some injustice which is probably true and they were treated badly. Often giving these people justice or solving the problem will sort them out instantly. What predators who seek to control others don't realise is that when they seek to interfere in a relationship to break a couple up so they can move in on the prize, is that the victim who did not deserve such interference will resort to stalking. They are just getting what the deserved. I have had a male stalk me on a cruise ship with some sort of bizarre sexual infatuation. They only thing that stopped him was to stalk him back. Sexual predators are the most dangerous. If you block them on social media then you cannot see them on your radar. The only way to stop a sexual predator stalker is to build a dossier on them, know everything about them and threaten them directly so forcefully that they become extremely scared. It does work and it does make them stop. The theory I have is that if someone is stalking you it is better for them to live in fear than for you.

Stalkers have to be taken seriously, and I completely get what your going through. So my first bit of advice is to document everything, create a documentation log. every time he cyber stalks or uses google phone to create a fake account, or any of the fake accounts the stalker creates not only take screenshots of everything, but keep multiple anti-stalking logs of every interaction, hand written and typed out. Create as much evidence as u can. This will be used for if u have to call the police, again for the billionth time. I understand his family and extended family are in law enforcement, but creating overwhelming evidence can really really help make u and your daughter feel more safe. every time he contacts her, write down the number that called, record the conversation using the screen recorder, and if u can use multiple recording devices. If u can have her record it on her phone, as soon as stalker calls or a number u or she doesn't know, either don't answer it, or open up the screen recorder and it records audio. If your right there, open up the video recorder on your phone, and record her being harassed and stalked. I would completely either get off Snapchat chat. tic-toc videos can be uploaded using RUclips. I understand your daughter wants to have fun and be free and so do u, but it's not your fault this is happening, and it most certainly isn't your daughters. Obviously your searched the crap out of the internet for answers, and this Video has some great answer, but not much in the way of what's happening to u. So remember the stalker your dealing with is most certainly a narcissist. So remember don't give him ANY attention. This is happening to your family. Your daughter, didn't ask for this but it is happening. So now you guys have to be a team. Don't ever argue about the situation. Keep each other in the loop, and have each other's backs. A strong foundation of love and understanding will help keep her safe. Things will escalate with a stalker, so because this is happening don't let her go out alone. If u choose to buy het a firearm, make sure she knows how to use it. I would absolutely get her pepper spray, and also with that practice using it. That way when a situation does arise, she's not panicked. I would also recommend a self defense classes for the both of u. U will bond, and also if the situation arises to defend herself or yourself, u will know what to do. Take every threat seriously, don't panic. Every fake account that the stalker creates, keep track of it I would recommend to having your daughter block her phone number even if she calls a friend. Just to be safe, create a bubble of safety, because the stalker wants to create a bubble of fear. So because this is happening u guys have to come up with real solutions not just hope it goes away. Because kids talk and narcassit stalkers will use what's called flying monkeys, it can be people that don't even know it, and he may get contact information third person, so u and your daughter and her boyfriend may need to keep all your cellphone number private. Now that the boyfriend of your daughter is being harassed I would suggest he do the same, and create a documentation log, because evidence, and multiple witnesses will go a long way. I so understand this is not only gross and frustrating, and law enforcement suck without a ton of evidence. Especially if the stalker has law enforcement in his family. So if all of u are creating this bubble of safety, documenting and creating evidence that creates a strong foundation it things escalate to a court room. If there are any emails from the stalker, look for the IP address, on the email. You can go to Google and search that IP address and see the whereabouts of the stalkers location. Keep logs of this, and keep carbon copies as well as back ups on your phones, laptops computer any place u can keep multiple copies of evidence. Look up your states ( of countries) penal code on stalking and harassment. Stalking is a course of conduct meaning a patternof conduct composed of 2 or more separate non continuous acts, evidencing a continuity of purpose. And while documenting your evidence make sure that the evidence shows that your daughter, u, your family, and her boyfriend are caused emotional distress by the stalking, cyber stalking and harassment. Your daughter may have to pick the safest social media accounts, and don't accept any friend request from someone she doesn't know. Call your phone company and either change her cell phone number, or have it blocked. Remember if your using a social media service, google it and see how it operates, how safe is it for my family, does this social media accounts let stalkers track me. Don't throw ANY evidence away. None. Keep it all. Don't believe any nonsense, trust facts, and your best judgement. Use your gut. Your gut is usually right. Please stay safe, I know it's not possible to do everything right, and people want to be trusting, but now that this is happening to your family, create a safe bubble, stay honest with each other, stalkers want to break the bonds between people, they are narcassit and want to hurt people for attention. So if u and she, and the boyfriend constantly remember not to answer any phone numbers u guys don't know. If u do decide, follow my advice, everytime. U can't be lazy about it because that will allow evidence to slip through. Tell all friends and family that u really trust, this is happening. Don't Rage post about the situation, especially if the stalker isn't completely revealed. I also had a stalker that did impressions so I'm glad u said that, I know it feels sureal but narcassits will do most any disgusting degrading thing for attention. Rember zero contact, and ignore them the best u can. Don't live in fear. Live in facts. I have had a stalker for nearly 10 years the person has done everything to get my attention even spread lies about me to anyone who will listen even contacted my friend on Facebook to get to me. I am not on social media I am glad i have a friend who has stuck by me as she knows what this person is like police are useless I have To be attacked before they will do anything they said. I completely understand your situation. I’ve had photos, videos, and witness statements about the stalking occurrences. My phone, school and employment has had electronic harassment / hacking. Trespassing and property damage - Videos, links, and this has been happening since 2018. Showed police officers, employer, family members, friends - yet nothing has been resolved. Seems like they are really mentally ill - severe obsession!
Ive had multiple stalkers who never attacked me, which made it nearly impossible to get help (you seem crazy and insane for assuming) a lot of stalkers prefer attacking you in other ways too. Like talking about you to people you know, harassing you and watching you via social media (do you ever feel like youre being watched? And nobody is physically watching you? Its probably because you can feel someone watching you via socials), trying to befriend you and gain your trust and coming to your house. Paying people to steal from your house/trash up your house. Spreading lies (gas lighting people you know to make you out to be insane, isolation) people with personality disorders are prime for stalking behavior, there's no reason for it besides obsession and Boredome. (And attention)
Its probably the wrong channel for me to say this next bit, but Ive found that when youre constantly thinking about someone, that person is thinking about you too.......if youre feeling hypervigilent , its not a "coincidence" if any weird stuff keeps happening you've most likely got a stalker. You can learn to detect those “individuals” they all are the same. Same way of talking, walking, even how they dress up. They are so happy and busy in their lives that they try to use any kind of tool to bother those who are really making the difference for some people and their future.

"Zero response" may be possible for some kinds of stalking, but not enough for someone who's also hacking resident devices, listening into victims' home, tracking their phone and intercepting communications vital to work, socializing, paying bills and living. The new kind of stalking is a whole new ballgame.
It's the same but it's just the fact they know they can gain easier access to you though the internet and devices, so all you can do is secure your safety and to prevent anyone from being able to do stalk you online or through your devices in future. You need to leave all the social media's including linkedin, keep your devices junk free don't download all kinds of things from unofficial sources, and pay attention to emails and remember what you did or didn't request to be sent to you so you know which ones to delete. It's usually how they get into people's computer then other device in the first place by clicking a link in an email unless they snuck into their home.
We have to make it so difficult for them to gain access to us though even if they can't online or through our devices if they stalk in person you have to try and make it so difficult for them it'll take far more time and energy or they can't find you at all the less they see you the better really.

@@maureencassaniti1315 Viruses that could then also be on your computer and if you've got autoplay enabled on your computer disable it asap. The coding that opens the window has a backdoor in it that allows viruses to pass back and forth between devices just by plugging them in it's an unsafe feature of windows i don't know why they still put it in there. Remote connection needs an internet connection too so the viruses get the signal to spread to your devices or to your computer instantly.
I dealt with that issue a while ago when my usb stick got infected and it's one of the first things they'll go for because despite it being known about for a long time few people still know about it.
Format and reinstall everything but make sure before you clean your devices disconnect your internet and autoplay then format or reset to default other devices before reinstalling your computers, make sure to do a full format in ntfs because it's more secure.
Make sure to change passwords on everything too and disconnect any accounts from your google or other sites and keep everything separate because again that's not secure doing that if one of them gets hacked into all the other connected accounts do too. Change your password on the most important accounts every 2 months including google because scammers just get in very easily now it's like they're just let in.
A cop gave me the best advice. That was too call the cops every single time you get contacted and that a restraining order is just a piece of paper and will not make it stop. And that’s exactly what I did.

It’s very much worth saying that stalked victims friendliness will absolutely be used against you in court. In the exact same way being overly aggressive or hostile will be. You just really have to cut complete contact entirely so the volume of harassment essentially is what convicts them.
And make sure you have in writing very clear messages that firmly tell that person to stop harassing you. Being able to show the judge that you have made your ‘no’ crystal clear and that person still choice to actively disregard it is immeasurably beneficial in garnering a conviction.
Beautiful analysis, it is almost as if an alter ego or an alternative version of you has been created in their imagination and they are forcing you to align with the "you" of their imagination.
The scary thing is ultimately they convince themselves of the authenticity of their version. They hijack the real you and replace you with the version they have created of you.
I guess in that way, they can justify or rationalize their victimization of you. They are always ahead of you, presenting the version of you they have created, even before you get the chance to present yourself as yourself to the people you encounter.
I have been stalked/group stalked for 8 years and counting, at this point I can probably write a book. Sad thing is it takes away your ability to build meaningful or new relationships. Terrible predicament.
A lot of women on social media will refer to a stalker as "my stalker" which worries me. This gives the stalker a relationship with the person. MY stalker means they're being acknowledged. I wish people would say "the person stalking me" instead because it does not validate the relationship.

You're owning him, you're complimenting him, and it's encouraging him. Keep all of this language in your private conversations. Never let the stalker see or hear it.
A lot of them like getting the attention from having a "stalker," whether it is accurate or not. Some, not all, enjoy the attention. It earns them social capital with human and online friends.

I was cyberstalked for 2 years it was hell on earth it resulted in me nearly ending my life & induced a manic episode & I was hospitalised under the Mental Health Act (quite ironic as a mental health prof myself). I was constantly told by the police not to react & it couldn't be that bad as they were not an immediate threat to my life. Meanwhile they'd infiltrated every aspect of my life: hacking work accounts, my phone, stole my identity etc. I had no way on line or on the phone whether to trust who I was speaking to or what I was seeing was real. If anyone can recommend any support groups I'd greatly appreciate it; it's two years on and I'm still extremely traumatised and trauma bonded.
I have an upstairs neighbor that follows me by tracking my phone via cellular/Bluetooth. I have to turn my phone to airplane mode. She follows me around my apartment and throws things down or stomps to let me know she’s in the same room. I don’t know why she’s doing this because I don’t know her. The only time I have made contact with her is when asking her to keep down the noise.I can’t wait until my lease is up so that I can move far far away
I had a stalker once. He was a 35-year-old psychiatrist. I was 16! I got out of dodge for school, didn’t tell him where I was going, and he found me. I will never forget answering my dorm phone and hearing his voice. Scary time. He showed up with a gun. Very sick man.
Thankfully this was long before social media. It was terrifying but he eventually found another target.

I make a phone call .....everything falls silent so l am heard. They swear, shout dilerberatley if l am outside. They ask the other neighbour about me as l talk to her.
I am watched and followed . They are retired and obsessed with me.
I pray l can move soon.

Yeah ppl tell me to tell him to f.o., or call the cops, one person even said to pay him off, MANY said i was imagining it, exaggerating it, miss interpreting his romantic gestures, of course some think "there is more to this then you are letting on" you MUST have done SOMETHING to encourage him.
At first ppl may care when you tell them whats going on but quickly they get tired of it. I lost friends over it for sure. This guy is amazingly clever, im certain he has done this before, as he knows what he is doing. He often positions himself to make it look like im stalking him (walks ahead of me while recording me over his shoulder on his phone, so he would just say She's following ME!!

I was going through this. I read a comment from a victim. I never forgot. She said " she had police involved, got a protection order, tried to reason with him, nothing worked" It was only when she became indifferent, ignored him, never responded.....that he went away...bored.
That's called going "grey rock". Be as bored/boring as you can, no emotion on your face, nothing. It's a useful tool for dealing with narcissists as well.

As a therapist I saw this guy twice and sent him a bill, he got mad because he lost his job. He took all his hate on me. He reported me to the feds, lies. He cyberbullied me for months, stalked me through court, we had to spend a lot of money tire him out in the legal system. I didn’t back down with him. He’d send letters to our home. We out manipulated him and burnt him out, he disappeared. We couldn’t ignore the stalker because of our business.
That’s not an stalker but an unhappy customer. Stalkers don’t leave. Maybe it’s a good time to change profession.

I have been stalked by my next door neighbor for six and a half years. I wish I had watched this video before I moved into my condo. I spent the first year and four months asking him to leave me alone in a respectful and kind way. That tactic made everything worse, but telling him forcefully to get away from me has also escalated activity. The five times I have asked the police for help have done nothing to stop him even when the police speak to him. I wish so much I had seen this before. I am so glad I finally found this video because it comforts me that all of these “magic” solutions aren’t going to work either because friends and loved ones sometimes suggest their magic solutions with the added assertion of “this would never happen to me” because they think they could handle the stalker better than I do and shut him down. Now, I can let go of the self blame those well meant assertions cause.
I was stalked for 3.5 years. I eventually grey rocked for about 4 months. When I went back online, he was over me.
I think my pain amused my ex narc. It was so easy for him to create obstacles in my everyday life even from a distance by using my peers, family and coworker along with social media to slander me without consequences.

I said okay and i ignored it , but being a human i got curious and i searched for her (because he did say she had 3 fake accounts following me so i could not post anything about it cuz she would be mad , and i was furious with the audacity she had to do all that and still demand to have control over my life) I found out when i search for her, that for the past (at the time) 1/2 year she had done about everything to become me . She painted her hair and straitened it, she followed my friends, she claimed everything i did she did to, she purchased the same clothes i did, would post the same things and so on. This is when ur video would have come in handy because blind by rage i soon exposed her and went to the police (which was no help because my country has no laws for that :) ) it’s been 5 years. I’ve completely disappeared from social media, but she never stopped or stops. She found out my past , the horrible things that happened to me and spread them in the internet saying i was a liar. She also claims to be the victim (and even tho anyone that processes eyes can figure it to be the other way around, some don’t actually know me so they help her spreading those rumors with my name on that have made my life a living hell. Her mom is in on it too for she has called me multiple times to say that i need to just accept and be proud that her daughter admires me so much, while she keeps on giving her money to copy everything i do. My current boyfriend keeps getting calls, his exes get approached by her and jealous girls are the meanest. My mental health is progressively getting worse given that i am also getting physics sick from nerves and depression. I really don’t know what to do because i’ve been quiet for a year and a half now and she only gets worse and she finds ways to make me hurt and to get to me (example she made another psycho pretend to be my friend in real life to tell her my secrets, expose them with her twisted lies and then screwing me) i can’t really trust no one and i changed who i was so many times , so i would not be the same as her that i lost myself , and it was no good either cuz she just copied everything again. it’s a cycle that i can’t get out of . I really feel like perfect blue describes my life perfectly because i have thought in desperate moments that maybe i’m imagining it ? maybe i’m the sick one that thinks i’m her , the the large amount of proof i have says otherwise. I’m really lost now and i don’t know what to do , and it’s sad cuz she won’t stop but i don’t know if i can take it anymore . Either way, probably no one will read this given it’s extensive content and also my possible many orthography mistakes haha i just need to vent . I’ve had this happened to me numerous times.
1. When I was working out at the park a guy would watch me pass by his street. He could see me but I couldn’t see him. I changed my schedule but no matter the hour he’d see me and follow me into the park. I walked down a different street he couldn’t follow me anymore. Problem solved.
2. A female coworker was obsessed with me and would stare and follow me around. She was upset I rejected her friendship. I reported her to School Police Department and continued to ignore her. I also told the office gossiper about it (every workplace has one, use them to your advantage). She stopped following me around and trying to be near me but never stopped staring. I left (not bc of her) but she’s still there and now people know her as a stalker.
3. I’ve had ex-boyfriend social media stalk me for 20 years. He’s married. If his profile ever pops up immediate block.
With all of these people, what works is what Andrew is saying, never, ever engage with them. They need access, proximity, validation, don’t give it to them.
I had two neighbor stalkers one male and one female. Dealing with this for years the harassment was unbearable from both parties. The male was eventually evicted and that was a form of relief. The female is worse she watches me and my husband come and go daily provoking reactions. She doesn't work and keeps her window open to watch our every move. She literally gets worse every year first trying to flirt with my husband, and weird behavior. The last year she has started to wear the identical clothing that I wear like she has taken pictures of my clothes and purposely comes out so I can see she is wearing the same clothes or colors and went as far as wearing the same hairstyles. It's disgusting behavior. I am now wearing a disguise when I come outside and covering my hair and clothing so she can no longer see my identity. I wear sunglasses and hide my face just to avoid this unstable person. I keep our blinds closed so I do not have to see her. I have dealt with stalkers all my life but at almost 50 years old this is just an annoyance behavior that I would love to be free from. Get this her ex husband is a police officer, now I see why she is an ex her behavior is unnerving. She has another house she bought and I think she is only there to annoy me. I have made a journal of her behavior for the last three years she is just getting worse and does everything from her bedroom window watching us. I had to hide my car just so she doesn't know when I am home. This lifestyle sucks this all started because I stopped speaking to her over the years because she was a nosy gossiper telling neighbors personal business to me and I didn't like that so I just quietly avoided her then bluntly started telling her why then I just had to be mean and stop speaking to her all together. I do not like weirdness.
I'm a 230 pound 6 foot male with 600 hours of bag work at a boxing gym. I got a right hook that can make a heavy bag bleed. I also have a stalker. The police have informed I'm not allowed to hit him because he could press charges against me. Unfortunately the police don't have his name and haven't questioned his motive. But I have filed multiple reports and I've been psychoanalyzed as a non violent person. I just want to live a normal life.

Might be that your really funny and entertaining, or that the stalker knows u are a great boxer and they are jealous, and know you will hit them if they attack u, and they can be verbally aggressive with u and u can't do anything. Because it sounds like a reaction stalker, which is they can do all these little things, and use who ever u are and just the little things u do to harass u and u can't physically do anything about u. So i would recommend using the sweet science in your mind. Your best hook is going to be "nothing" don't react or care. So what u can't hit em. Teach yourself to not want to. That takes away their power. U can do this. Continue to go to the gym. Boxing is one of the best things in the world, so I understand where your coming from. But this is a metal thing. If u can train to become a great boxer, u can train yourself to be mentally tough. If u don't have a therapist I would recommend getting one. Because it can make u crazy and cause alot of mental damage. If u become this person that doesn't react and figure out, when did all this start. What was I doing that made myself so interesting to this person??? And it may suck to do... But u may have to change some of the things u do. Like I had to learn zero reaction is the best reaction. And not to talk to myself. My stalkers are so obsessed, that ant reaction or answer fr me to their non step repative statements, they think they are in a relationship with me. It's disgusting and it violates who u are. But it takes time to master and don't forget to just live your life. And if they think smiling and any reaction is to them, then smile on the inside. They're usually very underhanded, sneaky, work in groups, and are cowardly, so finding out who your stalkers are can be difficult, but pay attention to people around you and meet them head on when possible.

Exactly, I had one use what I call fast action movement which is intended to cause anxiety and confusion for the target, they will have another person present using a video camera or laptop to record you. If it works it makes the target appear unstable and unsafe and will use the video to prove that the target is an endangerment to society. There’s also another technique called dog whistle in order to make the target react and then used against them. I was at a dog park with my dog when an undercover came up and started acting like a tweeker in my face, I recognized the actions and walked away with thinking you’ve gotta be fuking kidding me 😂😂. Fast action talking is also used to induce stress and anxiety.
Its harder when i'm an 29 year old single mom. And two gangstalkers are over 60+ Nobody would ever believe me. They smear my name to people in the neighborhood. Leave childeren toys at my door, i refused to take their help for my puppy, They wanted to make md feel like a bad person. And that they wanted to call someone to take my dog away from me.
My dog was 2 days for the first time separated from her mother and barked and cried alot in the beginning. I ignored them they called me a bitch or talk really loud outside next to my windows, and say bad things about me and my son. One of them walked passed my house 6 times a day to say hello to me in the beginning and it made me nuts. They are just evil.

I have watched this like 10x. It's so informative. My stalker is a 50 year old woman with mental issues. She first stalked me online especially with fake accounts......now after a year she now goes to my church. And there were times she tried to talk to me but I just ignore her and keep walking. The worst part my family and her family are on her side and I have all the screenshots since she started. She even admits it's her in one of them. Now she keeps trying different tactics to be near me and I can't do anything about it, no one will help especially my parents who are the Pastors lol. This sucks

The person stalking me is so crazy she has sat in her apartment for 14 days and hasn't eaten because I haven't left to eat. I'm disabled physically. So when this resurfaces and it will, she will not only be charged with five years of felony stalking, she will be in trouble for lying under oath, and for not following the judges orderer and not moving. I've been told by my caseworkers to seek help from the woman's resource center because they will help u fund a case and work better with the police. They also help men as well. My advice is if this is still happening to u, please get in touch with the women's resource center. Don't delete any evidence. Don't ever listen to anything the stalkers say. It's all lies from a disgusting person who talks like a baby and is addicted to McDonald's. They are the ones that barged into our lives. So we have the right to take our lives back. This person uses random accounts new numbers and calls weekly. Luckily no threats, but they are calculating and understands what he is doing it wrong. I feel scared for my safety, my nightmares have been horrible since he started stalking me.

I was stalked by two men, one from college for 35 years, the other from high school for 39 years! And they both died in 2021 (one of Covid allegedy, one suddenly - I suspect suicide). It was difficult to see them eulogized as great guys, but I didn't respond. My stalker of 39 year was estranged from his wife and children due to his abuse of them.

About what they want I have a group of them since 2 years back, everyone told me to get off the app we were on (they stalked me all over the internet on ALL platforms and we met on an app) but my intuition screamed "Find out whats wrong!" So I searched through the history of the chat in all places I could and found that their goal was to get me to committ suicide by hanging and when they had succeded, it would prove what master manipulators they were. So I called (this was a group of young persons on around 25-30) the leaders parents, I reported him to the police and I spread what they did on the app with print screens.
..Unfortunally it didnt stop them. And being off the app Ive tried before, didnt work either so the only way I see is making myself as invisible as possible by closing my accounts and as the years pass by maybe one day they'll tire..MAYBE. The sad part is theyre not only doing this to me but to others aswell, one of them a young guy who tried to commit suicide bc of it. Theyre demonically evil, these monsters. Theres NO mercy in them.
"The Gift of Fear" is a brilliant book and I highly recommend it. Gavin De Becker said that the smallest amount of contact you have with the stalker, even if it's just an email that says "leave me alone" is enough to buy you another 2 weeks of this person being in your life. Zero contact is the only way.

My own cousin; which alone is sickening to prcoess, has been stalking me online, for years... One thing I've learned from my expeience, my cousin's mind is so conditioned to a delusional mindset that they can't disengage from that delusion. So therefore, as why i have been constantly stalked, because even though you tell them to leave you alone, they won't. These creatures are pathetic asf! But you have to get the law involved and detatch your emotions from people like that, in order to pursue a criminal case. I have a stalker and manipulator in my building and he connected to my workplace and a harassment formed a gang along with flying monkey's and another master manipulator.
Stalkers basically want something that you have (in terms of your personality/creativity etc) and like the way they feel around you (when you are in your element) and don't understand or care about boundaries. They perceive that they are entitled to control you and if you push back, will punish you in some way. It's an issue with their personality disorder, many of them are lonely, angry people who have not found something in their life that provides them with value, so they will take the first person who is nice to them and then try and manipulate them. It begins with micro-aggressions such as you should do this and that and testing your response. The best response is not to change and not to conform and nip it in the bud right away. The longer you play the game, the stronger the backlash will be from them.
I don't even know what "microaggression" means anymore! Stupid feminists overused that word a long time ago, so nowadays it means NOTHING TO ME ANYMORE!!

I am in my second stalking experience now. It is highly unpleasant. But I can not so easily be isolated as when I was a new student in a strange place so I am less vulnerable and in a much better position to manage it. I just ignore it all including the smear campaigns. My friends know not to bring it up. I have built a pretty good wall and have support around me this time. But I did do a little soul-searching because clearly there is some deficiency in my own personality, an overly trusting nature or a drive to please, that allows such toxicity to fester in the first place. When you stop pleasing people, they are not pleased. Be careful going forward to protect yourself and trust your instincts. I am working on doing the same for myself. Make people earn your trust. I had the same situation with neighbors stalking me and one lady in particular who lived directly across the street from me was following me and constantly coming outside every time I came out of my house. It was so horrible because she was constantly threatening to call the cops on me and my husband. She actually would time me when I dropped of my child to school and made sure she was walking in the street so I would see her. Eventually we sold our house and moved.

I came looking for help and got an absolute bucketful of reassurance here. My daughter has somehow picked up a nasty one, an ex-boyfriends new gf (with whom he cheated on my daughter). She has sat outside our house, photographed and uploaded it on her 'socials', she barrages my daughter with hate filled bile followed by feigned sympathy and posts encouraging people to follow my daughter out of sympathy etc etc. It's been around a year of harassment now and she's been blocked on numerous accounts. My daughter has a reasonably large following 1M+ and has developed a decent income via fashion and make-up. There's hundred's of examples from this individual, she even claims to 'have a case' against my daughter..for what I have no idea!

so useful but I'm on my second stalker - the first was 20yrs ago and this one the last year - the first I gave up and moved at great expense and resentment. Today I don't have the energy - they are the most malicious and self-centred individuals around. I used to have an ex who would stalk my social media even after we were no longer together. Even after that, that ex sent a lot of people to check in on me online and in person around my workplace. Some of these people would send me images of the ex and ask me random questions after I said I wasn't answering anything. I had to quit my jobs and change my number while keeping everything a secret. You cannot get the law onto their heels, because the police would just tell us they can only act when we have been hurt physically. Right now, I just deactivate social media routinely.

It is impossible with the zero response rule for me, as anything I do can be interpreted as a response to the form of harassment, and I struggle ALOT with the zero response rule. The stalker pose a threat to basic human rights, and has issues with common sense ethics, aswell as is socially incompetent. Then it cant seem to separate what is prejudice and what is factuals. It does not understand what is knowledge and what is not knowledge. I fear rationally for breaching of other human rights, than "only" disrespecting sociality. I just had to find another method of being who I am and being happy. I work on it every day. And try my best to help anyone else going through this. I even had to learn not to talk to myself. That book is AMAZING. It should be in every school and taught as curriculum. I read it when Oprah promoted it years ago. I recommend it to everyone.
Excellent video! The only thing that I would add is that if they are stalking you, you are probably not the first. They often have a history of this kind of behavior. The only problem is trying to get other people to come forward if you're faced with having to take legal action or get the police involved. Other people who may have had interactions with the stalker in the past are reluctant to come forward since they know what the stalker is capable of and are not anxious to get involved. There is almost always a pattern of behavior on the part of the stalker though.
If its a "love" stalking situation then they actually think that they are the victim. The best thing is to just ignore them. Yeah telling them on social media in my profile wall to stop didnt work. They crave the drama and others can judge us for being brave by verbally assertive in a negative way back. Yep we have to be "the perfect victim" in a court room. But for most of us that's hard because we don't want to be victims. We just want to be left alone and stand up for ourselves so we are not considered weak.

I was stalked in my mid 20's. I moved to another area to get away from the idiot that was stalking me. I've never understood why he chose me because I wasn't the most attractive person around.
Put boundaries . No contact but know your surroundings. Don’t trust just be safe. Usually they like empathetic people that seems very friendly and have not boundaries. They are cowards.

It is not you, but the cardboard figure they made out of you inside their own heads. You are nothing more than an object to the stalker. You are nothing more than a thought, a fantasy they obsess about. What they do towards you is that they try to merge with their version of you. In reality, it is not really personal, but it is made personal and it feels personal, it was never really about you, it is about them trying to distract themselves from themselves. They are trying to live through your emotional responses. Stalking is a form of complete selfabandonment. And they try to make you abandon yourself. Do something that makes you feel good or at least less bad. Give yourself time to feel. Acknowledge how you feel and how your body feels. Understand your stressreactions and stress systeem and how to selfregulate. It is super hard to do, but the situation could not get any worse, even if it does. Every time it happens to me I think: "They probably lost their parent/caregiver, who's child is this?"😂 Humor is healing to me. Take care of yourself. 💜
In Russia, we unfortunately don’t have the specific law against stalking, like in the US or Britain. Being stalked for a year now, by a female. It’s absolutely horrific, there is NOTHING I can do. What the specialist says in the video is ABSOLUTELY precise!

The best thing you can do is get yourself a hat with a camera on it and keep it recording when you're out and about and at home pull out your phone and start recording if she shows up there. Record her every time she shows up, every time she tries to interact with you, and record yourself telling her to get away from you and you want her to leave you alone her attention is completely unwelcome.
Make it very clear you're going to record her every time she shows up or even so much as watches you from a distance, you need to be tough with them and know you aren't bluffing whatsoever. The one thing in common is they seriously think nothing will happen and they'll keep getting away with it but they're also cowards and don't like consequences, no there needs to be consequences when they refuse to stop and it's effecting your mental health. She's giving you no choice but to defend yourself so you must but you mustn't do anything else but keep it to making it very clear every time you want her to leave you alone and then remain silent and let her behavior speak for itself because it's your own behavior that will be judged too.
Collect it for at least the next year or 5 months if she shows up a lot and then hand in the evidence to show how she repeatedly shows up even when you want nothing to do with her. We have to do this here in the UK or anywhere else even if there is a law nothing else or what we simply say is going to be proof you have to create your own file on them. Who knows maybe you can scare her away by continually recording her showing you're dead serious but if not then that's what you have to do but believe me the last thing they want is to get caught.
Trust me I’m in the US and some motherfoocker is stalking me for years and completely destroyed my life but she will never stop until she kicks the bucket or me leaving the country ONLY for that reason. She’s employing million people to fuck around with me and she even bought the COPS themselves to arrest me for absolutely no reason whatsoever. It’s a NIGHTMARE, she’s absolutely mentally sick
