Love this channel. So surprised on the portion size of this place. For such quality and that price. In the US it would be 2.5x the price for sure. Keep putting out the bangers!
I think your just biased against the US or you live in some city and only ever go to high end restaurants, alot of these portion sizes are measured out, and you can see them making them to hit 1Kg per portion, which form my experience is pretty standard.
@@Dappers6110 in the US this would be at least double the price for the amount of food and quality of ingredients
@@Fmsrttm Because they have to pay for rent, staffing and many other things I do not want to list out. Everything is a lot more lax/cheaper when you run a street food stall compare to a restaurant. These street stalls are something one do as a hobby, not as a lifeline, something people do for fun after they retire from their actual job (this guy for example, was former sumo).

But I found the Japanese food looks excellent besides they are giving you big portions for your money

Watching all of the foods looks delicious.
Japanese portions are tiny and mostly overpriced. I think most examples here are not typical. Just looking at 06:42 which is more American portions sizes.
I don't know too much about Japanese food but it sure looks good enough for anybody who would want to try them.

@@mistiewaters2185 I have travelled to Japan many times so this video should be overlooked. The comments regarding the food portions are prejudicial and misguided. If you can’t say anything nice, then, don’t say it, at all … ‘nuff said!!!
The Katsudon in the beginning is a huge portion, I haven't seen the rest yet but you're delusional to think that isn't the size of an American serving, I live in America and I make Katsudon all the time because it's my favorite Japanese dish to eat and I can very confidently say that the Katsudon here is 3 to 4 times the size of what would be considered an American serving. Literally each slice is almost a whole pork cutlet in itself and that's at least 3 eggs per bowl when it's usually 1 egg for one serving. And the person above me is spot on when they say you are prejudiced with your opinion. Not only prejudiced but ignorant for what I guarantee is something you've never even tried before. It's so crazy how every country outside of America has this view of us Americans as awesome and cool when most of us are ignorant assholes who judge others based on what they learned from their racist social group that they grew up in

I went to Chiyomatsu last October on a Sunday and it was well worth it. Biggest tonkotsu I've ever had.
