need air pneumatic conveyor, especially for ventillation pressurisation during loading of bins in hot days or b737 and a320. ground airman pneumatic 😮gen-set sort of olugin.
Damn, if this was a Fedex load crew there would have been 2 audit fails in the 1st 10 seconds of this video lol. Interesting to see how other airlines do loads though.
Hi Joe - A skilled team of warehousemen build the pallets. The skill comes from being able to match the interior profile of the aircraft remotely from the warehouse. That way there are no issues when the pallet is then transferred into the aircraft. The 'wrapping' is two-fold, A net which is capable of containing the load upto 9G acceleration and the clear wrapping just for wet weather protection.
This is an old comment now, but these units are built on a platform that lowers into the ground. Everything is put on with a forklift, the whole unit is then lowered into the ground so that it can be tied up
I loaded freight before freight containers were invented .imagine loading driveshafts ,car parts by hand . Or machine parts in a steel box with j bars and pushing .
Luke - various parameters are taken into account. The inside profile of the structure is just one. The short pallets will have had very dense cargo on it and therefore the Max Pallet weight is considered as well as the maximum load capability of the Bay it is planned to be loaded in which also leads on to maximum cumulative load parameters. Also the effect of both the Main Deck and the Holds below the MainDeck is considered in all Load Planning. Cheers
Thanks for viewing. It's various general cargo, with pallets of Hazardous freight (segregated according to regs), oil equipment, vehicles, aero engines etc etc, anything that will fit
This aircraft has many Pallet configurations but, generally using 88"x 125" and 96"x 125" pallets it takes 27 on the MainDeck and 10 in the Lower plus 2 baggage containers.
No, only through the MCD in the aft as this shows, 747 is only able to do the nose trick because the flight deck is on the 2nd topside level. 777 has only one topside level.
Astonishing that the plane can take off with all that weight on it :)
My exact thought when I flew out of Texas the other day.
Passengers too..
Really impressive.
Amazing!! Thank you for sharing
I’ve never seen PMC’s stacked that high before, let alone most of the fright on the plane loaded like that!
Main deck PMC's for 777F can be built upto 118 inches for 48 inches of PMC !
Bruh
Always good seeing you mate
Thanks Andy I see the flight training is progressing well for you. Fly safe buddy

wow its wonderful that powerful engine could lift that geavy
Great video. Even showed the pallet spin if you caught it.
Very cool ☺️
So that's how they load the cargo plane!!!
Is dat the Cisco disco duck soundtrack? 👀🎹🎹👀. PWG

Yep Big Ramps will never get an ACE audit.
Hahaha especially if it was at the Memphis Hub.
nice
Great
Hey Gary, what Air Carrier is this? Just curious, I tracked your video down all the way from Instagram haha
Hi Tommy, this aircraft belongs to Etihad Airways out of Abu-Dhabi.
I got nervous for the guy on the right. Those pallets rolling by him looked like they could have squashed him against the wall.
Great utube movie. Is that you?(the person who took the camera at 1:38)
Yes, that is me stopping the camera. Thanks for watching and your kind comment.
Who packs all that stuff up on the pallets and wraps it? That seems like it would be a big job.

for you
@@garybruce7290 I worked in the sheds at LHR doing that job for years in the early 2000's, the skill & knowledge of the old hands was phenomenal.

Don’t need to ‘Imagine’ - I’ve been there
This footage is not about YOU
Great video i love it
So then what’s on the underside of the cargo planes?
As it is on passenger aircraft, the lower Holds on a Freighter will be filled with cargo instead of passenger suitcases.
Why were some of the pallets so short? Surely they could have thrown some light cargo on top?

👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Who makes the CLS for the 777?
A question for Boeing perhaps
Thanks for you but 20 feet palette operating system aircraft main deck
How many pallets does it fit?

Hi 27 MainDeck and 10 Lower Deck
CSS BOX MIX ....
I am just a curious AvGeek as you can tell by my channel I'm sure
Do you need a drivers license for this job...??
Surely they do ! Airline or ramp handling companies won't let their employee drive any such vehicle unless an employee has drivers license.
What is the music?
No idea - Utube put that on in place of my choice (of which I don't have permission to use)
this is pretty cool, I build those pallets at frankfurt airport
Wow! 🤩
This makes my everyday ramp life look so boring 😂
call me dumb but i didnt know how these planes loaded until now i thought they moved the nose like the 747

Wonder how Aerosucre does it 🧐
Hopefully it doesn't crash
Amazing, thanks
Lees packages. On the plane.
Team wheels lol
Planes can't fly.... but you still try to trick me ! 😨
