Well the beginning, I don't know why but it makes me sad. The beginning of the video makes me feel like he died already and this is like a tribute. It's just supposed to be an instrumental right? They should play that at his funeral its beautiful. It's all incredible.

Street of Dreams, too, he's said, is in part, talking with his dad after his death, and seeking his advice/wisdom when he(Lindsey) was feeling troubled and lost in his own life.
Lindsey only plays it as an instrumental, but it's originally from South Pacific. Search This Nearly Was Mine South Pacific to hear the lyrics. I think it's much sadder/more mournful as an instrumental, though, and of course, Lindsey is a master at conveying emotion.
