I remember watching your nail art videos in high school and now doing my Master's in college. You still look amazing, always have been. It's nice to come back to see the person that inspired you to do Nail art.
Oh my gosh. I used to watch you back in my college years and now I'm working decided to check back on you. You really changed a lot over the years, I'm glad you're having fun!
Bamboo silica might be something to look into if you want to see a rapid increase in speed of growth and thickness! I grew out a short bob to hair past my chest in less than 2 years and I wasn’t even taking it diligently. I’m also keto, but vegetarian so I needed an alternative to collagen. Just in case anyone is in the same boat as me :) great video 🥰
To those with thyroid disorders, please do not take bamboo silica. I just looked it up and it can cause problems for those of us with Hashimotos, under or over reacting thyroids.
Thank you Raquel for the update. I love your hair and thank you for your time with making videos not only in English but ESP as well. I am trying to learn Spanish and this is super helpful! Take care, hugs from Europe 💖
Hello my darling!! Your hair is looking beautiful and I'm happy you've been getting more positive results overall. I can't wait to see the end of your nail growth since you cut them down awhile back. We're long nail twins so I get excited when you post new nail art, repairs, products etc. Happy holidays everyone😍
Idk if you read these now that it’s an old video. But I wish I was watching when you went through the hair regrowth journey. I am going through that right now and have been for 8 months. What I would say to everyone going thru regrowing their hair, is to slightly keep trimming the ends of that new hair!!! When it looks like fine baby hair and not spikes anymore, as soon as they start laying down, TRIM THOSE ENDS!!! It should never look like baby hair and babies should never have hair like that either. Parents just never trim their babies hair like they should either! It will look so much thicker and most importantly, it will not keep splintering apart where it’s so thin. Trim what you can see like the bangs and hairline. I promise it will help. Overall it’s the biggest mistake all ppl make with hair. Trim trim trim!!!
Maybe your channel should more correctly be called "Love4NailsAndHair" ;) .. Your wonderful super long hair is just as amazing and iconic as your wonderful long nails :) :) :)
I highly recommend you read a book off amazon called ‘nutrition and hair loss a new perspective on male pattern baldness telogen effluvium alopeica areata’ by Avicena. The author outlines how ketogenic diets cause hair loss. It’s an amazing book
Keto diets aren’t meant to be done long term. It’s not good for your body to constantly be in ketosis. That’s what happens in type 1 diabetics. You sure must have a lot of will power to do it for over a year. Of course, I can’t tell you what to do, but I hope you’re in contact with a doctor and/or dietician because I’d hate to see you get sick because of this. Take care ❤️
I’ve never heard of keto being short term, what I’ve read and reseal is it’s a long life lifestyle, I have been doing keto for 2.5 yrs long but along the way I adjust it from strict to less strict it’s a day to day lifestyle for me
@@Lilibear-1 mayo clinic: “While the ketogenic diet may be recommended for some people with uncontrolled epilepsy, the high fat content - and especially the high level of unhealthy saturated fat - combined with limits on nutrient-rich fruits, veggies and grains is a concern for long-term heart health”. No healthy diet should limit fruit and vegetable intake. No healthy diet should include large amounts of processed or red meat (both are carcinogens). It’s fine short-term, but long term keto diets can have many health implications down the line.
Many people do this lifestyle long term with no issues. My friend and her boyfriend have done it for like 4 yrs with no issues ,in fact their health is better then ever. I have also done it for a year and all my blood test levels are better ie cholesterol, lower blood pressure, etc. My doctor is very happy with my weight loss and all improvements. I was prediabetic before and now that is gone. Everyone is different. I did not have hair loss but this is not a one size fits all thing. Everyone has to do what's best for them. I'm continuing to stay on it as carbs just make me feel horrible however everyone is entitled to their opinion. It's her life and her choices.
@@oliviasimeon5686 I think it’s the best thing I have ever done for my body, I have suffered PCOS if you know anything on this disease you would know how a low carb lifestyle is almost a miracle healer , I don’t know about your study but for me doing keto 3 yrs next month no harm if anything beneficial in tons of ways
I saw this too and it was exactly what I thought immediately. I have watched nail videos for so long and she was so lovely, but she looks so gaunt now. 💔
I think we're just used to seeing her robust with a little extra weight. I was a bit shocked when I came back to the channel after a long absence and saw her keto look. But now that I'm over the shock I think she looks beautiful.

I forgot all about bamboo! The tea was really popular for hair growth a few years back. I haven’t heard much about it lately.

Ohhhh I’m going to buy the collagen
You’re making great progress! I’ve been inconsistently taking Dr. Axe’s multi collagen protein. Have you looked into the starch solution diet?
Hello, do you still use rye flour to wash your hair?

How many carbs are you eating now?

@@mollyoxy I agree. I did a paper on this and there is not evidence of this diet being beneficial for long-term usage.

As long as she’s happy. Let’s not judge. We don’t know
