First off, McDuffie is an all pro and Waddle is "hopefully" a #1 WR. Secondly, Waddle is in his last year of his rookie contract and McDuffie has 2 years left.

At this point I think I could be the Chiefs #1 receiver and we’d still win the Super Bowl. McDuffie, Sneed, Jones, Bolton are all untouchable for me. We NEED these guys
I would strongly prefer the Chiefs to use some draft picks this year to get a solid #2 WR from another team, dump MVS and slot that new receiver in for somewhere around the same price.
Our defense can win another SB without busting the bank on offense, Rice plus another #2 can hold down the fort. Spend the money on Sneed and Jones.

Mcduffei has become the top chiefs CB. He had impacted the SB significantly by preventing WRs from catching balls. He played clean without penalties. He should not be traded at all. If he goes and Sneed goes. Kharab will hit the Kingdom. Go Chiefs

Waffle is great on a Hill led team. He isn’t as much of a threat when you don’t have Hill taking the pressure off of him.
What it boils down to, is you're trading a top 5 guy at his position in the league, all pro in only his second season, who you have 3 more years of cost control over-- for a guy whos the second best player at his position on his own team (granted, the other is Tyreek, maybe WR1 of the league, i get it--) MIGHT be a top 20 guy in the league at his position, but has been hurt for extended periods in every year hes played, and has a year less left of cost control than the other guy. Thats why its a dumb idea.

We only really need middle to slightly above middle of the pack WRs. Salary Cap is $255.4mil about $12mil more than projected. Let's go get a decent WR or two okay WRs with that. He is coning off a 4yr $11mil contract. His stats is not great and has been in decline. Offer him 3yr $18mil (Inc $8mil signing bonus) or do a prove it deal that is tied to games played and stats. Pittman Jr contract was 4yr $8.6mil. We could do 4yr $28mil (Inc $10mil signing bonus). He is younger and healthier than Brown.
So. Dump MVS and with additional salary cap lets get us at least one of these guys.

Nope. Not scratching my head. I have heard other crazy sh!t from him and other "analyst". Just the other day someone said we should let Chris Jones walk so we could get Mike Evans. Listen, I love everything Mike Evans brings to the table. Hell if it were a dish I mike take two or three helpings BUT Chris Jones is not a dish. No no my friend, Chris Jones is the whole damn buffet. He gets you sacks, he gets you pressures and because they pay so much attention to him people like Karlaftis and others can feed. And we all know our Savant Head Chef Messeur Patrick Mahomes II can turn 2 week old can food into a 5 star fit for a Queen or King meal. That said, we do not trade any of our talent for some "secret weapon". If they want picks we can talk, otherwise we be shopping for some 2 day old can food like a Marquise Brown or Michael Pittman Jr to come in and make him look like Tyreek Hill or Jerry Rice. Apologies Jerry!!
