They don't cover the exact same niches but I can see why some people would argue that.
They both sub all. Vira does it for 3 turns. Birdgirl only does it for one turn but also comes with undying. Depending on the circumstances one is better than the other at that job.

She's pretty good but not great imo, the main appeal is the weapon which is a genuinely spectacular mainhand for manadiver

I think she is great but really what i most like about her is that she is really fun to use, don't know how to explain that but it feels so good to tank 80k damage and go back to full health next turn

Is fenie buff def from -70% to 220% base
or 220 - 70 ?

She has a -70 def but after revive she has 220

@@Ryan2MauYes, but the question was, does she go from flat -70% DEF to flat 220% DEF, or does she get that 220% DEF Boost added onto the -70% in her passive, leading to an actual DEF boost of only 150%?
