This is just one more reason why OM is the best crash bar manufacturer in the business. Nobody, repeat NOBODY, puts their products through this kind of testing. If they only, try to get them fit better, and, please clean the bolts before you ship to the customer. Every bolt that needed to get bolted direct to the engine, i had to clean the tread.
I don't care how great those crash bars are, that hurt watching.
Lorry, love seeing these bikes being put through the test. Once you release the 2024 Crash Bars, I will purchase a combo. I bought a 2024 1250 GS Adventure, @outbackmotortek crash bars is what I want on my bike!

I have seen other crash bar test videos, you are elsewhere, I think you are at 95% of the protection, it just lacks a mesh to block the projections of stones. I hope my idea. Is useful to you, I do it for free because I love BMW motorrad.

I added an extra brace over the heads… looks like it will bend too easy.
to do the maintenance of the engine, do you need to remove every crash bars ? it look like there not enough room.
Valve maintenance is every 20.000kms/12.500miles and that will require removal of our lower crash bars.

Morning, mate! Yeah, we do ship to Australia to our dealer Adventure Moto. Lower crash bars diameter is 27mm, the upper one is 25mm and the bash plate is 5mm thick.
Hi, how do you protect the back and the exhaust? With the kit for the side panniers? Thanks
The side panniers/racks can offer some protection, but that’s not their primary purpose

Complimenti alla ricerca BMW possego 650gs del 2004 bene 2 anni fa andando a lavoro ho avuto in incidente ,premetto vivo a Monaco di Baviera mitrovavo vicino al Centro traffico alta densita strada a 2 corsie come molte volte capita in auto vuole cambiare corsia si accorge tardi della Mia presenza io istintivamente mi allargo pero nonriesco ad evitarla e con le protezione laterali c'e l'impatto con sportello anteriore eparaurti bene per Mia fortuna non sono caduto alla fine i danni alla moto erano minimi io ho riportato una lesione al menisco ma l'auto una Golf aveva3.600 euro di danni con la protezione laterale avevo sradicato il
