On the old ufc whenever someone keeps doin spinning moves i always go for the take down or the clinch and get their back for a slam or just take em down from the jump.

Its actually because they don’t implement draws, the thq ufc games had more accurate judging in my opinion, there’s been fights on this ufc where I thought I lost and won and there’s fights where I thought I won but lost
nah I definitely lost rounds where I had a higher strike %, 2/2 takedowns and around 2 minutes of control time and still lost the round without me getting dropped.

I mean I find the game fun but don't watch the ufc, so I play differently to how most fighters would. I rarely punch besides jabs, I basically never elbow, never knee. Almost all my fighting is stay outside reach get a couple good kicks and then jab to stop combos from my opponent if they get close

The issue with the spin is that with every other strike, you get a conversion if the strike would end in a certain range. The front kick changes to a knee, the head kick to a body kick, etc. With the spin, for some reason, it seems to be only the STARTING range that it changes. That way they can queue it up as you walk in and then hit you when you're 2 inches away from their face. Meanwhile, if they try to throw it way too close, it'll change to a wheel kick. It's very odd.
Why do the Diaz Brothers even have spin kicks? Neither of them has ever thrown one effectively in their entire careers. This is further proof that these game developers have no idea what they are doing they are ignorant, incompetent and they should never touch a mma game ever again.

I mean I find the game fun but don't watch the ufc, so I play differently to how most fighters would.
I rarely punch besides jabs, I basically never elbow, never knee.
Almost all my fighting is stay outside reach get a couple good kicks and then jab to stop combos from my opponent if they get close

I love all your vids but I LOVE to see you get a lil personal and really put the beats to cornballs like this guy. If you could do a whole series like this it would be the best!
The issue with the spin is that with every other strike, you get a conversion if the strike would end in a certain range. The front kick changes to a knee, the head kick to a body kick, etc. With the spin, for some reason, it seems to be only the STARTING range that it changes. That way they can queue it up as you walk in and then hit you when you're 2 inches away from their face. Meanwhile, if they try to throw it way too close, it'll change to a wheel kick. It's very odd.
Why do the Diaz Brothers even have spin kicks? Neither of them has ever thrown one effectively in their entire careers. This is further proof that these game developers have no idea what they are doing they are ignorant, incompetent and they should never touch a mma game ever again.
