something tells me max is going to win by 15 seconds and shut everyone up who thinks that red bull are done... and i am a ferrari fan😐😐
Could easily happen, could also be whoever is in front by what we saw in miami! HOPEFULLY IT GETS INTERESTING!
OMG i just read this ... I think i said the same thing! I feel validated. 😂😂😂
Let it RAIN RAIN RAIN!!
Gosh I hope so lol
@@southerncomfort1339 Let it SNOW
Truly the best f1 content on youtube right now, really awesome to see someone with such a passion for the sport who is also so informed. Seriously underrated!
I had to check twice to see if your avatar was an image of a body part 😏
Maybe to start a small item with skysports as race preview/review as tv start carrier
I would cancel my viaplay feed and subscribe/pay for the skysports feed
Here's my prediction:
1. Checo
DNF: everyone else
lol
Lance Stroll starts 20th and crashes into 18 cars...
Matt predicted Checo as biggest flop so its probably more like:
DNF: Checo
Nah bro 10th place will be niceo, because nico goess brrr4rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Ok, we have seen that the front wing can take a hit. But 19 cars seems a bit much😅
Leclerc/Ferrari winning Imola - we can always dream.
Carlos winning Imola is an even bigger dream. Anything to piss off Ferrari for the Hamilton signing.
My absolutely stupid and insane predictions:
1. Leclerc finally steps up and shows what he can do.
2. Verstappen keeps up and probably some lead changes.
3. Piastri shows off his racecraft with that fully upgraded car.
WDYM Charles will finally step up? He dominated the first half of 2022, but was constantly let down by Chassis/Reliability.
14 races, he was a factor in all but 3 of them (spin, crash, engine pen)
Yes plz! An actual race? I have high hopes.
@@dylanburston7453 steps up this season. He's had issues almost every race (sometimes the car like Bahrain and Miami) but particularly in quali. I think its the fact the 23 car heated up the tires too quick and he's had to unlearn that. This race might be the first time this season we get to see Charles prime show up again.
And nico will in big 10 xD,
@@Ks-dn5lj honestly fully expect Tsunoda and Hulk to show up in the top 10. Depends on what Stroll does and the actual Sauber race pace given the pit stops mean we haven't really seen it and they're bringing in fixes for that
Damn dude. You're getting massive views for the amount of subscribers you have. Surely a sign that you're going to be the big boi in town when it comes to F1 youtubers. Good onya mate!
I know right?, he is definitely taking some views from Tommo and other Veteran F1 RUclipsrs.
Yep, Im one of those views after Tommo started doing those massive Chinwags
he’s already an experienced RUclipsr under MasakoX, he’s putting that experience into good use for LawVS
F1 unchained is doing pretty good too.
Man doesn’t breathe, keeps uploading!
I'm not discounting Oscar being better than people expect this weekend. Not only is he getting the full upgrades, but I think he'll be carrying a small chip on his shoulder after what happened to him in Miami and seeing his teammate take a win that he could've well taken himself had things gone his way.
Oh yes, as a Piastri supporter, I am REALLY excited to see how he responds. He was amazing in the semi-skimmed version.
Think we just have to look at the pace of Perez, if Perez is 2nd in the qualify, Max just gonna win with 20 seconds, if Perez is 6th more likely Max having to do more work to get to the top spot.
👍 100%
I think what happened in Miami was track specific and Lando had the benefit of a safety car. Max will be back to winning ways, maybe not as much as before at the end of the race.
But remember, Max hasn't even stretched that RB and pushed himself to the limit. Maybe Checo will struggle but I doubt Max will. And that loss on pace will be a wake up call for RB
He had the benefit of the safety car but after it he RAN AWAY, 7 seconds lead by the end. Let's not ignore that, last year at Monza Ferrari held tight but max was just too fast to stay behind, that didn't happen in Miami. Also, floor damage? I'm skeptic
Plot twist, Fernando gets his 33rd 🙏
For the amount that people bang on about giving young drivers a chance, the idea that Zhou is still a shout for getting a seat in F1 is ass backwards... Bearman, Antonelli, , Lawson, Doohan, Drugovich, and Schumacher all are pretty deserving of seats. But we still have the likes of Zhou, Magnussen, Sargeant, and that window licking spud Stroll still on the grid.
Honestly, as much as I like the competitive part, for me the absolute domination under the same external conditions from one team is utterly fascinating.
Excellence on display is pretty awesome 😎
We've seen that last season. Don't wanna see it again. Low-key angry that Sainz won in Singapore last year so at the very least we could've gotten a clean sweep. I don't mind Max winning the title as long as he fights for wins every weekend
it is utterly dumb to say it is utterly fascinating
@@aspect359it is utterly dumb to make a comment like you’ve made

P1 Podcast posted their preview 15 min after this was posted…look who’s in P1 now😤 THE LAW
Did they? I'm sure it was a coincidence, it IS race week.
I love how this predictions never come to pass so we could comfortably expect Max-Sainz-Perez podium, thank you very much.
Alonso: sand pits, yeeeeeeee
was going to go to sleep at a decent hour, but then this video popped up. i think it's a sign to stay up and rewatch all your old videos
I feel like so often people who didn't make it in F1 are seen as losers by the fans and unless you are competing for points at the very least, you're nothing special. I don't think the Chinese fans are delusional about Zhou, they just recognize that one of their own made it to the most competitive and prestigious racing series in the world and are proud of him.
A saw that attic studio and i had to subscribe. Great video thanks man
I think Red Bull is going to dominate this one
If they can respond at this race, their place as the favourites is assured.
@@LawVS funny how you think after just one bad weekend they don’t already have. The hype is real.
Normal race weekend we will see the True potential of the RB 20...

I feel that K Mag will take out more than one car this time 😅 Bearman better get ready.

Totto: *busy sparring with Christian.
Fred: "You let your guard down Totto, big mistake".
I really like Zhou to HAAS, decent clean driver, some chinese money and has some decent experience for nourish Bearman a bit
This would mean Bottas also going to Merc just to seat warm for 1/2 seasons while Kimi grows in F2

@@eazypeazy4842 Oh yeah, it absolutely is. But a man can dream...
Thanks!
No. Thank YOU!
The more I’ve thought about it I’d go with the following line up for Haas - Bearman in one seat for sure and then I think you could go with any of these 3 drivers in seat #2 - Bottas, Zhou, or Mick. I think Bottas is the safest, Zhou brings the best financial benefits with some solid pace, and mick offers a bit of both while being way more marketable. I’d probably go with either Bottas or Mick. Leaning more towards Mick.
No, Mick is not returning to Haas. It'd either be Alpine or Williams if he were to return.
I hope the end of red bull's domination happens quick, its always lovely to see competition in a sport, hell a competitive grid leads to absolutely brilliant season (2012 comes to mind)
I started watching f1 in 2014, but even though I think 2012 is the season which saw 7 different winners in the first 7 races, I think the end result is weird... From what I've heard, it was competitive, yet, Vettel won it all for a three peat, even in front of Alonso and the Ferrari. I love Vettel and I don't like Alonso as a person, however, Vettel got obliterated by both Danny Ric and Leclerc (which are my 2 favorite drivers), so I'm really curious on how 2012 really was, especially now that I see you reminiscing on that precise year
And in addition to the Kmag dilemma, Fittipaldi probably wouldn't replace Kmag for the monaco GP if Kmags gets a race ban because on the same day where the Monaco GP happens, the Indy500 takes place. So I guess Haas would take Bearman instead of Fittipaldi. And Bearman has more experience in this year's cars than Fittipaldi, so for me it's clear
If they did pick Bearman for Monaco should Kevin get that ban, they can't use him again for a race substitution.
@@LawVS Then I would rather only race with one car. They don't need to risk it, especially in Monaco
Lando now tasted winning champagne 🍾
2nd win?
But i fear Max wants to make a point, and checo will be struggling proving the rb is not the best car anymore
My prediction
1. Ver
2. Lec
3. Per
4. Nor
5. Sainz
6. Pia
Don't sleep on perez (we'll see how that ages)
Great vid Law! I felt your point about the Zhou F1 tribute. I couldnt believe how many people were so upset about that. It was done well and the people were truly happy. KMag is cooked. It sucks cause i like him, but its over. The Mick to Alpine angle is 👀👀👀. Might put a prop bet on it 😂 Lets go Charles! 🇫🇷 Dont sleep on Lando
don’t wanna be that guy but i think an interesting video idea would be to ponder about yuki tsunodas future in f1. f1 recently posted an article about a link to aston martin and the honda connection, so i think it’s an interesting discussion. i feel like he’s a driver that’s being neglected in the headlines right now but he has a lot of options and is doing great work at rb. would love to hear your input :)
Hey thats cool! our discussion came in the video!
Do you represent RN365? If so, it's a very good source of news for this channel.
@@LawVS Oh no no sorry no! nothing todo with that. In 2004 there was a ISP with the name Ins0mnia365. Just adopted it.
But am a watching F1 for 34 years now and really love your videos.
Oh ok! Still happy to be of service!
Awesome
Fred vasseur is really gearing up to become the next Jean Todt and I'm all here for it!
Or, the more likely scenario, that he will be fired by the end of this season or the next because there will yet again be no championships for ferrari.
Why would he be fired lol? He's literally done so much for the team since coming and ferrari has a genuine shot at the title next year maybe even imola onwards this year, When binotto said the car was going to be X seconds per lap faster he lied, When Vassuer says it then the car exceeds expectations instead of dropping below them
@@greenfj1466 For not delivering championships, which i said in my post already. But if you can't read, you'd ask why that is. Especially with that "all-star" lineup, which isn't all that great. Ferrari does not have patience, as they have shown time and time again.
11:19 rain in imola
Vietnam (not hanoi) flashbacks
The only upgrade Aston Martin need is a new team mate for SigmAlonso
Talk about all the Newey stuff again please! Also is it possible that Haas could sign Drugovich for 1 race? Or Vesti? Or Pourchaire?
Honestly I am just really looking forward to the Emilia Romagna GP. It could be a really nice one! Also I am really looking forward to Seb driving the old Senna McLaren. Can't wait to hear that sound again!
Honestly I think K-Mag is fine, the stewards don't tend to hand out penalty points if it'll result in a ban. Just look at what happened with Gasly. It'd take something outrageous, but then again it is kevin.
Unlike a lot of your commenters, I do too hope that Mick gets another shot. Toto said point blank the other day that he is not in consideration (makes sense with Kimi and Sainz in the mix) but I think he wasn’t given a fair shot driving a crappy Haas. Maybe even Sauber (Audi) or Sargeants Williams seat if Kimi isn’t in it. But I prefer Bearman/Lawson/Kimi to a Mick return honestly.
i agree except i think lando will get p2 and max p3
I think Maclaren will surprise. Apart from having a competitive car they have 2 fast drivers who are willing to work together. Checo isn't on Max's pace in this car & I'm not sure how willing Carlos is to play the team games these days
loved the subtle dig at matt gallagher
Minor correction: I don't think Bearman reaching two GP starts means that he can't do FP1 anymore. It's just that his next FP1 sessions wouldn't count towards the two-session requirement to field a rookie driver.
If KMag is banned for the next race, Bearman's FP1 would still count, since he hasn't technically started his second GP yet. Therefore Haas only needs give just 1 other FP1 session to a different rookie to comply with the two-rookie FP1 sessions requirement.
Bearman could still take as many FP1 sessions away from Hulk or KMag later in the year, they just won't count towards the rookie requirement anymore.
i think that if the upgrades are right and what they say they are, leclerc will fight this year, he’s on his best year since 22 and arguably he’s faster but because of redbull domination so far we haven’t seen that. top 4 every race is pretty damn good, i think leclerc could do it

14:43 albon just signed a contract extension with Williams. The timing is unreal😅
If the cars are that close, starting grid and strategy as well as random occurences will change a lot.
The dirty air is getting completely out of hand again.
Hopefully mclaren stick all upgrades on piastri's car. Can you stick some tags on your videos thanks.
They are. Which is why I am VERY curious to see him here.
Red Bull also bringing upgrades to Imola so be interesting to see how they compare to upgraded McLarens and Ferraris
Unfortunately I think this will be Kevin’s last season. As much as I admire his commitment on track, he’s been a bit too erratic as of late (especially considering how experienced he has). It also doesn’t help from a mental standpoint that he most likely feels like he’s being viewed as a second rate driver, and seen as a tactic to help Hulkenberg secure results (Note: I’m NOT dissing Nico, just trying to communicate my thoughts on the situation).
Genuine question - wouldn't KMag getting a race ban be the perfect excuse for Haas to run Oliver Bearman again? This could be in the playbook for them...
Alpine taking a risk with drivers... maybe a french one? May I present you the completely mad option of Doriane Pin? I don't know what her Superliscence sais, but she's quick in an LMP und GT car (her F1 Academy stint seems to be a little bit meh, but who knows)
Edit: Wait, I totally forgott that the Person who won the Miami support race had Alpine Branding so yeah... Same Marketing stunt and gamble but different woman. (I'm just a fan of the #83 Crew/The Iron Dames so the first french in my mind was Pin)
How about that if a driver gets 12 points on his licence, then that race ban is a ONE CAR race for the team ? If the team can just replace the "errant" driver with another, the team's responsibility is not engaged, they carry on as usual - seeing they lose nothing, they could even encourage this "errant" behaviour. If the team was affected, this conduct would be severely curtailed and racing would become cleaner and more competitive .....
What title race?
Which is what Max will say when he wins by 30 seconds...followed by 'LOL'.
The race for second ...
Honestly given we haven't even seen how good the McLaren upgrade was given Miami wasn't exactly the sort of circuit that car likes and even Piastri showed that sort of pace, we're gonna see some good fighting up front assuming Red Bull's diminishing returns remains true.
Traditional track means Max wins. With or without upgrades
I’m taking max on this one. But overall I’d like to see a Red Bull (Max), AM (not the window locker), Ferrari (Leclerc) 1-2-3 Finish. We’ll see!
Also, Imola + Rain + Lando + upgraded MCL38 👀
EVERY race is going to be perilous for Magnussen. None of his penalty points expire until next year. 2 more points ANYWHERE this year, and he's benched.
Isn’t bearman not considered a rookie anymore and can’t be used for rookie fp1 sessions since he raced for Ferrari last year?
let's go ferrari. Charles Leclerc for the win
I've got a crazy prediction. Logan Sargeant outqualifies Alex Albon for the second time in any format this year. P19 and P20 😂
And Ricciardo P18
My top 10
Max
Leclerc
Perez
Sainz
Norris
Piastri
Lewis
Russell
Alonso
Yuki
Nahh brooo
9. tsunoda
10. Nico
11. Lewis
, nico goesssss brrr4rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
The WEC race really didn't give much on track action this year. And that is despite the hypercars and GT3s being practically built for on track action. Rail came in a'd really spiced things up.
This makes me very doubtful of what the F1 race will be like, even with the many updates on the cars at the front.
Red Bull still have the car. By the time the new regulations come in the other teams with every conceivable upgrade package will have only halved the gap. Only Red Bull team lack of focus and infighting, crashes and freak mechanical problems will prevent them from taking all the remaining races. It becomes therefore crucial that when Red Bull does have a bad day, teams have their drivers ready to pounce and steal a win.
You say Charels win, I hit like.
loving the Mick take. I'm rooting for him so bad.
I don’t know but you have to remember that in F1 upgrade doesn’t matter if any manufacturers get advantage before the season that manufacturer doesn’t fall behind remember every dominant era so don’t rings ur bells
Rumor has it that due to break overheating issues they tuned the Honda engine at Red Bull down to an extent of .35 seconds. And this has been parroted by some closely into the knowledge. Taking this as true, then even .4 seconds for Ferrari is not necessarily gonna save them. Would be interesting though since perhaps Charles and Max are at level performance at Imola...and then it will be a driver thing.
Of course, but I haven't seen that being confirmed by Horner or Red Bull as of now. Usually Christian is willing to be transparent if the car had problems, Checo's floor damage in Australia being an example as to why he couldn't get higher than P5.
@@LawVS and concerning predictions and view back on Miami. Lando received an opportunity and made the most of it. Whether or not deserved is irrelevant. He got over the finish first. And indeed on Imola it should be Ferrari ahead of McLaren. Otherwise they can immediately bin the season over at Maranello.
Why does no one say that McLaren's upgrades worked in a sprint weekend? Clearly McLaren has not taken full advantage of the upgrades because they have not had the necessary practices and the upgrades were supposed to be for imola, in fact only one upgrades was specifically for miami.
I really wouldn't sleep on McLaren. In fact, I think they didn't expect to compete like they competed in Miami, but it's possible that for Imola they do.
Love the channel! You must just invest in a better microphone.
Haas should hire Liam Lawson and Ollie Bearman for 2025. Red Bull won't honour their promise to give Lawson a seat next year.
I think we might be getting ahead of ourselves here after last week's performance by Maclaren.. I think Redbull will dominate this year till the end ...and by a huggge margin..
The Jerome D'Ambrosio news has been known for a while, even though it was just published on the F1 site.
Yes I saw but for it to be confirmed fully with Serra, double trouble for Toto
When you go with Lando third place then you are underestimating Carlos,He may not be as good as Charles but he is still a top driver and its hard to see him getting beaten by lando if the car is a decent bit faster
I understand your point but Lando is a BEAST at Imola.
Up next: Antonelli to Ferrari 💀💀💀💀
In 2 years for sure
Haas would have to look elsewhere if they want to keep their plan in-place, Pietro has other commitments to Rahal Letterman Lanigan to run the Indy 500.
I remember when people - Including me 😳 said the RB19 could win 2024 ? 😂😂😂
Checo for P6, Max P1, McLaren and Ferrari in the middle of the Redbulls. Sainz P2; Piastri P3; Norris P4; Le Clerc P5.
Why is everyone sleeping on my boy Piastri!?? 5th?? Behind Sainz??? Really??? C'mon. He was matching if not bettering Lando for most of the weekend in Miami in a half upgraded car that was at least 2 tenths slower. If you listen to the radio he was matching Max on pace before the safety car and before the bollard. If it weren't for that second safety car he really would have been in contention for P2 if not a win while Lando would have been looking at P4. He's already at the level of Sainz in one and a half seasons of F1 and is continuing to hold himself up to Lando Prime who's better than Sainz and has 4+ more seasons worth of experience than Oscar. If Oscar got that dog in him now after what happened at Miami and he can pull the same performance, he'll be fighting for a podium position along with Lando and the two Ferraris. It just depends on luck.
Heart says Leclerc, brain says Verstappen.
I like Rocketpoweredmohawk but he uploads scantily so youre on the way to replace him as my go to
If Kevin gets banned from Monaco Ollie would have to sub because Pietro is in the Indy 500. He has a good chance of getting in the top 10 there.
What are these two (Charles and max) doing under the ladder?
Will VER, NOR, LEC become the 2024 HAM, VER, BOT?
Where would Albon go? His stock has dropped with all his crashes, I don’t see Mercedes wanting him. His best choice outside of Williams is to get the Audi seat but Sainz & Ocon are surely higher priorities.
