Hey Oliver,thank you for the work you do by making sure we always have this working out materials.i have been following your training on RUclips channel average 5times a week for past 10mnths now..I weighed 86kg previously but I have cut to 81kg and my body is toned.The challenge I have is I am yet to loose the belly it reduced but it's still there and I am unable to get to 75kg to my a good Body mass index...I changed my diet and mostly eat good food,healthy cooked food,fresh from the farm..what could be the issues
No matter how healthy you eat, you can't lose weight if you eat more calories than you need to lose weight. Continue to eat healthy and pay attention to your portions.

Will this workout build muscle and will increase strength?
Probably not build large muscles but probably increases strength. Some good Pilates moves which are good for small muscles, tendons and good blood flow and flexibility IMO.
