    After touring the Copacabana Beach Jomtien Complex, I found out this property is already sold out at 90%. There are literally only 160 Condo's available at the time of this recording. Additionally, there's only 16 condos that are left in foreign quota. Since Pre-Project sales, condo prices have risen 30% in this project. which is unheard of in the Pattaya Metro area. The 2-bedroom condo is the last new 2-bedroom unit available in the entire building. The condo with the pool is one of two available in the entire building. The project is 5-star all the way. and if you're interested or have any questions you should call Vivian with Happy Life Realty at +66908981759

    Bring back great memories just a month ago. I lived there for a week. Studio condo with the great view. Kind of strange with the night market next to it. A bit of noise if you are in low level. Baht bus route right outside. Walking distance to the beach. 711 within 5 mins walking distance from both sides. They are building the second phase building behind copa right now. Even more impressive. There are 4 beautiful pools in Copa. There is also an Italian Restrauant next to it as well. Love it. ❤😋

    It is beautiful. But I'm afraid of heights. I couldn't live there, even for free. Watching the video gave me goosebumps :-)

    • @MargaritasinParadise
      @MargaritasinParadise  Месяц назад +1

      Unfortunately you couldn't even stay in a low level condo because many of the amenities are on higher level. There's definitely other options though in the area.

      @@MargaritasinParadise Not in Jomtien. My dream is the City Garden Tropicana (Naklua). I want to buy a condo there next year. Floor 5 or 6 ok :-) But thanks for your cool videos.

    I spent a few days there. If you enjoy a beautiful view and great pools, this is a perfect place. However, I do think the price-to-value ratio is questionable, especially considering its location outside of Central Pattaya. But in the end, it’s a matter of priorities and personal taste. At least I can confirm that the view from the 40th floor, where I stayed, was breathtaking, and the pool was unparalleled.

      Make sure if you do to go through a broker like happy life realty. A project sales office for instance doesn't have as much leeway in negotiation as a private broker. Another broker friend of mine had told me the buyer was stuck on 50,000 baht that the project wouldn't negotiate but the broker was able to use a portion of their commission against that and make the sale. It doesn't matter me either way but it's a piece of information that's good to know.

    • @MargaritasinParadise
      @MargaritasinParadise  Месяц назад +1

      Yes the no pet issue is the same and probably 90% of the condos. Many of the condos that do have are allowed pets, the property owners don't allow for whatever reason. Have something definitely to check out. Good luck.

    Nice place!
    How do foreigners pay rent in Thailand digitally? Line Pay? Wise App? Some condos require 2-3 months deposit. Thoughts?

    • @MargaritasinParadise
      @MargaritasinParadise  Месяц назад +2

      I think that most people do a bank to bank transfer. After you come to Thailand you should get a Thai bank account which will facilitate doing these transfers very easily.

    • @MargaritasinParadise

      I would say there isn't any mosquitoes most likely the spray the lower levels in the sea breeze keeps them out of condos basically let's say that fifth floor and up.

    Cheers, Tom. I love the Copa, it is stunning. The decor, facilities, grounds, and pools are all simply amazing. I recall what you said about lifts (elevators), although it has quite a few, during peak times, people are waiting circa 20 minutes. So if you are on a high floor, it could be a nightmare. I was looking at one on the North side with the private pools you showed, and just on the other side of Jomtien Night Market, a tower is being erected, which could potentially block the view of Koh Larn and the beautiful sunsets. If I were to proceed, it would have to be a front-facing condo, because, at this price point, it needs to be guaranteed.

    Due to many of the owners doing short term rentals, there’s a constant parade of luggage toting visitors clogging up the property. Because of that, many vloggers have said it feels more like a hotel than somewhere you’d want to live.

    • @MargaritasinParadise
      @MargaritasinParadise  Месяц назад +3

      I'm under the impression there's a move with the key card identification system that's going to involve iris sensory and fingerprint technology for the end of individual floors. These identification cards are only going to be available if the individual owners personally vouch for a long time rentals. According to a good friend of mine and an owner there he told me that this is supposed to take place within the next two months.

      That's a question for the broker. I have to assume the HOA fees are pretty standard throughout the metro area if I had to guess approximately $1,000 a year. I'll throw this message too Vivian and see if she gives me the actual figure.
