Well...what can I say??? Another EXCELLENT video! I need to learn to not watch your videos before mealtime because I have my tongue out the entire time because I am hungry 😂 I really appreciate all of your hard work in showing the procedures and the "tips" that you have learned yourself.
I love how this is a very accurate representation of a German, vegetarian, party buffet. We had pasta salad, puff pastry / pizza dough rolls, hummus with veggie sticks and baguette, and cake at every potluck party during my university days 😄 No Obatzda though cause I'm from the North 😅
It’s interesting to me the way things are pronounced in other places! The way you say ‘tahini’ is how this Mexican spice blend is pronounced and it’s spelled ‘tajin’. I’m in the US so for us, we say tahini with equal emphasis on each part of the word (I think, proper grammar rules was never my strong suit lol)
To be honest, since it's not a German word, there are several ways to say it. I've heard Tahin as well as Tahini and even Tahina - I guess since we don't have the spice blend, Tahin is just the shortest way to say it. ^^
@@CocosUniverse that’s why it’s interesting to me, I think. That we are so globally connected now and the allowances/changes to words to fit in better with a language halfway across the globe and the little things that can affect it, like a spice blend being available in one place and not the other.
Lovely!!
Thank you!! :)
Thank you for showing us all that entertaining is affordable. A lovely menu

I love that!! I really didn't realize how German it is, but now that you mention it, yeah, I see it... ^^

These prices are unheard of in the States. I think I need to move! 💛😅
