When he said that Stella would get nothing, he means 1, everything will go to Octavia when stolas dies, and 2 Stella isn’t in the will, so when stolas dies she’ll get nothing, but I’m not sure if she even cares at this point

You know what would have been a good scene? If Andrealphus had mentioned marrying Octavia off and Stella said something like "The only thing we ever agreed on is that we wouldn't force her to get married like we were" it would have a great bit of character building

I mean shit, I got brain damage as a child and forgot how to do all math. I relearned the majority of it, but never fractions. Fractions make zero sense to me. I can't do anything with them. Maybe I need to summon this guy and have him teach me fractions.

Yup like season 1 had its ups and downs but it still left a pretty good impression on where everything was going but season 2 is like how much can we retcon and confuse the audience
You can tell when Vivziepop designs characters because she recycles the same colors, outfits, and body types. In contrast, her crew members go all out when creating background characters, giving them more variety, unlike the main cast.
I thought I was the only one bothered by how rail-thin so much of the main cast are. Hazbin Hotel has this problem too. It’s kinda funny how Viv and her crew are dedicated to making the sexualities of the characters as diverse as possible, but default to the super-scrawny Tim Burton body type for the main characters. Even characters like Millie, Loona, and Verosika, who have thick hips and legs, are still thin overall. Other body types exist, don’t just cram them into the background. I’d love to see a lady character with some muscle. Also, Andrealphus finally looks like a peacock. I didn’t even notice his tail at first in his OG design. I thought it was part of his dress.
Oh 100% and it's so funny that with HH we have 7 characters who are all the same body shape minus vaggies hips but still like tim burton's main male characters yeah where insanely skinny but all the other characters surrounding them where all kinds of shapes and sizes and I get it's hard to draw a body type your not used to but that's what your design team is for you ask them for help that why you hire them
Even Steven Universe had diverse body types for their main cast so I can’t see why it’s hard for Vivzie to not make all the main characters with the exact same thin af body type
There's a pretty niche part of the fandom that loves Crimson's goons, I'm apart of this niche group but I don't want to speak for everyone, but in my personal opinion, outside of the mob aesthetic that I generally enjoy, I think I like this bunch of nobodies is because they are pretty diverse body wise, I mean yeah 5 out of the 10 are tall and scrawny Tim Burton style, but you also got Butch and Marcella (You might want to look up the lineup so you can get what I'm talking about) are Stocky, Titus is short and skinny, Nickel is big and Crunch looks like a Force of Nature.
Ngl Andrealphus does seems like they just gave him pilot soloas personally Both kind of cool and annoying at the same time But I think they gave him a crown because he wants to be a prince

God I love how even when theres been DOZENS of opportunities to show Stella's dynamic with Via, they just absolutely refuse to do anything with them- not even a hint. It's frustrating how downhill the writing for this season has went, it's like they're putting the cart before the horse in each of these episodes now.
Please do the rewrite This series needs a rewrite due to her problems with lore, like : how the word works? WHO KNOWS BUT LOOK STOLIZ!!! I shipped Stoliz too, but... There is a limit And when you think to the fact when we don't know how this word works... WELL
I was rooting for Stolas to get with Blizt, but after what they did to him by basically water him down from a powerful demon who makes mistakes with his relationships to baby man who can do nothing wrong make me annoyed every time he’s on screen. Not only that they make Stella one dimensional, they also make Stolitz a white-black situation, and it’s just so lazy and childish. I just expected more from the show lol.

I hate it so much that they manipulate the personalities of their characters just to satisfy this shipping need. They want people to desperately ship Stolitz without doing groundwork for it. Them not attempting to bring back the Ozzie conflict as a focal point is one telltale sign that they just want the audience to like the ship without even trying to win the audience over about why should they ever be together. And to me Blitzo never shows genuine care for Stolas. His genuine care is more showcased on Loona, like you can tell he is proud to be her dad even if by adoption. I can tell they want Stolitz, but just as having to satisfy the Starco shippers ruined SVTFOE’s last season, Stolitz is well on its way to ruining HB if Vivzie doesn’t buck up. And worst is we only just got 4 episodes out of 12 episodes of most likely shipping fodder and I’m starting to be dismayed that it’s never gonna get better. Like where is our Fizzarolli Blitzo backstory??? What about that first for more groundwork before submitting the underbaked episode 4?

My theory is that they give all of them the same beak style so that it's quicker to animate because the animators are already used to drawing it like that. Sure the background characters have different styles but they're not on screen as much as the main characters.
I guess but that's so boring cause at least them they should have chosen a different bird like I'm cool with stella cause we dont know what she is exactly but a peacock is such a distinct bird it's hard to look at him when I know that's not what they look like
@@LovesArt23 Yeah I do agree that different beaks would be better and more unique, I just tried to come up with a reason as to why they made that choice. I like your design better too, something about Andrealphys' design in the episode made him look kinda bland, probably the fact that all the colors except on his sleeve were very similar in value which doesn't give you much to look at.
Something I really like is that just by his outfit, it shows that he's below Stolas and Stella in terms of power. Like you can clearly see he's not as powerful, because his outfit is almost 'normal' - as normal as can be for a hell resident. Like it's normal flat colors with a gradient, no big golden accessories or fancy cloaks with stars in them, no crowns, he does really look like 'just' a Marquis. Yet he still looks royal and powerful. 10/10 redesign.
That moment when some random background characters have more diverse designs than the main cast. Btw your andrealphus looks awesome, also glad you mentioned how the blue outline was weird, it kept distracting me throught the entire episode. i just can't undertand why they made it such a bright blue? Like, if they had used a dark blue it would've looked soo much better
Lol right the character designer who made most of those BC is so talented there the ones who made the new charm merch and OMG YES they should have used dark blue then it wouldnt have been so jarring
oh god the light blue outline of the show makes it look like he's just been badly photoshopped in, it stands out so badly against the reds of the background and other characters (especially bc it's more teal than blue - green is going to pop against red) That said, I really like the pop of red in his eye, it really stands out and is a nice parallel to Stella's redesign!

We could’ve gotten an Andrealphus that behaved more like a demon Sherlock Holmes, being analytical cause math person, and he’ll be great at visualising plans to say, calculate the distance where you can strike Stolas w/o being tied to Stolas being assassinated, since mensuration is the math subject he excels at. Which is basically, in essence, measurement. that is not only doing detective work because it’s entertaining to him, but also to ensure he can flame the life out of Stolas for cheating on his sister (which is injustice to him thus he’ll definitely take on the case), but also out of convenient revenge for doing this to his sibling.
Exactly!!! And like, even if they wanted him to be a completely different character from the original, why didn't they have some sort of explanation for it? Like have him be the original's child so it's like a parent naming their child the same name as them sort of situation, or hell even just have it be something like andrealphus being a common name for royals in the helluva boss universe, like how henry or Elizabeth are common names for people but also commonly known from royal people.

I like how you added some more green to Andrealphus’ design. As male peacocks are normally blue and green and his OG design was just blue and it annoyed me. Peacocks are my favorite animal so when I saw this I got so excited, but I will had worry. My thoughts were “OMG did she add green? Does he look more like a peacock now or less?” I was not disappointed with this re-imagined. Plus his outfit didn’t fit the Peacock vibe as peacocks are seen are a symbol of status, and where mostly owned by the rich or royalty. This design fit the peacock theme more. Fun fact: peacocks originate from India but we’re later transported around the world. They were also expensive to transport which is why royalty and rich were most likely to have them. Peacocks are also part of Greek mythology! I can’t remember the characters name but they had many eyes and only 50% would be closed when they slept. Hermes tricked them into closing all their eyes and Hera give peacocks the eyes on the feathers, to honor them.
I REALLY want to write or draw something with your versions of Andrealphus and Stella, exploring Stella's childhood and what Andrealphus was doing at the time. Also this design is amazing, like all of your desins, he looks snooty and punchable.

I thought Andrealphus would be more shown in this episode. Like after the meeting at the restaurant, it would cut to the next scene where Andrea & Stolas would have a conversation alone, and Stolas becomes threatened or have some sort of persuasion or anything like that. Just some longer scenes of him I would like to see Andrea slap Stolas with his tail and act like Stolas was in the way and didn’t see him there Ur design of him makes more sense and I can see less of the concept Elsa surrounding him And I never knew peacocks could look that big- The shows and movie I watched made them look smaller
Technically speaking, you don’t have to be royalty to wear a crown, and while it was often limited to ceremonies, weddings, and special events that took explicit note of their class, non-royal nobles can, and occasionally do, wear crowns. It is weird that he’s wearing it in his day-to-day life, but to be fair it’s also weird that the actual royals are doing that. Royals never typically wore crowns in their daily lives as they’re delicate and can be uncomfortably heavy, so they’re typically limited to special events as well.
Okay I was rewatching this and I had a interesting idea for the peacock demons when it comes to sitting! So you know how male peacocks fan their tails out as part of getting a mate(really dumbed down I know but stay with me XD)? Well what if in the palace, all the chairs are made so that the male peacocks can fan their tails out as a sort of flaunting thing? And maybe even at parties, they prefer to sit in chairs like that for the same reason?
I watched JustStop’s video and I gotta agree with him and you for that matter, the writing and pacing of the show leaves a lot to be desired. On the surface I do like the show’s concept, the characters and what (little) information we have. Honestly I’m pretty sure a lot of fan theories are written and thought out better than what the show’s writing team is coming up with. I get it’s a web series with limited resources but I like to think they all could be more creative with this.
I am always surprised by 1) your drawings, they are very beautiful and they make me happy❤❤ 2) the fact that Viv and her team put more interesting details into background characters than the main characters
Boy my problem with Andrealphuls is that he looks more like a angel than a Demon, most of Hell looks more goth, in Red and Black and then there is him in white and baby blue?? If they wanna make him Ice themed ok, but they still could've put some goth elements on him so he still looks like he belongs to hell, same thing to Stella, light pink and white just don't fit well demons,.even less villain
I agree with you that we need more information about Andre and Stellas family and what they actually plan to do and what benefit does it bring the family. With Andre having the same powers/intrest as Stolas it woukd make sense if Andre feels resentment to a similarity powered bird being of high status. So what would nake sense for him to want is Stolas dead when Via hasnt finished her studies (giving a like deadline) so Andre steps in as her teacher and uses that to leverage him / his family higher or he wont teach her, leaving that position empty and that being really bad. It depends how "evil" you would want Andre to be like does he try and take the position awya from Via or just elevate his family in return for teaching her.

oh my goodness… i immediately fell in love at the freaking sketch reveal, i adore how you shaped his head, beak, feathers and the colors you chose like the bluish-green with t(e bright red??? hes PERFECT like im not even halfway through the redesign, he looks so haughty but full of shit which is perfect!! edit: i love the legshape too!! unique and aesthetically pleasing!! edit2: i love the detail of him being mistaken as a woman, in our standards or my standards at least he looks fairly masculine, but to peacocks its the feathers that signify gender!! its a small detail but i think its genius, i love little details that flesh out the whole concept!!!
I think you're version of adrealphus really works with having been stuck in the snow as punishment and him being mistaken as a female peacock due to his feathers you would get tired of having a miserable life and once he her about Stella's divorce he would want to "help her" put it will mostly serve to his benefit Him being the next villain after striker
Firstly, Id love to have a series of you just talking about what you'd change in Helluva Boss seasons because you put alot of thought in character backgrounds and already pitch so many good ideas. Like I never realized how odd it was that Octavia is still struggling with the book till you brought it up. But it's true because given time line, Stolas would have been 18/19 when he had Octavia so it's strange she's 17 and not very knowledgeable yet. We never hear if Octavia is even engaged yet either like Stolas and Stella had to be. So further plot would be nice. Secondly, so happy the half albino peacock stuck because this boy looks gorgeous!
Ngl, I love the added green. It’s so pleasing for the eyes. Ngl, I was kinda upset with the outfit cause it looked like a dress and the fur coat thing was off putting when he started facing forward. I finally feel vindicated! 🎉 Neat design, also it felt fun coming home on the last day of school just to watch a redesign.

I love the fluff, I love the color explanation and all I can think about now is men going up to Andrealphus thinking they’re about to court a woman and get met with a salty math tutor who is very much not a woman Anyways, something I’m not seeing people talk about is how Andre addresses Octavia as “Via” It’s a nickname, and it’s a nickname that Stolas has only called her So what is their relationship? I’ve been pondering it a little too hard for a minor detail, but is Andre teaching her? Does he have any compassion for his niece? I wanna know! Also it is incredibly unorthodox that Via hasn’t been taught her duties or powers when she was young We’ve seen flashbacks, we’ve seen Stolas showing off, and they’re gonna act like a kid isn’t gonna be excited to learn how to do MAGIC SPARKLY magic at that She must’ve begged or asked to learn at some point when she was a kid so it makes no sense!!!
He looks so pretty here! The green definitely suits a peacock better. Personally thought, I would go for a bigger tail, but I love the design you gave him.
Love the redesign/reimagining of Andrealphus, he's fabulous now!! He now looks like a peacock, the outfit is elegant and very stylish, and so is the hairstyle, and you did his tail feather some justice. I thought Andrealphus as an albino peacock would cause the women and men would have swooned at him, but what you said about the women aren't enamored due to his lack of color and the men mistaking him as a woman, must be a challenging mating process for him. Cause I thought albino peafowl were cool and rare. I'm looking forward to Striker's redesign/reimagining and your next Q&A video, also if you are planning to rewrite season 2, please rewrite season 1 too.

Yes! I absolutely love your redesign/reimagined version of this guy. He looks so handsome and beautiful all at once. Andreal (I mostly call him that instead of his full name) is actually the character I've been waiting for to appear in the series ever since Viv dropped the picture of him. I really loved him in the episode even though we didn't get much out of him. I wish we kind of got a little more, especially since I feel they messed up Striker somewhat. I really love that you gave him more than just icy colors, that he's not wearing a dress and that we can see his tail and head feathers. I also absolutely love the lore you came up with for him. I'm sure your version of Andrealphus doesn't like that he's mistaken as a woman sometimes. Also, thanks for changing his body type. I love how he's different from Stolas in your's. Can't wait to see screenshots of this beautiful boy. Keep up the great work! 💕

You made him so much more pleasant to look at, I hate that the design in the show is just white + light blue, they could have added like a slight bit of color (like red, purple, pink or maybe yellow) to even it out a bit but oh well.. anyway your designs SLAY as usual, also the details around him you added to his charcater are just🤌 from what you had to work with, I'd say this is near perfection

My first thought when I saw Andrealphus' design is that Viv's team just took Pearl from Steven Universe and turned her into a demon. I never would've picked up on him being peacock if you didn't point that out. That being said, I love what you did here. Your design gave him a much needed silhouette distinction.
I always love how much research and thought you put into your designs, you make every detail seem so purposeful if that makes sense? Instead of just visual clutter which I feel like some of the official designs suffer from. The colors and big fluffy peacock neck are so nice. And ugh yes I hated how Stella and Andrealphus look nothing alike! They couldn’t even bother giving him pupils like hers, you would think they were dating before siblings just by looking at them?? Now they look like they could be related while still keeping him distinct and not just a Stolas recolor. His gown was probably my favorite part of his original design since I’m so use to the men all being dressed the same in this show, but the coat is also so visually pleasing and I love the Bridgerton inspiration. Beautiful job!

Wow, Andrealphus's re-design looks outstanding! He even looks handsome too. And i actually would like the idea of re-writting the episodes in season 2, because i think they deserve some re-writting since we still barly know anything after the last few episodes and felt like that the plot and pacing were rushed and going to fast in my opinion. Which it makes me worried about Hazbin Hotel.
Really love how you made him crimson eyes contrast with mint-colored clothes - like inversion of your Stella's design palette. But I would like say there is such a thing like leucism - also gives animal white colour, but not in same way as albinism does. And as I know, albinos can't lack their pigment "partially", but "leucists" (not sure if this is right noun) can.
Damn, what an upgrade. I'd enjoy seeing your redesigns animated. They convey so much and so well thought out. I can appreciate the passion for concept design. I want to say that setting writing aside (which is its own can of worms), one thing that bugs me about VizziePop's works/characters is that they are all extremely similar. Of course her style seems to be a love letter to things she probably likes but it becomes a hindrance when all characters have traits, clothes, palettes and themes, etc. in common in too many ways. I would've never known this character was a peacock visually from the cartoon's design just like I had no clue Stella was a swan. I think if information like that cannot be conveyed visually then the design is bad. She'd benefit not bases her designs on animals because she never tends to stick to any traits from them. I don't know how VizzyPop is towards criticism but I wish she'd considering researching and listening to some feedback. Her cartoons could really use like an extra voice or so when it comes to main/secondary character design. I think the bg characters are so varied because they aren't designed by her but I'm not sure. Not actively watching Helluva Boss nor do I plan to watch Hazbin Hotel whenever that hits Netflix but I enjoy these videos a lot.
I honestly feel as if vivziepop has something with birds, either something with a petting zoo or goose. Especially when it comes to the main cast or important characters. Background characters are done by the background or concept artist for sure, while viv just barely touches up the designs that either match the lore and inspiration as well as make animation friendly. My heart goes out to the animators and cleanup artist. I adore your redesign series it makes me excited and brain going with ideas when you talk about how you would rewrite it

Yup like season 1 had its ups and downs but it still left a pretty good impression on where everything was going but season 2 is like how much can we retcon and confuse the audience
You can tell when Vivziepop designs characters because she recycles the same colors, outfits, and body types. In contrast, her crew members go all out when creating background characters, giving them more variety, unlike the main cast.

I thought I was the only one bothered by how rail-thin so much of the main cast are. Hazbin Hotel has this problem too. It’s kinda funny how Viv and her crew are dedicated to making the sexualities of the characters as diverse as possible, but default to the super-scrawny Tim Burton body type for the main characters.
Even characters like Millie, Loona, and Verosika, who have thick hips and legs, are still thin overall. Other body types exist, don’t just cram them into the background. I’d love to see a lady character with some muscle. Also, Andrealphus finally looks like a peacock. I didn’t even notice his tail at first in his OG design. I thought it was part of his dress.
Oh 100% and it's so funny that with HH we have 7 characters who are all the same body shape minus vaggies hips but still like tim burton's main male characters yeah where insanely skinny but all the other characters surrounding them where all kinds of shapes and sizes and I get it's hard to draw a body type your not used to but that's what your design team is for you ask them for help that why you hire them
Even Steven Universe had diverse body types for their main cast so I can’t see why it’s hard for Vivzie to not make all the main characters with the exact same thin af body type
There's a pretty niche part of the fandom that loves Crimson's goons, I'm apart of this niche group but I don't want to speak for everyone, but in my personal opinion, outside of the mob aesthetic that I generally enjoy, I think I like this bunch of nobodies is because they are pretty diverse body wise, I mean yeah 5 out of the 10 are tall and scrawny Tim Burton style, but you also got Butch and Marcella (You might want to look up the lineup so you can get what I'm talking about) are Stocky, Titus is short and skinny, Nickel is big and Crunch looks like a Force of Nature.

God I love how even when theres been DOZENS of opportunities to show Stella's dynamic with Via, they just absolutely refuse to do anything with them- not even a hint. It's frustrating how downhill the writing for this season has went, it's like they're putting the cart before the horse in each of these episodes now.

I was rooting for Stolas to get with Blizt, but after what they did to him by basically water him down from a powerful demon who makes mistakes with his relationships to baby man who can do nothing wrong make me annoyed every time he’s on screen. Not only that they make Stella one dimensional, they also make Stolitz a white-black situation, and it’s just so lazy and childish. I just expected more from the show lol.

I hate it so much that they manipulate the personalities of their characters just to satisfy this shipping need. They want people to desperately ship Stolitz without doing groundwork for it.
Them not attempting to bring back the Ozzie conflict as a focal point is one telltale sign that they just want the audience to like the ship without even trying to win the audience over about why should they ever be together.
And to me Blitzo never shows genuine care for Stolas. His genuine care is more showcased on Loona, like you can tell he is proud to be her dad even if by adoption. I can tell they want Stolitz, but just as having to satisfy the Starco shippers ruined SVTFOE’s last season, Stolitz is well on its way to ruining HB if Vivzie doesn’t buck up.
And worst is we only just got 4 episodes out of 12 episodes of most likely shipping fodder and I’m starting to be dismayed that it’s never gonna get better.
Like where is our Fizzarolli Blitzo backstory??? What about that first for more groundwork before submitting the underbaked episode 4?

My theory is that they give all of them the same beak style so that it's quicker to animate because the animators are already used to drawing it like that. Sure the background characters have different styles but they're not on screen as much as the main characters.
I guess but that's so boring cause at least them they should have chosen a different bird like I'm cool with stella cause we dont know what she is exactly but a peacock is such a distinct bird it's hard to look at him when I know that's not what they look like

I like your design better too, something about Andrealphys' design in the episode made him look kinda bland, probably the fact that all the colors except on his sleeve were very similar in value which doesn't give you much to look at.

Something I really like is that just by his outfit, it shows that he's below Stolas and Stella in terms of power. Like you can clearly see he's not as powerful, because his outfit is almost 'normal' - as normal as can be for a hell resident. Like it's normal flat colors with a gradient, no big golden accessories or fancy cloaks with stars in them, no crowns, he does really look like 'just' a Marquis. Yet he still looks royal and powerful.
10/10 redesign.

Yeah, it’s a weird dark turquoise color.. dark blue would make him look so much more threatening, cool, and Royal.
oh god the light blue outline of the show makes it look like he's just been badly photoshopped in, it stands out so badly against the reds of the background and other characters (especially bc it's more teal than blue - green is going to pop against red)
That said, I really like the pop of red in his eye, it really stands out and is a nice parallel to Stella's redesign!

and he’ll be great at visualising plans to say, calculate the distance where you can strike Stolas w/o being tied to Stolas being assassinated, since mensuration is the math subject he excels at. Which is basically, in essence, measurement.
that is not only doing detective work because it’s entertaining to him, but also to ensure he can flame the life out of Stolas for cheating on his sister (which is injustice to him thus he’ll definitely take on the case), but also out of convenient revenge for doing this to his sibling.
Exactly!!! And like, even if they wanted him to be a completely different character from the original, why didn't they have some sort of explanation for it? Like have him be the original's child so it's like a parent naming their child the same name as them sort of situation, or hell even just have it be something like andrealphus being a common name for royals in the helluva boss universe, like how henry or Elizabeth are common names for people but also commonly known from royal people.
A character with no real power being associated with sacred geometry is so cool. I wish you made helluva boss 😭

I like how you added some more green to Andrealphus’ design. As male peacocks are normally blue and green and his OG design was just blue and it annoyed me. Peacocks are my favorite animal so when I saw this I got so excited, but I will had worry. My thoughts were “OMG did she add green? Does he look more like a peacock now or less?” I was not disappointed with this re-imagined. Plus his outfit didn’t fit the Peacock vibe as peacocks are seen are a symbol of status, and where mostly owned by the rich or royalty. This design fit the peacock theme more.
Fun fact: peacocks originate from India but we’re later transported around the world. They were also expensive to transport which is why royalty and rich were most likely to have them.
Peacocks are also part of Greek mythology! I can’t remember the characters name but they had many eyes and only 50% would be closed when they slept. Hermes tricked them into closing all their eyes and Hera give peacocks the eyes on the feathers, to honor them.
I REALLY want to write or draw something with your versions of Andrealphus and Stella, exploring Stella's childhood and what Andrealphus was doing at the time. Also this design is amazing, like all of your desins, he looks snooty and punchable.

I thought Andrealphus would be more shown in this episode. Like after the meeting at the restaurant, it would cut to the next scene where Andrea & Stolas would have a conversation alone, and Stolas becomes threatened or have some sort of persuasion or anything like that. Just some longer scenes of him
I would like to see Andrea slap Stolas with his tail and act like Stolas was in the way and didn’t see him there
Ur design of him makes more sense and I can see less of the concept Elsa surrounding him
And I never knew peacocks could look that big- The shows and movie I watched made them look smaller
Technically speaking, you don’t have to be royalty to wear a crown, and while it was often limited to ceremonies, weddings, and special events that took explicit note of their class, non-royal nobles can, and occasionally do, wear crowns.
It is weird that he’s wearing it in his day-to-day life, but to be fair it’s also weird that the actual royals are doing that. Royals never typically wore crowns in their daily lives as they’re delicate and can be uncomfortably heavy, so they’re typically limited to special events as well.

Okay I was rewatching this and I had a interesting idea for the peacock demons when it comes to sitting!
So you know how male peacocks fan their tails out as part of getting a mate(really dumbed down I know but stay with me XD)? Well what if in the palace, all the chairs are made so that the male peacocks can fan their tails out as a sort of flaunting thing? And maybe even at parties, they prefer to sit in chairs like that for the same reason?
I like it. Your re-design/re-imagine of Andreaphus actually fits his character and looks like an actual peacock.
I watched JustStop’s video and I gotta agree with him and you for that matter, the writing and pacing of the show leaves a lot to be desired. On the surface I do like the show’s concept, the characters and what (little) information we have. Honestly I’m pretty sure a lot of fan theories are written and thought out better than what the show’s writing team is coming up with. I get it’s a web series with limited resources but I like to think they all could be more creative with this.
I am always surprised by
1) your drawings, they are very beautiful and they make me happy❤❤

Boy my problem with Andrealphuls is that he looks more like a angel than a Demon, most of Hell looks more goth, in Red and Black and then there is him in white and baby blue?? If they wanna make him Ice themed ok, but they still could've put some goth elements on him so he still looks like he belongs to hell, same thing to Stella, light pink and white just don't fit well demons,.even less villain
I agree with you that we need more information about Andre and Stellas family and what they actually plan to do and what benefit does it bring the family. With Andre having the same powers/intrest as Stolas it woukd make sense if Andre feels resentment to a similarity powered bird being of high status. So what would nake sense for him to want is Stolas dead when Via hasnt finished her studies (giving a like deadline) so Andre steps in as her teacher and uses that to leverage him / his family higher or he wont teach her, leaving that position empty and that being really bad. It depends how "evil" you would want Andre to be like does he try and take the position awya from Via or just elevate his family in return for teaching her.

edit2: i love the detail of him being mistaken as a woman, in our standards or my standards at least he looks fairly masculine, but to peacocks its the feathers that signify gender!! its a small detail but i think its genius, i love little details that flesh out the whole concept!!!

I think you're version of adrealphus really works with having been stuck in the snow as punishment and him being mistaken as a female peacock due to his feathers you would get tired of having a miserable life and once he her about Stella's divorce he would want to "help her" put it will mostly serve to his benefit

Firstly, Id love to have a series of you just talking about what you'd change in Helluva Boss seasons because you put alot of thought in character backgrounds and already pitch so many good ideas.
Like I never realized how odd it was that Octavia is still struggling with the book till you brought it up. But it's true because given time line, Stolas would have been 18/19 when he had Octavia so it's strange she's 17 and not very knowledgeable yet.
We never hear if Octavia is even engaged yet either like Stolas and Stella had to be. So further plot would be nice.
Secondly, so happy the half albino peacock stuck because this boy looks gorgeous!

Love the redesign/reimagining of Andrealphus, he's fabulous now!! He now looks like a peacock, the outfit is elegant and very stylish, and so is the hairstyle, and you did his tail feather some justice.
I thought Andrealphus as an albino peacock would cause the women and men would have swooned at him, but what you said about the women aren't enamored due to his lack of color and the men mistaking him as a woman, must be a challenging mating process for him. Cause I thought albino peafowl were cool and rare.

Yes! I absolutely love your redesign/reimagined version of this guy. He looks so handsome and beautiful all at once. Andreal (I mostly call him that instead of his full name) is actually the character I've been waiting for to appear in the series ever since Viv dropped the picture of him. I really loved him in the episode even though we didn't get much out of him. I wish we kind of got a little more, especially since I feel they messed up Striker somewhat. I really love that you gave him more than just icy colors, that he's not wearing a dress and that we can see his tail and head feathers. I also absolutely love the lore you came up with for him. I'm sure your version of Andrealphus doesn't like that he's mistaken as a woman sometimes. Also, thanks for changing his body type. I love how he's different from Stolas in your's. Can't wait to see screenshots of this beautiful boy. Keep up the great work! 💕

My first thought when I saw Andrealphus' design is that Viv's team just took Pearl from Steven Universe and turned her into a demon. I never would've picked up on him being peacock if you didn't point that out.

I always love how much research and thought you put into your designs, you make every detail seem so purposeful if that makes sense? Instead of just visual clutter which I feel like some of the official designs suffer from. The colors and big fluffy peacock neck are so nice. And ugh yes I hated how Stella and Andrealphus look nothing alike! They couldn’t even bother giving him pupils like hers, you would think they were dating before siblings just by looking at them?? Now they look like they could be related while still keeping him distinct and not just a Stolas recolor. His gown was probably my favorite part of his original design since I’m so use to the men all being dressed the same in this show, but the coat is also so visually pleasing and I love the Bridgerton inspiration. Beautiful job!
I agree it should have been a two parter I hated the hospital storyline it just wasn’t that good I’m sorry also move the redesign. I am literally living for it. It’s so beautiful!! Also heck yes! I’d love to hear what you would do with the season❤

Wow, Andrealphus's re-design looks outstanding! He even looks handsome too. And i actually would like the idea of re-writting the episodes in season 2, because i think they deserve some re-writting since we still barly know anything after the last few episodes and felt like that the plot and pacing were rushed and going to fast in my opinion. Which it makes me worried about Hazbin Hotel.

But I would like say there is such a thing like leucism - also gives animal white colour, but not in same way as albinism does. And as I know, albinos can't lack their pigment "partially", but "leucists" (not sure if this is right noun) can.
Yeah I just wasnt confident enough to say that world i figure half albino was good enough word for ppl not familiar with it

Damn, what an upgrade. I'd enjoy seeing your redesigns animated. They convey so much and so well thought out. I can appreciate the passion for concept design.
I want to say that setting writing aside (which is its own can of worms), one thing that bugs me about VizziePop's works/characters is that they are all extremely similar. Of course her style seems to be a love letter to things she probably likes but it becomes a hindrance when all characters have traits, clothes, palettes and themes, etc. in common in too many ways. I would've never known this character was a peacock visually from the cartoon's design just like I had no clue Stella was a swan. I think if information like that cannot be conveyed visually then the design is bad. She'd benefit not bases her designs on animals because she never tends to stick to any traits from them.
I don't know how VizzyPop is towards criticism but I wish she'd considering researching and listening to some feedback. Her cartoons could really use like an extra voice or so when it comes to main/secondary character design. I think the bg characters are so varied because they aren't designed by her but I'm not sure. Not actively watching Helluva Boss nor do I plan to watch Hazbin Hotel whenever that hits Netflix but I enjoy these videos a lot.

I'd be definitely interested in seeing you rewrite season 2-
I honestly feel as if vivziepop has something with birds, either something with a petting zoo or goose. Especially when it comes to the main cast or important characters. Background characters are done by the background or concept artist for sure, while viv just barely touches up the designs that either match the lore and inspiration as well as make animation friendly. My heart goes out to the animators and cleanup artist.
