I USED to use the frixion pens (I mention them a lot in older videos) but apparently there is a risk of the ink showing again if the fabric gets cold... I haven't had that issue but better safe than sorry. Now I use Madame Sew - amzn.to/49Y55BG [ad] They don't last as long but they are designed for fabric and won't have potential issues like the others do. If you find another brand make sure it says it's FOR FABRIC and not just a STEM heat erasable pen - that's the key. Have fun!
I did make one and found that my strings were a little thicker than yours. The space for that was a little tight for me. I would have to a little wider next time. Thank you🤩
I have a video for a reversible wine bag where you tie a ribbon or string around the outside instead of the drawstring method in this one. Not sure how the drawstring could work on both sides tho 🧐
🍷 Do you prefer wine bags with drawstrings? When do you use them?
Great tutorial, I love the way you explain it all. Thank you for taking the time to show us how to do this!!
You are very welcome - happy sewing!
Excellent tutorial. Just what I was looking for 😊
I’m so glad - happy sewing!
Thank you for your video. I definitely going to try this.
You’re very welcome
Which brand of heat erasable pens do you use??

I'm glad they fit but now you know! That would have been a bummer to have had to rip out the top channel stitching... 😵💫
Hi!! Thank you so much for the tutorial! What would suggest the measurements be for a wider bottle of wine?
I would add an inch or two to the width (so 7½ or 8½" wide by 16" high) depending on how much bigger the bottom is.
Think you could make it double sided, just need more steps...
Thank you.
End of thought 🤔
