Where was Museveni when those things were happening? UNLA was under him and he is the one who ochestrated all the killing to turnish the image of Acholi and Langi. Infact Museveni is the chief suspect of all the killing in Luwero and West Nile.
Which court found that those killings was by those you are accusing?
