RULES

Yuffie is CRACKED in the remake series. She’s so ridiculously strong
She was EXTRA CRACKED in OG too, especially with her BUSTED finale weapon, the Conformer lol
Literally every character is cracked if you know how to play them in Remake/Rebirth. My favorite in Rebirth is Red XIII. Just fill his rage bar with a few wild charges then go to town.

Just a tip for learning Beta, equip two Enemy Skill materias on a single character and both will have the skill learned at the end of the battle.
That doesn't work if one of the materias already learned it
@@maximos905 True, but in the case of Beta in this video, he hadn't learned it in any, so he repeated the fight because the snake tosses on party member away from the fight. He could have learned it in both materias at once.

The reason death sentence couldn't be applied again was due to the game's check priority order. The Odin death immunity trick prevents both death and doom (timed death), but equipment status effect application is checked before immunity when a battle starts.
This means the curse ring bypasses the immunity check but you can't reapply any death related status onto that character beyond the initial curse ring doom as the immunity check will now prevent it.
Some random tips for potential future runs.
Deathblow never misses a weapon has 255% Hit%. 255% Hit% Weapons are Tifa's God's Hand (drop from Carry Armor boss), Vincent's Sniper CR (Mt. Nibel chest) and Vincent's Long Barrel R (Costa Del Sol shop post North Crater).
Yes, Death immunity also blocks Death Sentence.
If you ever want to learn Enemy Skills for multiple materias, just equip all of them on the same character.
Also, look up the Shiva and Ifrit materia duplication glitches too. Might be fun in a future run. There's also an "all materia that Yuffee steals" duplication glitch, but you have to wait till Midgar Raid for it, so it's a bit late and might not be helpful.

That Reno battle, wow. Then, it's weird as a kid I didn't remember battles like the Ark dragons or Demon Wall or Don Corneo's Wutai pet and Carry Armor to be that hard-hitting, but when I replayed it when older, I was like, "Wow, I didn't remember them hitting so hard." The way you explain the fails and the eventual success is so good, you feel the accomplishment.

There's a fun dialogue that happens if you pick Nanaki and Barret when you leave Midgar. IT's one of the major places you get rep for one girl or teh other for the gold saucer date.
Breakts their minds when you don't pick either girl to be on your team.
Odin + Added Effect materia armor combo says in the status screen that it gives resistance to Death, but not to Death-Sentence. Not sure if there is some other interaction to prevent DS re-application, but at least according to the status screens, it should still be applicable. Keyword being *should.*

Getting the Guidebook is a lot easier if you use the Enemy Skill L4 self delete (suicide) and then hit him with Morph. It can be learned from Mu in the Grassland area before the Zolm

If you do a challenge on ff7 that uses slots you can actually somewhat pause the wheels
the answer is no because there are points in the game where you only play as cloud or cloud and barret like the start of the game. literally the first battle and the last battle of the game is you using only cloud.

Wait, hold up. Are you telling me that, for Tifa's Limit Break, ONLY what the middle word says counts?! This whole time, I thought it was all three words visible that counted! Like, I dunno how to explain it, but I thought damage was raised or lowered based on what all 3 visible words on the reel were. So, like, a reel landing with "Hit!" on top, "Hit!" in the middle and "Miss!" on the bottom would deal less damage than if they were all three on "Hit!", but you're telling me that only what the one in the middle says matters?

Well definitely I believe so. Tifa is so cracked in the original for a speedrun and the stuff you can do with powersoul will carry you through the final boss for sure. Yuffie is icing on the cake with clear tranquil. Idk who would be the third girl though since Aerith you know.... And Cloud is stuck in party

Totally possible. Every single fight in Remake/Rebirth can be soloed by every available character. Bonus points for running Hard Mode and using Enfeeblement Rings (frog status) on any unwanted characters.
