Bigger boats reduces the number of harbours you can enter. Shadow boat is a much better idea and offers guests more entertainment. I love the name Bwol. Well done.

@@Mrsnichols1965 I'm not saying you're wrong but I'd like to see some official clarification of that because Absent Without Leave makes much more sense for a boat than A Way Of Life.
If it was up to me I would say keep Awol since it has gone through so many upgrades last off season and go with a shadow vessel if the cost of running two vessels isn't an issue. That engine room is a dream for an engineer for sure so much access to everything!Maybe name it Lil"Wol.

Awol is so well known now and appears near perfect. Keep her and buy a shadow boat, also as you say, it will spread the workload.. Good luck with your decision. 🤞
Go with the shadow boat, call it "In Custody". (absent without leave, captured and "in custody")You Captain both vessels and have expertly trained watch officers for both. The shadow boat can be converted to a expeditionary vessel for the off season to areas that can be explored via sea and land.
While 2 boats cost more, the flexibility of access to shore lines will be better with 2 than a much larger boat. Also!! Some potential of leasing/renting out shadow vessel to other operators of luxury yachts......... when not needed by Awol.....??
Awol + shadow boat. This + smaller chase boat / tender + jet skis etc = you charter a small fleet! Also land vehicles give more exploring options. Plenty of larger boats to compete with if you go for just 1 boat. But obviously you’d need to do the sums properly as you’d be purchasing / financing, insuring, running, mooring and crewing 2 large boats. Ouch!
Love your enthusiasm, Tristan! Have you done any sort of a survey of your clients as to what would they like to do? A shadow boat sounds great, but what about the additional operational cost of a shadow boat? What are the additional costs of a bigger yacht? I think my next step might be a bigger yacht for 2-4 years, and if my yacht business continues to grow with the bottom line and the clients are looking for more adventure, then you can add a shadow boat with maybe a minisub.
Come on Tristan stop pulling our leg we know as well as you your not going to drive the shadow boat your the Super Yacht Captain AWOL runs the way it dose because of you and the Crew =) Also if you do purchase the shadow boat what a great way for some new younger people to learn AWOL'S standards in the Yachting Business. "Cheers"
The design is out of this world!!!! Just love it. This one is where monie is not an issue. Time and freedom to do and enjoy life with your loved ones that's what this concept presents. Congrats. Tks for sharing.
How would you use the garage on AWOL with a shadow boat? I agree the shadow boat offers so much opportunity, not just with the toys but with excursions. The gear and crew for excursions could go ahead and get that setup before AWOL arrives, so the guest experience is more magical. How would this change your crew across both vessels? Thank you for sharing!
Hey Tristan here is a toy to add not only fun but great for inspecting the under side of the Yacht when need. Gladius Mini 4K RC Submarine. Im' sure you could find tons of uses for it Cheers
I'm certainly no expert, but in my opinion AWOL has become almost an iconic boat due to your channel, so I'd add this craft to AWOL's kit list, further enhancing the charter experience. Most of the issues with toy set up, crew responsibilities, and space would still be there, even with a bigger boat. You're the experts, so we await the final decision :-)
To me it’s a no brainer, get a bigger yacht. These days yachts are bigger and bigger and AWOL is getting smaller and smaller in comparison and though she is an awesome yacht, it may be time to upgrade. And with a bigger yacht comes a bigger garage for storing toys. Besides Tristan, your destiny does not lie with chase boats....good luck and keep the videos coming
You seem very enthusiastic about the shadow boat, if the owner values your opinion which I’m sure he does then we’ll be seeing a shadow boat next charter season. Now whether he’ll allow you to captain it instead of AWOL I doubt it, your surely one of the reasons guests charter AWOL, you might be disappointed but the guest are the most important ingredient of a boat. Hope it turns out how you’ll like it. Safe sailing.
Shadow boat is a great option , you can up grade to a bigger mother ship later as well that has less toys messing them up or is less practical to have toys like a classic or a sailing yacht(aaagh!). You can also use it to support other yachts if well organized. ( doesn't your owner still have his first smaller yacht?) . The shadow boat could be used for other boats on 2 season charters or the shadow boat could be used on expedition type trips/charters in the off season . Lots of ways to make the shadow boat pay for its self. Of course the shadow boat would be more fun to captain, more boating less entertaining guests, the easy route! Cheers Warren
I think Awol and the Shadow boat are completely different from a business perspective , i dont think they adress the same clients ! And if you can't fit enough toys on Awol i think it s time to go for a bigger boat ,doesnt mean the Shadow is a bad tool and you cant make money out of it ! it s just the shadow seems more adapted for a couple with kids who want to enjoy themselves for just a few days more than cruising for 1 to 3 weeks ! And i dont really believe than clients are ready to pay a second boat for more accommodations otherwise they would rent a bigger boat in the first place ... Take care :)
- Shadow boat provides flexibility, so you don't always have to berth a large vessel. Shadow boat goes elsewhere. Lets you dress up for port call. - Shadow boat allows toys to be set up in advance of guest arrival at remote location (as you have mentioned). And allows AWOL to depart with shadow boat following after cleanup. ? What crew is required for a 24m shadow boat? ? Are the shadow boat quarters intended for crew or guests? I assume best if guests stay on AWOL. Crew would certainly like those accommodations. Commodore is a good title when you get to manage a fleet of boats!
If the registration of the larger boat still only allows for 12 passengers then maybe the second boat along with AWOL could also be used to sleep some passengers when you have a larger charter. They could be on AWOL during the day and sleep on shadow boat at night. Two boats could give a lot more options.
I can see some advantages of having a shadow boat as opposed to a bigger boat although everything that the shadow boat can carry you can carry by having a bigger boat. Having a shadow boat increases cost by a huge amount, take crew, a bigger boat would use more crew but on lower wages, running a shadow boat is two Captains, two chief engineers etc. You have a lot more running costs, maintenance costs, insurance. Overall I don't see that arriving at a destination and having everything already set up by the chase boat, (which is really the only thing you can't do with one boat) can justify the additional overall costs of operating two boats. If money is not an object then get a chase boat. Great video as always, thank you.
Hi Tristan, I do get the add-on functionality of a support vessel. I can see you could also remove all laundry service of the main vessel to the support vessel and have less visible staff dealing with it away from the guests and have the carter vessel crew tend to the most important tasks. But from an owner/cost perspective one yacht, even at 150% of the size of AWOL will still have double fuel, insurance, staff costs and mourning, docking and maintenance costs. You could take me on as an engineer/deck crew to reduce the costs but sadly that will only be a drop in the ocean but think of it :-) I will be your mate on the support vessel :-)
Tristan, you are having entirely too much fun with this video! If you had a shadow boat to carry the toys, then you would have 3 vessels all together with Chasing AWOL. I would rather be the captain of the support vessel more than AWOL. If the owners are into it, get the shadow vessel as well! Great video as always!
I would say go with 1 bigger boat. If you are worried about lots of water toys, maybe spec it out to have a larger chunk of the aft hull specifically setup for water toys. If you do go for a toy boat, how about LOWA?
For the Shadowboat, if you get one, and in keeping with the semi-military nomenclature of "AWOL", how about "TAD" (Temporary Additional Duty), which is the name in the U.S. Navy for when you're detached from your normal place of duty and sent elsewhere to work.
I like the idea of a shadow boat ! It would give the option of seperate locations for large parties. For example ladies event on the main vessel at a picturesque location while the lads head out for a day wakeboarding/diving. Personally I see the Lynx 24 as the ideal short range explorer batchelor pad 👊😎 hahaha
Hmmm ... expenses of running AWOL + shadow boat Vs just AWOL or larger vessel?? I would imagine the former would be considerably more. Does this increased charter cost (to cater for both craft and additional crew) limit your client base even further? What does your current owner think?
I could see a benefit of a Shadow boat, especially when you have a number of boats in your fleet. having a separate shadow boat allows greater flexibility as there are times when it could be chartered out to other companies. I also like the wheelhouse and engine room on the chase boat. Two vessels does allow greater flexibility for Awol to run into port, drop off guest and pick up new guest. Given the tight parking at ports getting a bigger vessel will bring increased fees.
Like a kid in a sweet shop!! Fair play Tristan! You could be 'executive captain' or Admiral of fleet AWOL!! A whole new dimension to the charter experience, with guests arriving to pre set up events! Beach, "safari" road trips, watersports days!! It seems like the future, and you guys would be pioneers!! Leave you to have a bit of 'private time' with your support boat dreams 😉🤭😘😘❤❤
This thing is sick!! But to be 100% honest, I would sell AWOL and buy the WIDER 165 instead of having a shadow boat. That boat is still my favorite 50meter by a LONG shot. The hybrid saves on fuel, has the pool, the heli pad and plenty toys with that submarine option!
Some things to think about when considering the AWOL + Support Vs. Larger Vessel 1. Having two sets of engines (and everything else) means it's twice as likely you will have failures between the two vessels - even while providing nominal redundancy. 2. Having 2 vessels is probably more staff intensive than one larger vessel. 3. 2 smaller vessels can probably go to smaller ports - but may be more expensive to moor (don't know how they charge that). 4. Passengers might not like to transfer from one vessel to the other - so these capabilities might be underutilized. 5. The support vessel would probably have much more "crew only" time aboard especially during transit and overnight - making it attractive if you wanted more private time.
Get a bigger boat, like the Amels 220 (Awol + Shadow = 61m, the 220 = 67m). Has a huge garage, a helipad, much more internal and external space and is much more seaworthy with greater charter opportunities. Owner, guest and crew would long term prefer a bigger boat. Or, if you really want to go nuts, buy an explorer yacht like Planet Nine (73m, huge garage, hangar, plenty room for toys on and below deck). Btw, why did the purchase of "I Nova" fall through? What was the trigger? Room, finish, size, price, seaworthiness? The name of an Awol shadow boat could be "Shadowol" :-D
As an owner, I would keep you as captian on AWOL. A personality like yours is a plus with guests, it shouldn't be wasted on the second boat even though it looks like it's more fun to captain.... A second boat would be better. You'd be able to go to all the ports in AWOL and keep the toys out at sea. That way, you can play in the ocean during the day, then come back for an evening at the casino De Monte-Carlo. I guess a bigger boat can be more limiting in where you go. With a shadow boat it seems like you can have more options than with a larger boat and you've already said most of those options yourself (it also looks like your sold on that shadow boat, shut up, take my money!) I've seen BWOL mentioned before and reckon that's a great name.
Peter .Nice comment . What super yacht do you own may I ask ? Do you ever come to the west coast of Florida ? If so I'd love to meet you and take a tour of your super yacht & spend some time at sea as your guest . Do I stand a chance of meeting you ? Please let me know .Thank You Very Much Peter
With the risk of repeating myself WOW what a sharp boat. I can tell by your enthusiasm in presenting the shadow boat in the video,go ahead and captain the boat if you get it. As for a name "AWOL'S Rec Center" because of all the toys you can put on her. As far a larger boat that means larger draft and you could be restricting yourself on places to go. Also more crew to deal with. A yachtie once told me the larger a yacht crew the bigger pain in the butt for the captain. There is always one or two crew members that will say" Well on my last boat we did it this way" I here that's a big no no to say. Good luck with your decision.
Tristan, keep up the fantastic work! A shadow boat gets my vote. I personally think it’s benefits outweigh that of a bigger boat. ALOT - A Lot Of Toys 😂😂
If you buy a bigger superyacht, you'll still can't put a LandRover or any car onto. You will probably have room to put the 37' chase boat onboard, with a crane or a similar size tender. Jetskis ok. But having a car is a good idea for inland excursions while visiting unknown countries. Or to transfer them from/to the airport. You will have to hire a chauffeur 😝 On the other side, two boats is double the maintenance costs, double the troubles, double the crew, etc.. Huge budget! The name, could be SHAWOL (Shadowing AWOL) or more simply: "Tristan's toys chest" 😜
Buy a ship big enough to carry the shadow boat and also purchase the shadow boat! That way you can carry more passengers, extend the range of your cruises, get creative and offer exotic boutique cruises not offered by other cruise ship companies, and charge significantly higher fees for your unique vacation packages.
I would go with the bigger primary boat if the finance is there. You can always add a support vessel to that later, however it might be harder to have to sell two ships at a later date if its not enough? Also one thing I'd consider is if you get a bigger primary boat, you could see if you could get a captains cabin with a double bed?
From a bussines poit of view i think it´s a great investment. You could offer it as a separate option for charter. Even a 1 day charter for people liveing near a port. And it´s great for crew. Lot´s of alone time.
I can say this: if I were in the market for a yacht for my own use, I wouldn't be interested in the fine Italian boats like AWOL. I would want something like this boat. It has elbow room! Granted, I would want changes in the superstructure because it wouldn't be a shadow boat for toys, but I love the more commercial concept with open spaces and bigger staterooms. The smaller crew would have more space and I think it would be great for exploring rather than being limited by cruising seasons.
I would advise your owner to sell AWOL while it is still under the re-con done this past winter. It would give it more value and easier to sell to prospective buyers. Time for you to grow Tristan. A bigger ship would be better with a shadow vessel...
Well, that's a hell of a boat! Personally, if there's the budget to move 2 boats at once, I'll go for the support vessel: even the crew addition should be less units than with a larger boat... plus, you already have a quite big tender that now Awol tows around, and it would sit nicely on that huge bridge! I bet you'd love to be the new boat's captain, I would too! Less stress with guests, and something totally new to learn, while teaching someone else to captain the yacht: you'd be a great commodore, on that regard! About the name, someone suggested BWOL, which is a really nice idea... another could be AWOL II, or AWOL - (if considering the new boat as Awol's younger/little sister)... or, if you like more a totally different name, it could be something like "X-Tender", as it extends the whole Awol's experience for guests. Anyways, since the new boat would be totally customizable, you should explore the possibility of having a queen size bed instead of double beds in your cabin: it would make for a better couple life in those periods when you have no guests on board but are still living 24/7 there. ;)
As the master on the primary vessel would not only have oversight of both the primary and support vessel, but also the guests and crew on the primary vessel, I would think the compensation would be less for the captain of the support vessel. That said, I can imagine the support vessel services could be advertised out to other charter yachts if AWOL are not charted in a particular week or if the AWOL’s current charter does not want the added cost of the toys and support vessel, toys and crew. I also cannot imagine the cost of running two vessels and associated expenses including insurance and salaries would be any less than moving to a larger yacht with the room for said toys. Tristin you’re enthusiasm is tipping your hand.
The shadow boat is best for your charter business. A bigger boat won't necessarily get more bums in the beds, which I imagine is limited to 12 for AWOL? The shadow boat can carry almost all the toys and be deployed daily in minimal time, but also frees AWOL to perhaps add more lounging and guest areas. All up your business plan will attract a wider clientele, and the additional features of your charter possibilities will increase your individual charter rates. Name could be REDCAP.....Since Redcap will be chasing AWOL. (For those who don't know, AWOL is a definition of being absent from post without leave (WIth no intent to desert). Redcaps are the British military Police.
Wayyyyyy late to the party but Ill toss an idea out. AWOL = Absent without leave Shadow boat name: Renegade. Renegade = an individual who rejects lawful or conventional behavior. Renegade seems like a spot on partner to AWOL defying conventional behavior, here to have a good time.
I guess it really depends on the market. Big boat- more cost and maintenance and larger crew. Shadow boat- run awol as is for a lads expensive experience but add in the shadow bot as an up sell. Also charge the shadow boat out for day trips as a second revenue stream. My vote; get a shadow boat.
I think both vessels need new Capetians and you and your better half take the position of Commodore of operations and marketing and Captain customer services. Every one will then bet the best no matter the vessel.
The shadow boat should be called "AWOL From AWOL". It's an interesting concept, since you could charter the shadow boat separately to other yachts in the area that want extra toys for their guests. It's a new business line, essentially. I think the crew would be potentially under less stress, not having to be with the guests 24 hours day and have more freedom in their off-hours.
I follow your thoughts Tristan and this concept is also more impressive. Mobility and Safety is also improved. For the name: AWOL Toys 1, you never know if she gets a sister 😜. Is this shadowboat project still going? Have a great time guys 😎✌️
I recently watched your video of when you were in Monaco for the Grand Prix. I could see the benefit of having a tricked out shadow boat for hosting parties and watching the event on board in the harbor then using the tender to get out and back to the mother ship when desired so you could avoid the rush to leave. It might not be as flash as the other bigger boats but that deck space would surely be the envy of everyone (weather permitting).
Hi, cool video as always :) In my head is something that says yes, buy a new shadow boat versus a bigger main boat because the possibilities with smaller boats are huge like I see it, unless you expand and sail to destinations further away. I want to think it's harder to dock with a bigger boat and that could mabye be a disadvantage somtimes?. As you mentioned it you can in advance rush away to new places/locations and rigg up water toys for the guests ... maybe you can look at a new way of income/service and rent the new boat out just for 1 day if there is a bunch of friends/companies/sosial groups that just wants to play for a day or have a guided tour, dinner on deck, (birthday)party on deck ect ... (offseason or in between charter tours maybe?) ... also you can have other guests at AWOL at the same time if it alows for that ... Just a few thoughts that caught me here on the go :) When it comes to witch boat you should be Captain on Tristan, I think it's you who are AWOL in this story but of course you have to be a guest captain on the new boat ...no doubt about it! Keep on grinding guys, see you in the next video... Cheers... :D
I think the shadow boat gives you more flexibility than a single bigger boat does. Also it gives you the ability to split the shadow boat off by itself for a total separate charter if the mother ship guest don't have any wish to use the shadow boat services. Such as Monaco Grand Prix week.
Get a shadow boat for sure. It’s the best way to do it. Like you said it can go ahead and do the setup first!! Makes the most sense. Plus is is better on fuel than your chase boat.
If I was the customer I would like both, the unbeatable luxury on AWOL with the master and crew and then the intense fun on the other boat with the chase boat for quickly nipping ashore.
I would go for the shadow vessel, the reason being you can concentrate on your guests on AWOL and the daily chores. Also, your crew would be happier and less stressful. Finally, your guests would be overjoyed with the additional toys.
Sure, the possibilities that coms with a second boat are enormous, as well as the costs and, above all, the consumption. If you are serious about protecting the environment, there is only one option. You have to calculate all eventualities meticulously and based on that, you make your decision. To have the opportunity means to take responsibility. I am confident and looking forward ... 👍👍👍⛵⛵⛵
I say buy everything, given the owner wants it. Lol. Bigger yacht, plus chase water toy yacht. Also keep AWOL. you would literally have a small armada. All you would need is an aircraft carrier. That engine room is a dream. So much head room. So open. Looks like all the equipment is easily accessible. Filters, engines and e.t.c have so much room everything is easy to get to. Name for shadow boat, AWOL'S shadow. Lol Maybe, Furlough. Since AWOL means absent without leave, furlough means an extended period of leave from front line service in order to return home.
Anyone who has worked at sea will always appreciate an engine room you can 'walkaround". I didn't like the move to plumb bows but it grows on you. As far as a name, "Always AWOL"
Go for it! Become the new shadow boat captain! Why not? New experiences, new skills, all good. More new videos! Your work load should be a bit easier too. ;)
Think we can all guess what's top of Tristan's Xmas list for Santa, loving the enthusiasm. Question is have you been a good enough boy? Got to say I think your right about it being able to open up a new type of charter market.Dashing from bay to bay playing on the toys, quick trip to shore on the speed boat for lunch, dinner etc. Who decides what toys are bought, the owner or the captain or both?
A shadow boat like that would ironically overshadow AWOL. If I were a guest I think I'd rather stay on the shadowboat! As nice as AWOL is she's getting on a bit. Maybe go for a bigger boat that compromises between the two.
Get a shadow boat, people will have more fun with the extra toys and you can charge more as long as the boat offers much more than the chartered yacht. Also your able to relax a day while your waiting for the guests to arrive at the anchor location or port.
I think for YOUR situation a shadow boat would be best. Mainly because it would service both AOL and Lizzy.. You have the room for the toys and you can motor ahead and set everything up. But it could also function as a large crew quarters...maybe everyone could rotate from boat to boat to allow for a change of scenery, etc. However...if u just went ahead and bought a huge explorer type yacht, say the size of Ragnar 😉 it would fill many of the roles mentioned and then some. 😁
I would go for a bigger replacement for AWOl. Another great post thank you.i would post a photo of your replacement but I can’t include photos. I have hand built a baby boat cot, traditional clinker construction for our first grandson
Interesting video ecpecially because a cliënt of the company i work for wanted a 115m yacht but the company cant fit a yacht that big in the shipyards facilities and thats why the company decided to give HIM the option of having a shadow vessel, which is as you just showed apparently pretty awesome 👌👌
The idea of a "gym boat" is nice for a family the kids can go an play and be loud and the adults can sit on AWOL and relax on the sun deck in piece and quite. Shadow boat would be my vote. especially if you love your current boat and you are just wanting more space for toys. And, could be used as an escape place for crew if charter didn't want to use it for some reason.
shadow boat name : Bwol
in my opinion, getting 1 bigger boat is better, maybe Explorer type yacht.
Bwol is cool !! :-)
A Way Of Life + Better Way Of Life!
Bigger boats reduces the number of harbours you can enter. Shadow boat is a much better idea and offers guests more entertainment. I love the name Bwol. Well done.

🙏👍
do it! my perspective is crew should rotate between the two boats. that means yes you the captain as well. looking forward to the fun.
I love the extreme utility, functionality, flexibility, and layout of this little ship.
I keep waiting for the phase “Captain’s log, star date...”
😂
For real though
Or “Captain’s log, sea date...” lol
I like the shadow idea, make sense from many angles.
Hi Tristan,
I do get the add-on functionality of a support vessel.
Always important to have a bit of fun in what you do 😇👍
I would say go with 1 bigger boat.
Larger Vessel
With a shadow boat it seems like you can have more options than with a larger boat and you've already said most of those options yourself (it also looks like your sold on that shadow boat, shut up, take my money!)
I've seen BWOL mentioned before and reckon that's a great name.
@@bobshaw4063 Thank you Bob. Maybe some day we can race our yachts?
Great name 👍👍👍
If you buy a bigger superyacht, you'll still can't put a LandRover or any car onto. You will probably have room to put the 37' chase boat onboard, with a crane or a similar size tender. Jetskis ok. But having a car is a good idea for inland excursions while visiting unknown countries. Or to transfer them from/to the airport. You will have to hire a chauffeur 😝
On the other side, two boats is double the maintenance costs, double the troubles, double the crew, etc.. Huge budget!
The name, could be SHAWOL (Shadowing AWOL) or more simply: "Tristan's toys chest" 😜
a shadow boat shallow enough to have a gate in the front to offload on to a beach would be cool :D
I think a shadow boat would be a fantastic idea . Name it AWOL ACTIVE .
Buy a ship big enough to carry the shadow boat and also purchase the shadow boat! That way you can carry more passengers, extend the range of your cruises, get creative and offer exotic boutique cruises not offered by other cruise ship companies, and charge significantly higher fees for your unique vacation packages.
Call it "TMF". Acronym for "Too Much Fun". Good from a marketing standpoint.
Greetings from Peachland BC Canada
Your skills are still needed as the guiding influence on AWOL. I'll step in and take care of skippering that shadow boat. You're welcome. :-)
The shadow boat looks like a nice way to take guests fishing or exploring or such..... I would call the shadow boat AWOL's Shadow
AWOL = Absent without leave
Shadow boat name: Renegade.
Get the Lynx shadow boat.. You can filn the entire build 😍😍
Tristan, I think you & your crew are ready for a bigger boat, so that and this shadow boat
Being rich most definitely doesn't suck!😎😉🇺🇸
I follow your thoughts Tristan and this concept is also more impressive. Mobility and Safety is also improved. For the name: AWOL Toys 1, you never know if she gets a sister 😜.
Is this shadowboat project still going? Have a great time guys 😎✌️
Love the shadow boat. Think it will compliment AWOL beautifully. Gives you more options for different groups and activities. Name: AWOL Fun
Cheers... :D
ASWOL ( A SHADOW WAY OF LIFE ) and yes with a shadow vessel is the best option since they have 1.6meters draft its perfect to low waters :)
Plus is is better on fuel than your chase boat.
id say keep the axopar as a shuttle between the two big boats but carry it on the shadow boat
They'd still need the chase boat/tender.
If I was the customer I would like both, the unbeatable luxury on AWOL with the master and crew and then the intense fun on the other boat with the chase boat for quickly nipping ashore.
That would make one hell of a dive boat. Thanks for the video.
As a diver myself. Thats all i could think of.
Awesome boat. Shadow vessel all the way Captain. It'd have to be something like "M.V. COURT MARSHALED" .. surely.
I would go for the shadow vessel, the reason being you can concentrate on your guests on AWOL and the daily chores. Also, your crew would be happier and less stressful. Finally, your guests would be overjoyed with the additional toys.
The shot at 12:40 answered my question about putting rubber tires on a teak deck :-)
👍👍👍⛵⛵⛵
Coolest youtube channel.
I thought the boat should be named
TM Shadow
😂 thanks Peter
I say buy everything, given the owner wants it. Lol.
Bigger yacht, plus chase water toy yacht.
Also keep AWOL.
you would literally have a small armada. All you would need is an aircraft carrier.
That engine room is a dream. So much head room. So open.
Looks like all the equipment is easily accessible.
Filters, engines and e.t.c have so much room everything is easy to get to.
Name for shadow boat, AWOL'S shadow. Lol
Maybe, Furlough. Since AWOL means absent without leave, furlough means an extended period of leave from front line service in order to return home.
Anyone who has worked at sea will always appreciate an engine room you can 'walkaround". I didn't like the move to plumb bows but it grows on you. As far as a name, "Always AWOL"
Tristan, it sounds like you would prefer the "shadow boat" option. Looking forward to the continuing adventures.
Another great video Tristan. This shadow boat kinda looks like a "mini" science research vessel. Cheers!⚓
Shadow boat for sure
Something to think.about the owner can still buy a bigger boat later and have the shadow vessel also.
😂😂 win win
Ahh... Sweet, SWEET Ragnar...
Business sustainability point of view
AWOL+Shadow boat
if one have an issue, the other one can still work, maybe sell AWOL and get bigger one later
