    The gap pulls when the bow is flexed onto a bench. Does is gap when strung and the tips do not have the friction of the bench to pull against? Seems like a tip stringer would tell the story.

      @@cliftongregg6366 I just didn’t string it in the video for Time’s sake. It opened far worse when it was strung. And at this stage of the game, I always use a stringer

    greetings sir and everyone.sir, try making a removable pin drilling the holes sideways, or a spring pin similar on a walking stick.otherwise the best is to make it a 1 piece bow

    you found the solution , or you could have added extra beneficial weight to the handle by drilling each section for a steel sleeve and rod . Stainless steel would have looked nice.Rod in the handle section and nobody would be the wiser .
