The Grenadier is the only vehicle currently on the market that excites me, however I have seen only one here in central California. Our weekend adventure vehicle and my wife’s daily driver is a 2018 Wrangler JKU that we love. Have not had a single issue in 67,000 miles. My hobby fun car is a 1966 Series 2A short wheelbase Land Rover. We live 2hours away from Yosemite National Park and enjoy mild ( not hard core rock crawling) off-roading . I can’t wait to get my hands on a Grenadier.
@@calsurflance5598 You will love. My co-partner at the office is an experienced 4x4 traveller. He owns a Grenadier and he has previously travelled across Africa in a Toyota LandCruiser and went for the Grenadier over the Toyota.
@@RootBeerGMT If it’s well built, then the cost is justified. I tend to keep my vehicles a long time so I usually forget how much I paid for them! Lol. I’m 65 and retired, so if a Grenadier lasts me 20 years or so I’m good!👍
Hate to correct you but your fuel consumption figures are far too optimistic. I own the. diesel and get around 13L per 100 Kilometers on average, meaning I get around 600 Kilometres on a tank. Had the petrol one for s bit and you’re lucky to get 400 Kilometres on a tank, meaning probably closer to 18 Litres per 100.
@@rowanraath Hi, no problem😁 I drove the Grenadier on roads for about 400 km (50% highway) and had an avg. consumption of 13.8liters / 100 km. I did not include the offroad driving in this calculation. When on highways I kept the speed below 120 km/h. My driving style is in general rather efficient. My Range Rover L322 3.6 TDV8 has an avg. consumption of 12.0 liters, and on long trips with my other Range Rover L460 P510e, I average below 10 liters without charging.
Grenadier owner too here, petrol engine. I generally drive on country roads, so speeds of 70-90 kmh. On highways i drive about 110. My fuel consumption is generally between 12.5 and 13.5. The best I ever did was 11.7. On cold start i am at about 14 But I know other Grenadier owners who step on it constantly and they are around 16 and 17. Somehow they love that. Off road (hunting) it is unbeatable Cheers

You’re gonna want one. Picking a color seems impossible. I’ve looked a thousand times and am still confused as a Ukrainian.
We test drove one. Man, it’s built like a tank. Pricey, no doubt--but so is a Denali or LandRover or G Wagon.

@@Fr99763 Thx for watching.
Not in the spirit of the real Defender.
Too complex and clearly intended for mommies to drop their spawn at private school.
No thanks.
Clearly you haven't driven one. It has as little electronics as you can legally get away with.
No room in the back seats, uncomfortable driving position in the RHD. And now production stopped due to parts supply issues!
