You’re AMAZING!!! Picking up the jack ball seemed so counterintuitive. Everyone else said stretch and massage. The knee bends with feet flat and knees over feet, and picking up the jack ball are the things that ACTUALLY helped me immensely! I honestly didn’t have a jack ball, but I did the same toe contraction motions, and it was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! Thank you so much!!!
I don’t do ballet. I took a class as a teenager, and found out I have zero coordination, but I subscribed anyway, because your wisdom is a great help for anyone! Thanks again!
Thank you for your kind words! I am delighted my videos are helping you! Ballet principles and exercises really can be helpful whether or not someone does any ballet--I'm so glad you found this to be true for you! And I'm always here if you find you want to try ballet again. I promise you have more coordination than you think. 😉💖🩰🙏🏻
tiekka!! thank you so much, ballet really does a number on your feet 💕
Yes, it does! Hope this video helps you give your tootsies some TLC! 🩰🌸🥰
Thank you so much! I just started ballet and am having trouble with foot cramps (I’ve always had trouble with foot cramps actually) so I’m looking forward to trying this out. How often should we do these exercises and how many reps/sets?
Congratulations on starting your ballet journey!!! 👏🏻🎉 Do these exercises one or two times per week. The number of sets really depends on the individual. It’s not about “working hard” but more about gently getting the feet used to contracting and releasing. Hope it helps you! 🙏🥰🩰✨
You are the best, so perfect. I hope to see videos on foot massaging especially for the middle of the sole and the toes, as a working I have some problems with them. Thanks again :):):
You’re so welcome! I’m glad you found the info helpful! 🙏💖🩰
I get foot cramps so bad for years now when I do heavy one footed or jumping workouts and also when doing my ballet class and we do lots of jumping and releve consecutively. I wanted to do pointe and almost worried I wouldn’t get there because of it but I have a little hope now! I think I also need new ballet shoes, maybe with some stretch and cushion. Love your videos so far your outfits are so cute and girly! Makes me want to go put some girly ballet clothes on ❤
Foot cramps are not fun! But hopefully they will start to go away as your feet get stronger… It takes time, so don’t be discouraged. Just keep practicing little by little and it should get better. So happy you enjoy my ballet outfits-I have a lot of fun composing my wardrobe-ballet clothes are just so pretty!!! 🙏✨🥰🩰🌸
This was so helpful - thank you❣️
You’re so welcome! 💖🩰🌸
You're wonderful!!! Could you do a swan lake ballet class for beginners or absolute beginners?

I find that daily theraband exercises are a great way to head off foot cramps before I get them.
Yep! Those help, too. 🥰🩰
