No, size is not provided. So, any small bag or purse which ladies generally carry is allowed. It can be taken in addition to cabin baggage allowance.

Hello, is it possible to have the hand laggage AND a backpack, flying in Economy?
This is what I'm trying to figure out. It sounds like they are calling carry-on "hand baggage" at the Qatar website. I don't see anything that mentions a personal item on the Qatar website, but women will definitely have purses so I'm assuming a man can have a small backpack, as long as it fits in the seat in front of you. If anyone knows, please comment. I can't believe this isn't explicitly stated on their website.
Normally, backpacks of standard size are considered as cabin bags. Now, the small backpacks (of the type kids take in school) are allowed as personal item by US airlines. For Qatar, a standard back pack might not be allowed in addition to cabin bag.

Does the carry on baggage has to be of the same dimension as they have given or it has to 115 cm in total regardless of the dimensions?
Both matter. Some airlines only ask 115 xm linear dimensions, some insist on individual dimensions as welll.

Yes, chocolate can be carried. Insulin can also be carried but it is good to have a prescription from the registered and certified doctor. How many phones do you want to take? Airlines does not have issue with it.

You can consider it as a purse, small bag, sling bag or any similar small bag. Regular backpack is taken as a cabin bag.

300 cm is the upper limit of a bag. But oversized charges have to be paid if size is more than 158 cm.

Since any single check in bag can nit be more than 32 kg, you have to take 2 bags for 35 kg. You can bring any combination of weight withon allowance limits by size and weight.

32 kg is the max weight for each check in bag. Free allowance is how much is allowed free. So, 2 bags of 23 kg each is free allowance and if you want to take more than 23 kg in a bag, then you can carry up to 32 kg but on payment of charges. Hope this is clear now!!

You shall be add excess baggage online on the website or mobile app of the airline. When you do it online, the excess baggage charges are discounted. Further, the 45 kg is to be taken in 2 check in bags.

You must have been booked on Economy Classic whereas your friends would have been booked on Economy Comfort tickets. Thats the reason for you allowance to be 25 kg and their allowance to be 35 kg per passenger in check-in baggage. You will have to buy more baggage, if you want to carry more.

I think these baggage allowances are ridiculous x2 x23Kg who on this earth will have two cases of 23 Kg unless they immigrating. They should allow either the x2 x23 kg OR 1 x 32kg Obviously a man making these decisions, he hasn’t got a clue. Why can l not take one bag only of 32 Kg instead of 2 bags of 23kg each. I will end up with two half filled bags should l only have 30 Kg of luggage. Is there any flexibility here with this airline but keeping under the weight allowance???

This is hardly a reply to the ridiculous baggage allowance. Answer the question don’t enforce the ridiculous culture of bad decision by a bunch of ppl who don’t know what they talking about.
