A third grade boy attended that hokey Christmas parade last November. Maybe he wanted to catch a glimpse of Santa or just collect some of the candy being thrown to the onlookers. He began that day with the hope and optimism of any normal, eight-year-old boy heading towards Christmas. He ended up in the morgue -- his skull separated from his spinal cord. With every single one of Brooks' indefensible outbursts (morally and legally), I think of that little boy's constitutional right to "life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness", all of which were robbed from him in the blink of an eye by Darryl Brooks. The poser in the ill-fitting, donated suit will, in the very near future, be released from the constraints of the name "Darryl Brooks". He's going to be a number -- nothing more than another numbered lifer in the penitentiary. Keep your fingers crossed -- this guy is going for a mistrial, and while the judge is hyper-focused on an already pristine record, he's amping up the chaos and hatred in that courtroom to a near fever pitch. He wants someone to explode in order to secure his mistrial. Accusing a trial judge of judicial misconduct was enough to keep him out of the courtroom for the day -- not a 40 minute break in the trial, the conclusion of which featured a non-responsive, still defiant Brooks. Let's hope the judge rethinks her failing approach to escalating antics of Darryl Brooks.

He is so deluded, and narcissistic he still believes hes the one calling the shots in the courtroom.
He says "the jury has the right to hear everything" but he objects to every question. If those objections were sustained, then the jury wouldn't be hearing the witness' answers.
Judge blowed up? Where? When? This is the most patient professional I've ever seen. This guys is making this process a joke. He commits this horrendous crime "allegedly" and still treats our system as a joke! I wish they would just go to deliberations. This judge should retire after this case with the noble prize.
This man watched a whole lot of Law themed TV shows and now he thinks he's the best lawyer out there. He probably thinks he's also a blind vigilante in a devil's costume at night. Just lock him up already.🤦
At least Matt Murdock went to law school 😉
All due respect :
The person formally known as Mr. Brooks is the biggest jerk narcissistic personality that I’ve ever seen in my entire life and I am old 🤦♀️ The officers the judge the witnesses the jury deserve an award for their patience. This is so hard to watch without your blood pressure going off the charts.
Would it be fair to say you're not a fan? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

So is that a “tackit” agreement?
I miss him referring to himself as the “alleged defendant”. I haven’t heard that yet this week.
He said he wants to give the jury the "truth" but doesn't want them to ask the witness literally any question at all lmfao
He shouldn't have been allowed to defend himself. He's clearly insane!
He's watched too many TV courtroom shows to think he can talk to the judge like that.
This is a perfect example of misery loves company this man is miserable with his life and is trying to make everybody around him miserable!!
That's what it is.
It's called "narcissistic personality disorder" and it's reaching epidemic proportions in the USA.
@@soulscanner66 Everything is a disease...blame everything on someone's "disease".
The Times’ Person of the year goes to this Judge for setting a wonderful example of patience.
I wish my “blow ups” were this controlled and chill. This judge has impressed me throughout this whole trial. I truly admire how she handles conflict.
Yes!!!!!
I've never had an opportunity to visit an inmate in prison. I have a feeling that once this trial is complete I may be tempted to go visit him just so I can sit on the other side of the glass and point and laugh.
The jury don't need to hear anything. They saw with their own eyes that u ran over this people like they were bowling pins. She shld have bound n gagged him
It must be hard to not say “Shut the f… up!”
If I was a juror, I would definitely believe he has the capability to drive through a crowd of innocent people!! This is based on his disruptive courtroom behavior!!He’s the best witness the prosecution has! The Judge has a lot of patience with this narcissist!!!!
Yes but that doesn’t work like that. Its biased assumptions. But obv everyone has opinions on everything. It just needs proof
@@manarmeziani857 Biased seeing him on video doing it??? OOO Sure!!!

He’s going with the ‘eventually one of these objections is gonna stick’ strategy.
I’m sitting here, laughing at how ridiculous he is. The they show the clock and I start dying because it’s only 10:20 am. 😂 That poor judge.
Lawyer: did his car hit you

Brooks: leading!
Judge: -_-,
funny how criminals demanded fairness but never thought about the victims’ fairness of life
That bailiff in the background is soooo ready to drop him.
This judge is freakin patient😊
He shouldn't be allowed in the courtroom anymore. He is actually getting special treatment at this point. No attorney would get away with this crap, and they wouldn't get law lessons during the trial either. Enough of this.
This judge is AMAZING!! She is soooo patient, I don’t know how she does it!!!!!!!!
I'm sure the jury loves having to leave every 10 minutes
For older jurists it's a pee break.
Like most sovereign citizens, he has trouble understanding that ignorance doesn’t change reality.
This judge has the patience of Job. And if you call this blowing up do you need to get your eyes and ears checked!
The Judge is amazing... the tolerance and professionalism she displays are to be commended.
Just how did he think, by saying and doing his ridiculous antics, he was going to get a better sentence?
The judge did not "blow up." Mr Brooks "blew up" more than she did. I've never seen a defendant so mouthy.
He loves the sound if his own voice. Despite the fact he sounds like a nasty fool ....
He is just trying to delay or get a mistrial to stay in the county jail where he is safe for as long as possible. When he gets sentenced and goes to prison he'll be fair game and he knows it.
I'm hoping the jail mates aren't as patient as this judge
About time. She's a saint for waiting so long to do so.
YES! Finally this judge has had enough of this idiot’s manners! Put him in a cell with the worst criminal there is. Maybe that’ll knock some sense into him.
After recess she came back and explained everything in thorough detail the hows and whys she doesn’t want to hold him in contempt and why he was kicked out temporarily. Yes, he came back after more argumentative behavior in his alternative location.
While I agree his manners are bad, I disagree with your chosen punishment. Lock him up, but don't punish the poor other criminals in the jail with his presence.
The judge has shown extreme patience with Daryl Brooks clownish behavior. Behavior that will probably guarantee his conviction. We are seeing him at his finest, unfortunately for him, his finest is embarrassing to witness
There has to be a point when this Judge can say, you can no longer represent yourself. It’s disruptive to the court proceedings I feel so bad for the families of these poor victims.
The problem with that, though, is it would be a logistical nightmare! If she added council to the picture than it would be a serious delay to the trial. The new lawyer would have to be brought up to speed on the case. That would take awhile. Meanwhile, the results of the case would, most likely, be the same. So, at this point, it's really best to just push through his antics and get to the verdict.
No, she shouldn't do that because that was his choice and she advised him the consequences. So now and always he will be the looser
I hope there is not one jury that could find him insane and not guilty as Nikolas Cruz case
Whoooooooaaaaaaaa.....😳...what in the IM REPRESENTING MYSELF is going on here😂😂😂😂😂....I'm weak😭🤣😂😂😂
I’d like to buy a few drinks for this judge. What she has had to put up with during this trial is remarkable.
He's making Rottenborn look really good.
Lmaooooo😂
Lol!

We know this man is guilty. The fact that he has a voice, albeit a crazy one, suggests we should look at our judicial system. Imagine what this is costing the American taxpayers.
This judge should get combat pay . This is the most combative defendant I've ever seen in a murder trial. By the way she never raised her voice so how exactly did she blow up at Mr. Brooks
Clickbait at it’s finest
Brooks has been an absolute tool who thinks himself to be a Sovereign Citizen. 🤣
This Judge has been exceedingly patient with him.
I have no idea how she kept her cool throughout the trial.
So much to say about this piece of garbage that has done nothing but disrupt and attempt to distract and create chaos for a dismissal that can only be achievable in his head. But the one that really stoods up is the judge, incredibly managing a court with decor, I have never seen anything like it. I tip my hat to you ma'am.
This man is nuts! He's not just defending himself he now has a new stalking victim. He's balls to the wall with this judge.
I nominate her for TIME Person of the Year.
I cant imagine the emotional pain that they have to endure with the murderer as the defense lawyer....
ok so?
Is this trial going to end anytime soon? With his constant interruptions and all the timeouts they have taken to deal with his conduct, I see this going longer than the OJ Simpson trial.
It's obnoxious that he objects to almost every single question. Then, puts forth buzz words and hopes his objection is the correct legal justification.
I really hope they makes some changes to the system after this is all done.
