How wonderful i noticed a green light just as you started the meditation but then I lost relaxation / connection 😢 my tinitus doesn't help, then my leg start twitching. 😢 How can I progress? Thank you for all your advice and support. ❤🕯🙏

Thank you Lorraine Love to you 💖💖💖 after my Dad Passed I was in the living room with a couple of friends and we were talking about my Dad and I had this Ballon with Roses on it that I was given to me for my Birthday down the hall in the corner of the bedroom it had lost a lot of helium but still had a bit anyways Roses is something that I connected with my dad I found out as always loved them and found out he used to take out to water the roses . The balloon came down the Hall and came to me in the living room beside me I know My dad brought it down the hall and was a long way . I had a Hard time after he passed as I never got to spend much time with him because of things that happened in my life , he also came when I was a a bowl ceremony and My special Friend seen him too he was checking in to see what I was doing .

Yes it is quite normal, it can be that our human bodies and energy are not used to being in the realms my lovely. Hope you’re feeling better now, it should pass within 72 hours or so, often quicker. If not, please speak with your medical team to rule out anything else. Plus the energies on earth are rather volatile at the moment. Ascension symptoms are rife. Of course, they are part of your soul energy (which isn’t tangible or physical). So if you think about our human body, our human DNA holds only two in our physical body, well according to science anyway 🤣. The other strands can be integrated by us evolving spiritually (we are a soul with one of multiple bodies, not one body with a soul). As this energy is coming from our highest self/soul and is not physical, as I mentioned, think of these strands as packets of energy that you (in your soul essence before you reincarnated) have agreed to be activated at this present moment. These will increase your intuition (aka connection to your soul/higher self), allow you to heal yourself, expand your consciousness and grow on a human level and also spiritually. You are absolutely are right to question everything, discernment is key so well done for asking Louisa 💜 Everyone’s journey is so different, as I also mention often too. This information has been downloaded from my own highest self. Also during the work I do with my clients. Channelling and downloading are the same thing. I hear you, as a question I always ask is why are different people saying different things? All we have on our spiritual journey is our soul “knowing” and heart chakra as our internal compasses. Our highest true self will never steer us wrong or tell us untruths. Often NOT trusting what we receive is a big issue for many. Sadly some darker energies take over spiritual “gurus” and they don’t even realise. This is one reason of many, why so many different people are saying different things.
