The felix is a brilliant machine they can last 10 to 15 years and are one of the very few machines that actually need repairing the agitation suction filtration are brilliant and they are very quiet in use with a 2700rpm brush speed that really can give a deep down clean
Depends on what kind of vacuum and your priorities. If you’re of the belief that “a vacuum cleaner is a vacuum cleaner” and you don’t care about the quality, reliability, ease of use or filtration, than you might be ok getting one online. You might be disappointed but you could always throw it away and get another one. If you want to “buy once and buy right” you probably should go to the local vacuuum shop, talk to the professional, test a few vacuums and see which one is “right” for you. That said, if you don’t have a “pro” in your area than you might be left with no choice but to buy online or call me. I happen to own America’s best vac shop and I can help. 1-800- 263-5425
I recently was in the market for a new vacuum cleaner. Changing from a canister (Miele) to an upright. I brought a bag of cat litter (clean) to the store to use instead of the usual pink stuff the store has. I was all set on getting a Sebo upright - until I took a handful of my cat litter and tossed it onto the floor, some on rug and most on the tile floor. The Sebo couldn't make a dent in picking up the cat litter which was made from paper with some pine crumbles mixed in. I was shocked as was the sales person. I purchased a Riccar P25.2 Pet vacuum. It is wonderful and picks up everything it finds in it's path. It works on my hardwood floors and a couple of area rugs. The Riccar doesn't care - dirt and cat litter out of my way.
About how much would that package usually run? I’ve looked on their website and everything is priced separately. Your demonstration was really good and answered many of my questions. Thank you!

Great video bagles is not great have on health Bagged vacuum cleaners proven they are 200% better on health with out lungs getting damage and other health damgaing
Hi Ryan, it’s really just a matter of preference. Do you prefer a canister or an upright? Do you want all the weight of the machine in front of you (Sebo Felix) and just push it or would you want some of the weight behind you and be pushing and pulling(canister e3 ). The other thing to think about is the versatility of the machine. The Felix is very versatile and you can use Your attachments easily, considering it’s an upright. The E3 on the other hand is even more versatile with all the attachments on board which makes it even easier to do all the above floor cleaning. Think of the Sebo Felix as a “e3 on a stick.”
I’m not really a fan of Sebo, I think that their X series models are the most mediocre machines ever. But I do have respect for the Felix because it’s very versatile and has a handsome design.
@@upy0ur5 The design is boring, the performance is mediocre and the vacuum tips over extremely easily due to how they placed the hose inlet on it. It is unique that they use that automatic height adjustment wheel that goes up and down on different carpet lengths though, but that’s about it. Everything else on it is just uninspiring.
@@zmanifest that sucks. I was considering getting one for my grandpa since his house is mostly carpet. A Felix or one of the canisters might be a better pick then.
@@upy0ur5 The only two good things I can say so far about the Sebo X series upright is that it has superb filtration and the automatic height adjusting wheel, but when I try to use the hose, it pulls the vacuum over because like I said the hose inlet port is at the top of the vacuum, what a dumb design. I have seen other machines like Dyson, Hoover, Miele and Riccar where the hose is like placed low down at the body of the vacuum so it follows you, rather than falling over as you’re using it.
@zmanifest the design flaws are easily what would move me away from the X series but what drew me was the filtration since my grandpa has severe asthma and hes using a 30 year old Hoover. Probably doesn't have a hepa filter either.
Hey Rob, yeah sounds hard to believe. We are a repair shop that wants to fix broken vacuums and serve the customers right. Most Vac shops are happy to fix vacuums and there will never be a shortage of Vacuums to repair. No matter where someone buys a Vacuum(internet, big box store, infomercial, garage sale etc.) it’s going to need service. In this particular video we are discussing the value of purchasing the right vacuum. The right vacuum is the one that cleans good, is easy to use, lasts longer and has good filtration. The best vacuums can be found at your local Vacuum store or vacuum repair shop. Hopefully, next time you bring a vacuum to get repaired, the local vac shop will take the time to show you a better, easier, healthier way.

Someone needs to invent a stick-on headlamp for these machines that don't have one...
Why should we not buy a vacuum cleaner online? Is it because they can come with issues or?

Is there any advantage of the canister e3 compared to this? Debating on purchasing the e3 or this Felix.
