No bro, This applies to graded cards also so after the sell you have to send it to PSA to make sure the holder has not been tampered with. This is insane considering PSA must take on more submissions during a time when they can't even keep in the 1st place. Furthermore this means more fees added on. Basically the card has to be submitted twice...Wow
