Great videos. My whirlpool side by side has been killing me with the ice maker not getting water to it. I replaced filter, appliance guy replaced ice maker and on/off switch, worked intermittently for 2 weeks. I replaced dual inlet valves, still no good. Then I came across info about main harness having breaks in the wire at the bottom where it bends in and out every time you open and close left side door. Sure enough i found a yellow wire broken. Made repair and next day water inlet now working and making ice. Its been 4 days and stopped again. So either I have more broken wires or a break in the one i repaired. There is not enough slack to fix correctly. Would you suggest I buy a new harness and take door off and feed new one up through unit? I don't know how complicated it would be to attach harness to sockets above in door. thanks
