I don't think they may be able to do that since most of the food being made are from other restaurants and stuff. So, I don't think it's really up to them whether or not they could put in the recipe.

That is some SERIOUS comfort food there, only better. The sous vide probably made the meat very tender. And of course, if you deep fry something, it's almost bound to be great.
