It should be counted in another way. Like no just % but how many finals you actually played. Then Kvitova, Svitolina and Swiatek would be on top of that ranking.
I kinda agree with what you said and I think it could be done by having a final/title requirement to be on this list e.g played in at least 10 finals. It’d prevent the top of the list being players who managed to capitalise on the few chances they got

Yes, Kvitova, Svitolina and Swiatek are a step above some of these with 3 or 4 or 5.
Rank of the tournament is also very important. Slam final tastes a bit different than 250... 🤪

Still it does not mean they are best in finals if they were so little to since the sample data is not reliable to say they 'are best in finals'
I don't see any point rating the likes of Maria and Hsieh who each has just 3 finals ahead of someone who was in 42 finals (Kvitova)
its based on finals winning %, simple as that, you can make another video about players with the most finals

That's not how it works . It's crazy to think that badosa and tatjana maria have a more positive final record than swiatek. You should instead divide the number of the finals won by the total of finals played . Then it would be swiatek Kvitova svitolina

The sample size is important! You featured bunch of players, who didn't even accumulate more than 5 finals in their entire careers and you compare them to the likes of Kvitova, who has like 40+ of them?? LOL Do you not understand the difference at all?...
