Dude, I could not stop watching. No strange music. No needless talking about stuff that didn't matter. Just the facts. Loved It! Now, let's do one for me. Yamaha Blue Please (lol, just kidding). Great job!
The fact that the two vertical posts sit tight to keep it from rolling sis to side is genius. At first I said, oh boy that thing is going to swing in the wind. Nice job !!!
Good job. I have the store bought conventional design with a ramp. I added square tubing through the center hitch tube and welded the ends. I have a bracket connecting the bike rear axle hole to the rack. I also strap the inner side of the handlebar to the chain support loop on the vehicle to prevent wobble. Remember to strap the handlebars near the triple clamp to prevent the handlebars from rotating. Also add a redundant strap on frame or rear wheel. Enjoy.
100% I've seen 2 available to buy. One is the ALL JACKED UP SWITCH HAULER $850 & the other is Moto Jack Rack $650. The Moto Jack Rack takes forever to ship, has QC issues, and the owner has a reputation of being difficult with customers.
Warning attention😢 awesome build but I seen two videos yesterday where the square stock tubing broke off on two different kinds of receiver hitch motorcycle haulers they broke off and the motorcycles fell on the road! My suggestion is to reinforce the square stock tubing a lot Beef It Up, also build a 3-point ade 2 extra little receivers 1 on the left side of the bumper and 1 on the far right side of the bumper to where it would be a three-point instead of just the central receiver hitch😮. at least on the ramp style motorcycle hitch haulers😊, that would make them super strong!😊 if you had 2, extra small receiver on the left and one on the right! receiver with a pipe or Square stock coming out to underneath hauler rail. on the botom would strengthen and stabilize your motorcycle hauler. 😊😊😊 in the case of your design I'm sure you could adapt it to a 3-point receiver hitch😊 build your own!. after seeing two motorcycles fall on the road in videos
Definitely not easy! Recommend putting a small loop on the front inside corner of the platform, that way you can run a rachet strap from the handle bars to it and keep the front wheel from moving around while driving
The guy seems to be a farmer, look around and you’ll say loads of stuff in the background it’s a shame. I’m sure if you had some help you could make some great things out of it all just looks like there’s too much stuff to take on himself.
Hmmm, rent a building, fill it with $40,000+ in tools and gear, spend a week fabing my own carrier. OR... buy one on line for less than $1,000. Don't get me wrong, your carrier is sweet.

and he didn't act like a jackass
@@RenoSimpson I do that off camera lol
I'll do KTM orange!!
Great work looks great, dude!
How much to build another one?
That's the best design & the least weight.
That's one of the nicest bike hitch I've seen ever...
Awsom
thank you very much for the nice comment!

Nice job !!!
Solid fab work, respect the design.
A rubber pad on top of the platform would make it perfect! Very nice work
Yes that would be good ! I might have to add that. it would save the powder coat
Nice work and design.

Make a lever with nut to spin it down if the drill is dead as a back up!
Awesome. But not easy ! Must have all the tools and some experience to build a cool rack like this in one try. Impressive.
Yes, you need a farm and all the tools lol.
Hi, awesome job. Would You like sharing the measurements? Thanks
Very impressive!
I’m always curious why people don’t fab small projects like this out of aluminum though?
They’re always steel.
Aluminum costs more and takes a lot more skill to weld.
You do a great job.
Thank you very much!!
Directo a lo que vas papa.....muy buen video... gracias
Excellent work!
Thank you very much!
Excellent work. You should sell them. The demand is there.
100%

I would like to make one of those. Would you share your plans, with dimensions and materials? Great job!
Thanks for watching! I don’t have any plans for this project . Material is 2x2 square tubing and all the plate is 1/4 “
Smart! 🙌🏼
Awesome Job! So cool
Thank you ! I'm glad you enjoyed it
What make is your fabrication table?
I made it myself. I had the top laser cut then I made the legs. its 40x60" 1/4" thick. it works fantastic
I’m going to make one of these just need to get the steel and a threaded bar
It's real handy. you could also use an acme thread. I think the threaded rod will wear over time
holy crap way underated
Thank You !!
How much weight can it hold? I got a 2022 klx300r it’s like 300 + pounds of it’s all my mods and stuff
So awesome!!!!
thank you very much !

thanks for the comment. The tubing is 3/8 wall so I know its over built for the application
The hitch adaptor welds broke from cheap Chinese hitch adaptors. Not the sqaure tube
@@steveb7674 go back up read the top of my comments 2 square stock tubes broke straight off in the motorcycles f e l l
Can I buy the plans from you?
Looks amazing, not so sure about the "easy" part. Great video.
Nice job! But why not just ramp it up into the back of the truck?
this way I still have full use of the box . also I can haul the bike with a suv
The Toy Story Boys LMAO HAHAHAHA
Fantastic job👏👌

that's a good idea !
Nice work!!!!
Easy and cool Awesome.
Thanks ! I'm glad you like it !
I wouldn't trust those foot pegs that much.
Really nice job
How much would you make me one for???
o sea, quedo excelente pero la fuerza la hacen los bulones de los pedalines???? vamos bro se te paso eso????
Too much torsion flex, not gonna risk my bike for it
Cost ……..//////36 thousand dollars ,with a workshop like that

very well done ! 🙂 In Germany impossible, the TÜV would kill you !
Willing to sell?
Idk why people grind off there welds.
gives it more of a finished look. welds are ground on the plate so dirt bike won't rock on the welds
cool id love to make one but I don't own all that shit :(
Did you want to sell one
Regálame el plano para hacerlo
Sell this plz!

build your own, its hard to get the same sense of accomplishment when you just buy things! but I get where you're coming from
Do you think he bought all that equipment and the building just to make a carrier? That’s rhetorical.
