    I experience all of this except the last one. Though i seem normal but all of these conditions are there in me which indicate i am depressed. I was trying to figure this out from a long time, so thanks for helping out.
    Also, can somebody please suggest ways to get out of these feelings atleast if not depression in the long run?

    Very informative video.. really liked it.
    Mam , some time I feel breathlessness or suffocation. I feel heavyness in chest along with restlessness for some days. Exercising and walking at the moment helps me to an extent.
    What should I do?
    Its like actively having each breath. Sometimes it also leads to chest muscles pain... Its not physical. I am having perfect healthy lungs.
