To be honest, the Gornation Pull-Up Station is one of our favorites so far. It’s stable, high-quality, comes with extra accessories for additional exercises, and is reasonably priced. Of course, there are more budget-friendly options, like the Gravity Fitness Pull-Up Rack (which is also great). Do you have any specific questions about the video or this product? Are you looking for a complete solution like a pull-up rack, or would a simpler option like a door-mounted or wall-mounted pull-up bar better suit your needs? We’re genuinely interested in helping you find the perfect equipment for your training goals. We’ve tested a lot of products, so let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll give you our honest opinion!
Yes, the Gravity Fitness Rack is indeed less stable compared to this one. @jonijarkko123 had asked about price vs. quality, and I wanted to share my thoughts-apologies if I came across as too bold. Gravity Fitness is a good, budget-friendly alternative, but it does sacrifice some stability compared to the Gornation rack. If you're curious about our full opinion on the Gravity Fitness rack, feel free to check out our review here: ruclips.net/video/QsMAJT0_CHs/видео.html
@@CalisthenicsWorldwide Thank you for the thorough answer! I am looking for a free standing pull up/dip station with a straight bar for calisthenics. My budget is around 200 euros. How does the Eric Flag pull up bar compare to the Gornation one?
Thank you for the suggestion! We truly appreciate you bringing the Pull-Up Board by Titan Fitness to our attention. However, after looking into it, we believe reviewing this product might pose some risks due to potential brand conflicts. Titan Fitness USA is a well-known brand, and they have a registered trademark. Promoting a product under a similar name from a different company could lead to confusion, especially since, as you mentioned, this isn’t the more well-known Titan Fitness. While we love exploring new products, we also want to ensure our content stays clear of any legal or branding concerns. Thanks again for your understanding and for supporting our reviews! If you have other suggestions, feel free to share them-we're always open to new ideas.
My room was 2.63 m, so I had plenty of clearance. Since the bar you’re talking about is 218 cm high, it should fit in your rooms (2.45 m and 2.51 m). You’d just need to mount the bar in the lower position to ensure there’s enough headroom for pull-ups. It sounds doable, but double-check the installation guide to confirm the setup works for your space. Good luck! 💪
hey man, i was thinking of getting this pull up bar, but i would like to put it outside since inside feels a bit crammed and stuffy to be working out - only problem is that gornation says not to put it outside. any recommendations for others or is gornation just being a bit too cautious? thanks
Gornation doesn’t recommend it because it’s not the question *if* it wears out, but *when*-and that’s true for any bar outside. If you do, dry it often, place it under a roof, or cover it with a tarp to slow wear. Or consider an outdoor-specific bar for durability! 💪. If you are looking for a good one for outside we'd recommend this one from Stamina: amzn.to/3PlpBm9. It's designed for outdoor use. Hope this helps!
We’ve only reviewed the more basic Eric Flag bar, which wasn’t as good as the Gornation one even though it was quite easy to put the bar lower and higher. We haven’t gotten the chance yet to review the more similar bar, so we’ll surely put it on our to do list!🫡
No, it’s not! This bar is designed for home installation. While you could move it around inside your house, it’s quite large and unlikely to fit through a standard door. If you’re looking for a portable bar, check out these two videos for better options: ruclips.net/video/BdMw-iKO-Go/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/QsMAJT0_CHs/видео.html. Good luck!
We’re familiar with this product! You can purchase it on Amazon or directly from their website. While their products appear to be of good quality, we haven’t had the chance to test this one just yet. Right now, we’re focusing on reviewing ceiling-mounted and wall-mounted products. Later this year, we’ll shift our attention to comparing free-standing pull-up bars, low parallettes, medium parallettes, dip bars and static bars. The Cap Barbell Power Rack is definitely on our radar, and we’ll do our best to get our hands on it. Don’t forget to hit the subscribe button to stay updated on all our reviews! If you have any product suggestions you'd like us to review, feel free to let us know. We’d love to hear from you!
I find the product a bit disappointing. Too short, not quite wide enough, no nordic curls since it can't be bolted to the ground and the attachments take too long to attach. Still might be worth a buy since the price isn't super high. The nordic curls might be doable if you could load weights on the other side.
Is there a better alternative, which you would like us to check out? Nordic Curls are a must for you? How high and wide would you like a product like this to be? Thanks for the comment!🙏
Giornation is awesome product generally but this time not.... they cant sell a rack where some little guys can train in squat for streetlifting and this guy use thi in him homegym with train in solo and without the safesquat bar, this is = suicide in home gym it's so absurd
Training your max PR without a spotter is always risky, even if you have a proper safety bar. We understand the concerns raised, but it’s essential to train responsibly when you’re working out alone. Avoid maxing out on your legs or attempting lifts that push your absolute limits without proper support or supervision. With this approach, the length of the safety bar becomes less critical-what truly matters is using common sense and prioritizing safety in your solo training sessions. Stay smart and train safe!
@@CalisthenicsWorldwide what a fake fact! no need try max pr, a guy do a squat or banch without safebar and get a cramp with a good load and by by where is the PR? I have been waiting to see some reviews. Thank You
Our pleasure Giovanni!👏
Do you think it’s more stable on the mats or a regular floor?
It’s honestly very similar, but I personally really like the mats. Like this you can also do some stretching or floor exercises more comfortably😙
Please review the big bar plus and bbars pro from base blocks.

The uprights are 2 pieces to reduce shipping costs, which also reduces stability.
