    Watching beginning (exactly 1:05) ..pause and post...." I hope I survive this workout because I have a piece of yummy chocolate gluten cake waiting for me if I do. " Ok lets go for it......

    A very long time ago u posted a vdo of splits(not middle splits) and not the previous vdos btw which u posted yesterday and before that u posted that vdo on April of 2020...I want to tell that I practice it daily but can't do the splits I mean I can sit down but in half splits so plz help me in this...I want to get splits...plz reply me dear and also u are so nice in these things....love u💕💕

      Hiiii! That is not uncommon! You just have to keep going and trying more and more to get farther into the stretch! Unfortunately no quick tricks, just time and practice 😓 Some things you can try is to be more warm before the stretches, do the stretches at night and do pre-stretches before, so you are super ready for the splits. Don’t give up ❤️❤️❤️❤️
