    A question to you. Can you ensure privacy of name and mobile number that you are asking in your 14 day challenge ? Is it necessary to ask for mobile number ? Name and an email id could have solved the purpose. Also, there is no privacy policy mentioned about how and for what purpose these details will be used by you in future. This is really wrong to use the name, of the person filling out their details, in the url.

    But make sure I feel don't be obsessed with all of it then u will

    I am reasonably healthy .blood tests are all okay not very good it can be better.i get my blood test as per my Dr insist on every 6 months .

    सर जी धन्यवाद अच्छी जानकारी मिली मेरा अभी अभी 15 पहले था य राईड बिलकुल नार्मल हो गया था में धीरे धीरे गोलीया. खाना बंद कि हू अभी सीर्फ धनिया का पानी पी रही क्या ये ठीक है मेरा Bad col . बढा है। स जशन करे मेरी उम्र 60 है व जन 80 हे और 5 . 5 हाईट है।

      If you are facing this recently, try steam inhalation or warm compress before bed. Always elevate your head with a comfortable pillow while sleeping, and practice yoga every day. Keep junk food away and reduce stress as excess of it can intensify block nose issues. If this is chronic, it is best to consult a doctor and fix the root cause.
